I never liked how the Stormtroopers, both Imperial and First Order worked. They both ignore what makes soldiers fight well . Individual effectiveness is absolutely worthless, everyone needs to work as a team. The First Order that came after the empire were way worse in that regard. And Stormtroopers not having squads set in stone and only recognizing ID numbers is just absolutely terrible. Yes, it means losses in a fight aren't going to weigh nearly as heavily on individual troops... But if you don't care about the people to your right and left in a fight, you're not going to fight nearly as effectively. In real life, some soldiers put themselves in absurdly dangerous situations and are extremely combat effective simply because they're trying to make sure their buddies have a better chance at going back home. If you want the most effective troops you don't need the absurd comic-book evil approach the Empire and First Order take. Let them all get drunk together, and have extra credits to blow off on whatever they desired. Shy of effective training, that's pretty much all you need to have troops that fight hard. And that was what I did , I advised Garoche to increase the pays by 30%, slightly increase their recreational time , allow them to form perfect bonds between their comrades, If you desire great soldiers then they must be given a reason to fight, a reason to die , a reason to defend this great cause.

The mentality of working as unit was engraved into the minds of Shadow command , especially stormtroopers, Commander Able made quick work of those that still refused to work as a unit. Cohesion and cooperation was a must within Shadow command, if any refused to be apart of the cog that turnt this war machine , then they shall be removed! Unity was what made Shadow Command one of the best and most effective squadron within the empire, this allowed us to even go toe to Toe against even the famed 501st or vader's legion.

It is this same unity and strength that shall allow us to prevail against the former sith lord , men will die , but their sacrifice will never be in vain. For we shall finish what that jedi has started.

" 5 mins from LZ !" the pilot called out , as the AAL-1971/10 Troop Transport rattled as it got closer to its destination on Dathomir . Another good piece of equpment added to our cause , the AAL was officially a first order design but seemingly as they were almost useless in the hands of those fanatics, so I redesigned it myself.

I removed the forward exit ramp and placed it in the back for better survivability of troops , a hyperdrive system was added for a larger operational range, more Xerradin IonOre was added to it's hull coupled with it's shielding for better armor , which made it a durable and very fast transport craft .

The troop transport was also extended from its previous 17 meters to 25 meters and could now carry 30 stormtroopers, speeder bikes, more ammunition , and medical supplies .

This piece of advanced landing equipment would make the lamda class shuttle obsolete, especially when our new prototype landing craft, the Light Atmospheric Assault Vechile/Infantry (LAAV/i) was complete by Sienar Fleet Systems.

Within Mauls Lair…

"I have foreseen your arrival imperial. You come here to kill me… but you all shall die like the many who came before you!!! " A deathly tone resounded throughout the caves in almost like a whisper.

The Stormtroopers and Mandalorians showed no signs of fear and held firm , even though they couldn't see the former sith lord.

"Die ? , you misunderstand zabrak , it is you that shall perish, just like your brother , savage opress, just like mother talzin, and just like the night sisters, William Taunted.

It wasn't a good idea taunting a sith, especially a former sith lord at that, for hate and anger made them stronger but this would make maul come out the shadows and attack impulsively letting him reveal himself.

"I'll kill you imperial filth , you shall suffer before you die!!" the sith roared out in anger, as he appeared out of the shadows lightsaber already activated, cutting down swathes of stormtroopers and mandalorians alike,

The zabrak was deflecting laser bolts back at the black clad stormtroopers , all while dodging attacks from the Mandalorian warriors encircling him.

William who was at the rear behind two dozen more stormtroopers, continued to taunt the zabrak.

"You fool ,your death is certain today. The force has blinded you , your arrogance shall be your downfall".

"RAWRHHHH!!!!"

Maul Roared out as everyone was swept away by a force push effectively knocking some out , while killing others who , unfortunately got slammed into the caves rugged walls . William was the only one left standing due to the help of the force .

"So you have the force ?It won't protect you from my wrath though Imperial , I've killed many force users over the years , all of them stronger than you . You are no match for me and I'll make sure your suffering lasts as long as possible" the Zabrak spat As he twirled his double bladed lightsaber.

"Hahahahahaha" William cackled madly in response , getting a frown from maul , then responding to the zabrak.

"You know nothing. I am no mere force user.Feast your eyes on true power". William muttered out as red lightning started to move between his fingertips before he shot it at maul who used his lightsaber to block the electrical assault.

"What are you ?" Maul asked in disbelief at William's sudden increase in power, as he continued to block the crimson lightning with his lightsaber.

"I am balance!" William muttered in a deathly tone, as he increased the power of his force judgement .

"You think this will defeat me, I've faced far…

The zabraks words were interrupted as multiple laser bolts penetrated his back . Bringing the zabrak to his knees only to be onslaughted by the lightning he was once defending against .

"Ahhhhhh" he screamed out in pain as the lightning coursed through his body, while the newly arrived Fenn Rau and another company of stormtroopers and Mandalorians fired more laser bolts into the sith.

William seized his lightning barrage allowing the now dead former Sith lord to fall to the floor. A mist of Smoke leaving his body and the smell of burnt flesh released into the air.

Fenn Rau looked up from the dead zabrak and gave William a nod . He was not one to shoot someone in the back, but the zabrak was too dangerous to not exploit any weaknesses.

"It is done." William said to the small blue holographic image of the Admiral who gave a acknowledging nod in return.

"A new age is upon us William , and all will bow to the might of the empire".
