Star Wars: Spider the Speedy

Ian didn't stand around to chat, and turned around; sprinting straight back down the passage he had just been walking up.

'Its Darth-Maul, how in the absolute f*ck is it Darth-bloody-Maul' Ian cried out internally as he ran.

Through his Force Sense, and being as close as he was, he had gotten a clear picture of what the corrupted-being looked like. It was as Werrin described a demonic-looking man melded atop a rusting and contorted contraption of scrap metal parts; forming into a body akin to that of the mythic Greek monster; Arachne.

Ian didn't know how Darth Maul had come to be here, or how he had morphed into his current dilapidated state, but with Maul currently snapping at his heels; at that moment Ian didn't much care to figure it out. The plan remained the same; lure it in, and with the help the Junkers and Nikola's weapons, kill it.

As Ian hurtled through the tunnel, the chittering of clashing metal grew louder; Maul was closing in on him, and Ian he could hear the echos of his depraved ranting. It was mostly shouts of rage, promises of vengeance and the like, but what Ian found most terrifying was when Maul started... Singing.

"Far above, far above. We don't know where we'll fall. Far above, far above. What once was great is rendered small," Maul sang loudly, almost screaming, and his creepy rendition of a nursery-rhyme sent chills down Ian's spine.

Ian finally reached the depot entrance, and ran in shouting, "He's Coming!"

Ian then raced through the mine-field, and once he had cleared it, he activated the landmines with his trigger; setting the trap for the approaching demon. Ian continued to flee; until he reached the fortresses drawbridge, and once he had passed over it, a set of winches (those used in the construction) pulled it up; leaving the depot completely divided by the moat of acid.

Up above Ian, Gogosmich and the Junker-Army were waiting, and while jittery and afraid, they focused intensely on the tunnel entrance.

A few seconds passed, but nothing came, and so they waited. Then a minute passed, and there was still nothing, and by this time Ian had joined Gogosmich up on the battlements.

"Well... where is it?" Gogosmich asked. The head guards voice was gruff and his disposition was somewhat like Ray's; him being a rather serious and reserved person.

"He should be..." Ian was cut off by a guard, "Boss, we've got eyes on the enemy... It came through, but It's... It's... It's, crawling on the ceiling."

"Shoot at it then!" Gogosmich quickly roared, and the barrels on his rotary cannon began to spin up. Ian looked up to see Maul clinging to the cave's roof, his pincer-like appendages stabbing into the dirt and rock, holding him in place.

"F*ck, so much for the landmines... and the moat," Ian swore, before running over to and picking up a nearby rifle, one he had reserved for himself. He wasn't an experienced shooter, but with the help of the force, he would probably be a better shot than most; if not all, of the Junkers here.

Above Ian, Maul moved quickly; avoiding the vast majority of the shots, and other than the occasional rifle shot hitting and damaging his metal carapace, he himself remained unwounded.

Following in Maul's footsteps, the countless missed shots pounded on the caves-roof, turning the earth molten and causing mass lumps of steaming liquified soil to rain down onto the depot floor. Occasionally this would trigger a landmine below, instantly turning the battlefield into a noisy and heated warzone.

Maul was using Force Speed to hasten his movements, and with his incredible speed, he was soon directly above the battlements.

"Oh, sh*t," Ian exclaimed, gawking at the grinning face of Maul. The former Sith's head was twisted unnaturally to face him and his golden-red eyes remaining locked; obsessively so, on Ian.

A little bit of short one and it's still un-edited; as perusal I guess.
