25 Jocasta's Strange Behavior!

Xytan wasn't planning on leaving the Temple, he just wanted to make sure his guy left safely. Eventually, Sai'Zel approached the entrance before looking back at Xytan and giving him a thumbs up. His grin revealed a full row of his teeth, as he seemed to flaunt his success in tricking the Jedi.

Xytan nodded strangely before Sai'Zel left the temple unhampered. He was giving off positive force energy, so no one suspected him. Sai'Zel started to whistle nonchalantly as he slowly disappeared from Xytan's sight.

"Dang, maybe I created him to be a little too carefree." Xytan was a little speechless about this guy, wasn't he a little too at ease?

Xytan turned around and went back into the temple. Everything was all set in place and was well thought out. The Mandalorians had bought another ship, it wasn't on the level of the Lich but it was a carrier ship.

Xytan knew that if he was taking Younglings with him, they would soon need to build a Lightsaber. This was why he was going to have Sai'Zel buy a good amount of Kyber Crystals off the market. He didn't want to risk going to Illum or waste his system points to buy them.

There was a low probability of finding a fully forged lightsaber on the black market, but Kyber Crystals weren't a problem.

Xytan tried to get Shaak Ti to hand him another Lightsaber combat book, but she refused. The Yellow papers Mace gave him were about how to use Vaapad, but he still needed to learn Form 7 first.

"Oh, I'm gonna get those Lightsaber combat manuals no matter what. I know just the person that might give me a few." The first person to come to his mind was Jocasta Nu, she should hook it up, right?

Xytan knew Viola would come to his room to visit soon, so he may as well wait for her. After they meet, both of them can head off towards the library.

There was only a month and a half left.

With Sai'Zel out of the way, he went back to his room to do a few things. Once he was inside, he appeared three meters away from the Training Dummy.

"Yeah, you don't know what you're in for. How dare you defy me?!" Lightning circulated around his hands before he started shooting streaks of bolts at the Dummy. Xytan also seemed to be role-playing, but he liked it.

The Dummy was highly durable, it could even take lightsaber strikes to some degree. It was made out of durable wood that Wookies used and some Bronzium.

It was actually going smoothly when it came to leveling his Force Lightning. This probably had something to do with his Telekinesis level. And this was also a Darkside skill, which leveled faster than Lightsided ones.

Xytan turned his hands around and looked at both his palms that were pulsing with Lightning.

"This power does feel good, in both mind and even body. It makes you feel dominant and untouchable." Xytan was somewhat feeling like that when using this ability. Afterward, he went to meditate to set himself straight.

He opened his eyes in a flash, then Xytan gazed at the door. That's when he heard a knock coming from it. Xytan focused in that direction and pushed the handle of the door down with the force.

And sure enough, it was who anyone would expect by this point. Viola walked in and discovered that Xytan hadn't been there physically.

"Wow, you're getting better Xytan. Hehe, I've been doing my own training too." Viola shut the door behind her, then she put her hands together. Xytan watched to see what she was trying to or was going to do.

Xytan could see, what appeared to be a transparent ball of turbulent energy. Waves appeared throughout the somewhat rippling ball that formed. This sorta reminded Xytan of a desert, when it got so hot that you could literally see the heat taking form in the air.

"My gosh, who taught you how to use that? Hurry up and put that away!" Xytan jumped in surprise. If she waved her hands the wrong way, unintentionally releasing this ball, it would cause quite the amount of destruction to his room!

"Oh, yeah, right!" Viola had never seen Xytan panic like this, thus, she slowly closed her hands to cancel the energy.

"Goodness, you have to be careful with that one. You need to practice that in a place far more spacious, not in a closed-off space like this." Xytan sighed in relief. Viola could at least cancel the skill, which was really good.

"Huh? I haven't used it on anything yet. I just form it when I'm alone and disperse away to get used to it, you know?" Viola walked over and leaned forward onto Xytan's bed and said.

"Did you learn that skill yourself, or did someone teach it to you?" Xytan asked, but he already knew the answer himself.

"Uh, learned it myself." Viola continued, "Well, I heard a voice at first when I suddenly understood something. I strangely understood how to make this technique, so I decided to work on it in secret to show you later."

Viola narrowed her eyes with a bit of confusion.

"A voice?" Xytan didn't know what the say.

"Well, it sounded like whispers to my ears, but I understood everything said." Viola rubbed her forehead, she didn't know how to explain it with logic but this is what happened to her.

Xytan strongly believed that this was the Force reaching out to her.

"The technique you just used is called [Force Burst]." Xytan had seen this move being used first hand by Satele Shan on Darth Malgus.

"Force Burst?" Viola blink in quick successions.

"Yes, practice it but don't use it on anything or anyone until you've learned well. There will be a time for that coming really soon. For now, let's go to the Library, I want to talk with Jocasta the librarian for a bit."

"Right, right, okay, let's go!" Viola nodded with a smile, but she was eager to train that new skill of hers. Once she was skilled enough with it, she could turn it into a Holocron for other generations to learn. Viola wasn't aware of things like Holocrons, but she should find out later down the road.

The way there was smooth sailing, at this time, the war was at its most heated point. There weren't many Jedi walking around. Though, a decent amount of them could still be seen conversing and minding themselves.

Yoda had already left for Kashyyyk, where he will spend all of his time until that time came. After being so used to going to the library, their arrival was swiftly met. Xytan and Viola could see the Inquisitor talking to Tera Sinube about something.

"Oh, the little people are back. Why have you come today, do you wish to finally learn something?" Tera Sinube turned his head and gazed at the little duo.

"Ah, no, we're just looking for Jocasta Nu, is she here?" Xytan shook his head. He had already gotten what he wanted from here, there was no need to be here for that.

"Jocasta Nu?" The Inquisitor seemed to question. No one could sense it, but Xytan could feel for just a millisecond, in a shorter span frame it took to blink an eye. There was a great amount of disdain when he heard Xytan mentioning Jocasta.

'It seems the Inquisitor has already reached that point. He's already starting to fall from the light.' Xytan sighed inwardly.

"Hmm, she isn't here right now. Jocasta's been acting weird these days, so I don't get to talk to her as much." Sinube rubbed his bare chin thoughtfully.

"I'll be taking my leave for now. I have a few things I have to take care of." The spoke Tera before turning to Xytan.

"You take care young fella, things aren't always as they appear." The Inquisitor's voice vibrated against Xytan's ears. Xytan was the only one that could hear his voice.

"Alrighty then, I'll see you around." After speaking to the Guardian, Sinube turned his attention back to Xytan and Viola.

Xytan didn't know what the Inquisitor meant exactly, but he had an idea.

"What do you mean by acting weird? Isn't every librarian weird?" Viola said straightforwardly.

"..." Xytan

"..." Tera Sinube

Sinube started to explain that Jocasta has been on and off the planet lately. He asked her what was wrong, and she would say that it was nothing.

Sinube went on to say that she might be transporting some things, but he didn't find anything missing from the library.

One had to know how much Jocasta loved this library, she rarely left the place to do anything else. However, from what Sinube was saying, she was in and out of the Jedi Temple these days.

So what has she been up to then?

"I don't know what's going on but I'm getting a bad feeling about something." Sinube suddenly smacked his forehead, he was saying all of this to a child! He was completely dumbfounded, he forgot he was talking to a kid.

"It isn't anything you have to worry about, leave it to the adults. We'll figure something, so is there anything else you want to know? I can show and tell you some pretty amazing things about the history of the Republic and Jedi."

"Hmm, there is something you can do for me, Master Sinube. I was wondering, could you possibly give me some Lightsaber combat manuals?" Xytan went straight to the points. If he couldn't get any from Jocasta, why not ask Sinube?

"Sure, at this point, you should be trying to figure out what your lightsaber style would be in the future. It's best to figure these things out now while you're young and more attuned to learning." Sinube enthusiastically nodded in approval.

"Yes! Perfect! Thank Master Sinube!" Xytan should have asked this guy from the start. He thought.

"No problem, this is a simple task for me. I'll have some manuals lined up for you guys tomorrow, so swing by at that same time." Sinube nodded with a smile.

"Alright, we'll be back tomorrow." Xytan hurriedly and left the library, feeling good about the next day.

"We can learn other fighting forms now, this is going to be amazing!" Viola was also overjoyed about this.

Once they arrived downstairs, they saw a group of Younglings conversing with one another. The group shortly made their way towards the lunchroom. Xytan and Viola followed, they were quite hungry themselves.

As usual, they got in line and got their food after waiting.

They both met up with Jin, who was already eating at the lunch table. As they were eating, something caught Xytan's attention.

It was a species that looked like Yoda and Yaddle. He stood up in his chair while putting food into his little mouth.

'My gosh, it's Grogu!' Xytan was shocked.
