Power Breaker and Question

someone had asked me what is "Power Breaker" I had mentioned before.

I hadsaid that Power Breaker is what I used as inspiration for Ulthaan's "Enchanted Name" which he had used.

it isn't really all that different to what I already explained so I will show what Power Breaker actually is.

I copied this from my Magic and Ability Atlas List of my Original Book Series I am working on in the background as I write these fics.

(Each Form allows for categorisation, mostly for me to refer to, basically like how Lightsaber combat is broken up into multiple Forms.)

Tier 7:

• 「Power Breaker」 – Removes all strengths/any enhancements that the enemy and yourself possess. However, it doesn't remove negative effects only positives. An ability created by [Redacted Name] 1st Son. the 1st Son was the eldest child of the Great Protector, but he was an Arrogant and Prideful individual, he would constantly bully his youngest sibling [Redacted Name] 5th Daughter as he always blamed her for their mother's death on her bed shortly after childbirth. it wouldn't be until after... [Redacted Events] ...having now learned many secrats and hidden truths from the Raven God [Redacted Name], he had now set himself a goal. to kill his Uncle - [Redacted Name] the Great Destroyer, or at least weaken him so that he can be killed by others in his place. The ability he created was immensely powerful that his father had confessed only 6 beings in All of Creation would be capable of resisting the abilities full effects, but not completely as even he himself would be susceptible to it for a few moments. Power Breaker is able to force all beings in the same area regardless of the divide in power to be brought down to the user's desired power level to even the playing field.

Power Breaker was used only 4 notable Times

Battle of Ying and Yang - The Great Protector vs The Great Destroyer

Shadow of [Redacted Name] - Ulthaad the Hidden One was saved thanks to 1st Son using Power Breaker against [Redacted Name], the [Redacted Title] allowing for Ulthaad and 1st Son's siblings to escape with their lives.

The Final Battle - [Redacted Name vs Redacted Name]

[Redacted Name & Title] & The 10th Law of Creation - [Redacted Name vs Redacted Name]

now then, I also wanted to ask a question.

What do you think of Ulthaan?

(also yes, as i wrote a name in above lines, it had said Ulthaad, the Hidden One. Ulthaad was used as the inspiration for Ulthaan, but they are completely different in their characteristics and backstories. but their desires, goals, duty, ambitions and power is roughly if not all basically identical to one another.)

my question can be anything from what you all think of him as a person/Individual, his race (Child(children) of Forlorn (this is his race name from his fight chap))), his backstory that has been revealed so far, his relationship with the Void God and any other character, his power level (after consuming Nocturnal's soul he is now Tier 1-B (High Hyperverse) without using his Enchanted Name ability), and so on.
