『Directive, Organization, Technique』

Padmé walked beside Ento as they followed behind Dooku through the cast spacy corridors of the Jedi Temple. Soft tan colors and earthy brown, with splashes of blues and purples, sometimes red. It was like walking through an old monastery on her home planet of Naboo.

The Jedi were reminiscent of warrior monks. The Masters and Knights present wearing brown cloaks and traditional Jedi garb. Very few seemed to deviate from the unspoken dress code.

Ento's gaze watched each Jedi they went passed, though his head didn't follow them. Just his eyes, taking in every bit of them. One could see he was distracted, but Dooku and the Jedi around them could see his alertness though the force.

"You are well aware of your surroundings, young one," Dooku spoke without looking over his shoulder towards the duo. "Where did you come from, I wonder?"

Ento's eyes rested on Dooku for a moment or two, "Tatooine. Master Dooku," the young man responded with a singular tone before glancing towards Padmé.

The girl seemed taken aback by the surroundings. The place was beautiful, if only it had some pale greens and it would remind her of home. These thoughts only a momentary distraction however...

"Ah, a world that suffers greatly due to the absence of Republic Law," he clicked his tongue on the back of his teeth. Part of his disillusioned with both the Galactic Republic and the Jedi Order seemed to show with this small line of dialogue. "Always having to look over your shoulder, or sense those around you, must've been hard for you boy."

"No, not really," Ento merely responded with yet another automatic tone of voice, his eyes casting over a group of, Jedi hopefuls, younglings who were following a Jedi Master.

Dooku grinned to himself as the boy seemed to not be humble or modest of his own abilities. Ento seemed to be an honest individual, or at least for the time being. He couldn't skim the thoughts off the top of the boy's head, at all. That wall of iron will, it seemed to shield him from telepathic interference from others.

"What do you fear most, boy?" Dooku's dark eyes finally turned to look at Ento from over his shoulder. A brow cocked, waiting for a response.

The boy returned the gaze, a pondering look in his eyes. He had to think about what he feared, let alone what he feared the most. It was common for someone who hadn't experienced it.

"Corruption," was the word that left the young Ento's mouth, a vague answer.

Dooku blinked hearing the boy, hearing what his fear was. It wasn't loss and it wasn't something necessarily material. The Fear of Corruption, the fear of putrefaction of one's self, that was his fear.

Dooku himself knew this fear very well. He was convinced that the darkside could be accessed without the personal-corruption of one's self. This boy, before him, was a fact. Though it was unlikely he used the force the same way he did.

Based on what he had felt from the ship, despite its already cold feeling it had from its previous occupant, he only felt the boy's intent and will. Anger, fear, there was no negative emotions from what he imprinted upon that ship.

It was similar to the idea of a Jedi using Electric Judgement, the supposed 'Jedi' version of Force Lightning, that can either kill or incapacitate its targets.

"What is your intended purpose of joining the Jedi Order?" The old Jedi Master asked as he folded his hands behind his back.

Using the force in an ambient manner, Dooku could sense the boy's alignment. Blue was the light, red was the dark, grey was the neutral and... Ento was nothing, colorless, an outline in the force, like an odorless tasteless poison, he was right there. One step further and he would be a wound in the force, blank, unsensible.

Dooku began to wonder, if he was a bit further from the boy, would he still sense him?

It was... Interesting to say the least, at least for Dooku.

"To learn the meaning of the 'lightside balance' of the force." Ento's eyes pierced through the man when he asked this question, though there was no hostile intent behind his words. However, it did seem as if he didn't believe in the Light or the Dark, at least in concept or the words used to describe the aspects. It was too early to tell. "I also noticed that I am ill-prepared to handle a lightsaber efficiently against a trained opponent... A lightsaber isn't the same as a blunt object such as a pipe or a broad stick. Its an energy weapon, a single poke can do more damage than the tip of an iron sword, fatal damage."

Dooku blinked as he spoke of a lightsaber and its nature as an energy weapon. He wasn't wrong, the best use of a lightsaber was short and swift movements. Many of the Jedi Arts were created during the time when the Jedi used swords imbued with the force itself. So the long, flashy and labouring movements were within the current styles of traditional lightsaber techniques.

"Very... Observant," The Master Jedi was impressed with the young boy's insight.

As they walked across the bridge which overlooked the vast central interior of the Temple, they could see Jedi training, sparing with one another.

Ento's eyes watched the movements of their sabers from the distance that they walked.

Padmé on the other hand had now rested her eyes on Ento, her lips parted slightly. Her eyes trailed down to his lightsaber which was protruding along his sleeve ever so slightly.

"The design of your weapon... Is it weighted like a sword?" The Queen could only assume that a lightsaber didn't have the same weight as a sword. If anything, it was several times lighter.

"No," Ento glanced over towards her when he answered this question, "Otherwise flailing it around in large movements would make sense."

Dooku chuckled at the tone the boy used with the 'handmaiden,' before shaking his head.

As they entered through a large archway, they made their way up over to a turbolift and pressed a button. Standing there, the Jedi looked to the two of them. He could feel the girl's admiration of the boy, and perhaps budding feelings. On the other hand, the boy's feelings were shielded, unreadable.

"Do you know what it means to become a Jedi?" Dooku reached up, keeping one hand behind his back, as he caressed his chin as he gazed at the boy.

"Abandonment of Attachments?" Ento figured what he was going to say, "My father told me what the Jedi were. They're admirable, but the idea of balance and avoidance of the dark, is foolish. My mother taught me that Love in itself is redeemable," his jaw shifted after he spoke of this.

"Love in itself is redeemable..." Dooku uttered the boy's words under his breath, bit it wasn't in disdain. Again the boy seemed to have impressed him in the knowledge and philosophy in which he holds. Foolish, he knew the Jedi's current state was indeed.

"You must have really cherished your parents," Padmé mutely leaned to one side as they were waiting for the lift to come down to meet them.

"Yes," Ento replied, "And they will always be part of me, and my biology."

Dooku watched the two of them interact until the door hissed open, revealing the circular tube-like lift. The three then stepped inside and the doors closed automatically, hissing shut.

As the lift shot upward, they hardly felt it on the inside. the only thing that allowed them to know it was moving, was the slight swaying movement of their own bodies. As well as the lights that flickered passed the ovular windows.

Soon enough as the lift raised above the main body of the temple, riding up the side of the High Council Tower, they could see the industrial urban world of Coruscant's horizon lined with spires and smoke stacks.

Dooku entere the High Council Chambers first, ahead of the two teens who inevitably followed close behind as the large doors would slowly close behind them.

"Master Dooku?" Mace Windu, a tall dark skinned male Jedi Master, raised a brow seeing the Jedi Master entering the chamber with the two in tow. His eyes then went towards Yoda who was nodding slowly.

Yaddle, a member of the same race as Yoda, parted her lips seeing the young boy behind Dooku. Interest was immediately in the back of her mind, recognizing him as her former apprentice's child. It was clear despite his father's transgressions, he wasn't detested by the Order at large.

"Master Windu," Dooku bowed his head slightly as he stood in the center of the room, stepping up beside Obiwan Kenobi. "Fellow Members of the Jedi High Council, I am here to make a request..." There was a brief pause as he looked from one Jedi Master to the next, "I wish to train this boy in the Jedi Arts."

"Hrmmm..." Yoda was nodding again.

Ki-Adi-Mundi, a Cerean Jedi Master with an elongated cranium, looked over the boy.

All of the Jedi were curious about him as they didn't even sense the boy until he was within this level of the tower itself. At the same time, it made them anxious, if not cautious.

Ento looked over those present in the room. His eyes stopping on Yaddle for a moment, then flickering over towards the Jedi Grand Master Yoda. Two of the same species were on the council, which interested him ever so slightly.

"Interesting..." Mace Windu spoke again, his voice deep. "His emotions, they're... Hm..." He seemed dumbfounded by Ento's control of his emotions.

"The death of your parents make you feel how does, young one?" Yaddle spoke, she was the first to speak, having a rathe sympathetic undertone to her voice.

Ento's eyes narrowed on her once more, his lips parting slightly. "There is no death, only the force, they are eternal." His eyes danced over the facial features of the master, then towards the Thisspiasian seated nearby. It was Oppo, Yaddle's former apprentice who also served on the Council.

Yaddle continued to ask another question. "The force for what reason a jedi uses? Hrm.."

"Knowledge and Defense." These two words could be rationalized in various different ways. The members of Potentium sought to use the force to its absolute limits, in a sense, that was knowledge. At the same time, learning to use the force to its fullest, could also be defense.

The members of the council raised their brows to this, it appeared that Iridon Rhade had placed the creed of the young man from a young age. Or had at least preached pieces of it.

However the new part was the speak of them being Eternal in the Force. The one thing that concerned them though was the fact that his father Iridon, was a member of Potentium, prior to his death. It was likely the man had 'corrupted' the Jedi Creed to fit his own means.

"It has been brought to our attention that you're able to manipulate electronics and bend machines to your will." A member of the Kel Dor race spoke, immediately taking Ento's attention away from the other Masters in the Jedi High Council Chambers.

Ento raised a brow, seeing that it was the same person who had been escorting the Togruta he had seen earlier in the halls below. He had gotten here quickly...

"You have been informed correctly, Master Jedi." Ento replied with a light meaningless sigh.

"Demonstrate... With this Astromech unit..." He gestured towards a white and gold plated R2 unit which entered the room, making a whirring sound as it did so.

Ento narrowed his eyes on the Jedi Master before turning his attention towards the R2 Unit which rolled on up to him. Whistling eerily as it took the young boy into its lens.

As the Jedi Masters watched on, they opened their senses to the force, feeling for his actions his emotions. Manipulating things outside of one's self was considered a gateway to the Dark Side of the Force. Powers that lead down that way were the last to be taught to any Jedi Youngling due to its controversial nature.

Ento reached out a hand, arching above the droid's domed head.

The young boy could feel the moving generated energies within the droid, its layout, how it worked. With Mechu Deru he could either instill his intent within the artificial being, even grant a form of further sentience, or strip it down to its barest nuts and bolts.

As he used the force, the Jedi Masters could only relate the feeling they sensed to imbuing a sword or an object with a desired effect through the force itself.

The young person didn't draw power from his emotions, only his intent and state of mind.

That was when the outer casing of the Droid would begin to warp in color, the white plating turning a more silvery hue. Its database being vastly improved and its vocalizer changing from a binary language to a true voice pertaining to the droid's personality.

"This...Feels...Strange..." The Droid spoke in Galactic Basic, its voice feminine and robotic.

Changes continued to occur in the droid, the Jedi continuing to pick apart the way he was using the force. Yet they didn't find what they were originally intending to find when Qui Jon Gin and Obiwan had separately informed them of the boy's abilities.

By the time he finished with the droid, it was now worth tens of thousands of times more credits than it had been when the Jedi had been supplied with it. One thing was clear though, the droid was now imprinted with Ento's unique force signature, it was connected to him through the force.

"Surprising this is... Hrmm..." Yoda stared at the droid which would whirr and burr about in place. "The technique your father taught you, yes?"

"Yes," his eyes narrowed on the green creature.

Dooku himself was amazed by the boy's ability in the force. Though there was many of the Jedi Masters who were less than happy with it. Despite there being great skill in its use, it was still a controversial power for the boy to hold.

"The Force didn't resist his will at all..." Muttered Windu who was one of the few Masters who was known to possess powers that threaded upon the Dark Side of the force. "It's as if it flows through him. Strange."

"He manipulated the programming by emulating changes in the electrical currents within the droid, very tedious... But his technique was tempered." Plo Koon, a user of Electrical Judgement, commented on the skills in which Ento executed.

"The nature of altering the interior was reminiscent of the relics created by Sith Alchemy," Even Piell said as he caressed his chin in thought. "He changed the very nature of the Droid, but the dark side... I do not sense it."

This particular Jedi Master was a member of the Council of First Knowledge which Jedi Shadows report to. These Shadows were individuals that hunted down Sith Relics with the intent of destroying them or keeping them for study.

They could easily oust the boy as an abomination, accuse him of hiding the use of the dark side of the force in a hidden veil by unknown means. Yet it didn't seem they were going to do so.

The Jedi didn't sense fear from Ento, or the tell tale signs of emotions that allow him to succumb to the darkside. Though at the same time, they had a hard time sensing them to begin with.

The Jedi Masters would converse amongst themselves, leaving the four individuals standing in the center of the room whilst they did so. After about a half hour of mellow debate, they turned their attentions back towards them.

Yoda would be the first to speak, lightly pointing towards them he would be. "Permission from the jedi council to train the boy you have. Watching the boy closely however we will be. Yes, hrrrm."

"The droid will serve as your companion," The Kel Dor declared as he remained seated in his council chair, breathing calmly through his mask.

Waitress: "Anything else?"

Yoda: "Yes. We would like our meal comped."

Waitress: "Your meal will be comped."

Mace Windu: "Stop that! What happened to only using the Force for knowledge and defense?"

Yoda: "I was. Defending my wallet I was from the evil price hikes."
