Naboo Invasion

2 months Later

John was sitting in his Capital ship which he named the Liberator and was waiting for the Confederacy to invade Naboo as they were sitting above the planet with 20 ships all of which were Lucrehulk class ships.

While waiting John had accepted the rewards from the quest he had completed

[Completed quest own two or more planets Received: 5 million system points]

[Completed quest have 10 or more ships Received: 5x Terminus class destroyers and 2x Gage class transports]

Now he has around 18 million system points and as he got 5million last chapter but used 2 million to buy the A.I. then he got 10 million from owning 29 planets(1k for each planet a day with 368 days in a year amounted to around 10.8 million system points per year) and now he just got another 5 million so he has a total of 18 million in all.

He asked the system how much to buy the Master Chiefs team of Spartans. He was looking at the cost wide-eyed and as the cost was 15 million to summon them as they are considered elite characters. But he still bought it because he promised Master Chief that he would do it so bought them and called Master Chief so he can be there when they arrive. Once Master Chief arrived John told him that he was summoning his team. At this Chief looked a little happy that he would be able to fight with his team again.

After John started summoning them 3 figures appeared in front of all wearing Spartan Armor but each one was different. John looked and seen the three figures all look at Master Chief and asked him where they were. After explaining for a while the three figures turned to John and said that they would help him also. John looked at their armor and seen each of their names on their chest area FREDERIC-104, KELLY-087, and LINDA-058.

"I appreciate your help and please know that I won't treat you like how the UNSC treated you so, please be a little more comfortable as I treat those who help me with the utmost respect". Said john

"We appreciate you for treating us with respect and hope we can help in whatever you need," Said Kelly

After that Chief explained to them what they were doing and what their mission was. The Spartans agreed with the plan and went to the pods to ready themselves to deploy. As they were walking all the soldiers looked at them with eyes of respect as they have seen what Master Chief could do so they knew these three Spartans were as strong as him. They were glad to see people not looking at them with disgust.

John was still waiting for the invasion to happen but haven't gotten word yet of any movement. Meanwhile on the ship with him were Kina, Atra, 3 force guards, Masterchief, and his team, Layla, and Kane who wanted to come along for the battle. The other force guards were all pods and would each board a Lucerhulk to help take it as the droideka's would be troublesome for normal soldiers.

After 10 more minutes of waiting, John has received a transmission from the base on Naboo that the Confederacy was sending dropships to the planet. Hearing this John waited for some of the ships to leave so he can slip in and take the ships that stayed behind.

POV Padme

The trade federation has blockaded the planet and any outside transmissions prove to not work though I have already contacted the Republic they said they would send some ambassadors to see what is going on.

I tried to contact John but any communication doesn't work so I sent some men down to the building that was for his mercenary company to see where he was. So while I wait I need to figure out the reason why the trade federation has blockaded my planet for no reason at all.

A couple of minutes later some people had walked in escorted by my guards. And I felt a little relieved that it was some of John's men so they can tell me where he is.

"Your Majesty," said the soldiers as they gave a slight bow

"I hope the Journey here was safe but that's not the reason I called you here, as you may know, we are blockaded by the trade federation right now and I am looking for John to see if he can sneak Me off-planet as The republic said they were sending some Ambassadors but it had been quite a while and they haven't arrived yet so I plan to go to the Senate so they can hear my testimony," Said, Queen Amidala

"Unfortunately John is off-planet but should be back soon so I recommend we stay here until he gets here so he can find a solution and probably escort you to Coruscant," Said the soldier as he was trying to buy some time for John to arrive with his fleet.

"I will wait 2 days if he is not back by then I will have to find my own way to Coruscant," Said Queen Amidala

The soldier nodded and then told Queen Amidala how they will stay with her until John gets here so she put them in some guest room and waited for two days to see if he would come. But while she was waiting Viceroy Nute Gunray had begun his invasion of Naboo and conquered most of the cities as the only defense force was the Royal security forces. after conquering the surrounding cities and the Capital Gunray ordered the battle droids to put the citizens in concentration camps.

POV Normal

John and his fleet of 20 ships were currently in hyperspace and would arrive any minute now. The plan was to drop out of hyperspace and deploy the drop pods on the ships while using the distraction to send Pelicans to the surface. From the original 20 Lucerhulks, only 8 remained which was more than what John was expecting but he was prepared for this and already had a team for each Lucerhulk.

Once the fleet dropped out of hyperspace John ordered the drop pods to deploy immediately. shortly after thousands of drop pods could be seen flying to the Lucerhulks.

Viceroy Gunray didn't know who fleet this was and didn't want to start an unnecessary conflict so he sent a transmission to the ships to withdraw immediately. But before he could get a response a droid had reported that multiple objects were flying towards them and would hit them in 2 minutes. So he ordered the ships to launch all fighters and turn around to attack the fleet as he knew these ships just attacked him.

But before they could fully turn around the Viceroy saw hundreds of drop pods hitting his ship ignoring the shields. He asked for a status report and was told that they had multiple hull breaches and some weird droids had got out of the drop pods.

Viceroy Gunray quickly ordered the deployment of all droids and ordered to kill any intruder. But what came out of one of the drop pods shocked him as it was what looked like a Jedi came out and was destroying droids and slowly making her way to the bridge. All over the ship, he was seeing the same thing some unknown black droids were destroying his droids and all were converging on the bridge so the Viceroy ordered the deployment of the Droidekas to stop the intruders.

The Droidekas managed to halt some droids but the Jedi simply crushed the droids with the force and proceeded to go to the Bridge.

John seeing now was a good time ordered the Pelicans o deploy and head to the ground while the ships were distracted. Blue team was on one of these Pelicans heading to the ground with a warthog on the back of the pelican. Master Chief who was eager to fight in a war again was checking all his equipment and waiting until they landed.

The pelicans entered the atmosphere and proceeded down and landed close to the Main City while shooting any droid that they saw.

POV Padme

The droids have taken most of the city and are now in the Royal Palace. My guards were holding them off and so were some of John's men but there were too many and we had to retreat to avoid getting captured.

As we were running out of room to retreat we heard a ship flying and looked out the window only to see some strange shuttle-looking ships flying around while dropping off droids. One of the shuttles came above the Palace and four armored people came out and began shooting the droids while charging right through them. They were literally like walking tanks as they smashed droid's heads while continuing to charge towards more droids. And then from behind the federations, droids came some all-black droids that were firing on the Trade Federation droids. Now cornered the federation droids had surrendered and dropped their weapons.

As the battle was over one of the armored men came up to me "Are you Queen Amidala" Asked the Armored men

"Yes that's me may I know who you are" Asked Padme

"My name is Master Chief and I work with John he sent us here to drive the federation back" Said Master Chief

"John!!" Said Padme surprisingly "but how I never knew he had such forces and where is he right now," Said Padme as she saw more Pelicans landing and dropping off more soldiers and droids.

"He is currently in space battling the Lucerhulks right now and will arrive once he is done" Said Master Chief

Padme had nothing to say right now as she was so surprised that John had an army and on top of that also had a fleet. It was like she didn't know him at all.

POV Normal

John had was now on the droid command ship as he had taken all 8 Lucerhulks and was currently deactivating the droids that were deployed on the planet. He had already Taken Viceroy Gunray as a prisoner and ordered him to be put on the same pelican as John. Once on the pelican, John headed down to Theed to meet Padme only to see a ship already there which he assumed to be Qui-gon and Obi-wans ship.

After landing, John exited the pelican with Viceroy Gunray and proceeded to where Padme was. The two Jedi were looking at John as they hear about him from Master Yoda and Mace who had a bad opinion of him.

"Padme how are you doing I hope I got here on time and nothing happened to you," Asked John

Padme was looking at him angrily as she thought that she had a person who she could trusts but it seems he doesn't trust her "I am doing fine your men came just in time and saved me" Said Padme as she refused to look him in the face right now.

"Then why do you look mad like I did something that you didn't like" Asked John though he already kinda knew why she was mad

"Because I thought we could trust one another and here you are with your own fleet and an army too just when were you going to tell me about all of this" Said Padme looking at him with a pissed off face

"I would tell you but not right now as there are some guests here," Said John

"But you will tell me right I don't want to be left in the dark," said Padme

"I promise" Said John

Padme sighed and could only wait to find out how and why he has an army and fleet

"If I may I would also like to know the reason for this also as when we were coming to negotiate we were redirected towards the planet" Aske Qui-Gon

"Well you were probably redirected by one of the droids in the ship and you Jedi need not know why I have a fleet and an army," Said John

And from there Qui-Gon gave up on trying to figure out why John had a fleet and army but would report this to the Jedi counsel so they can handle this. He then talked to Padme and was informed of what happened of how the trade federation blockaded the planet and then John came and stopped the Blockade.

Padme then said that she was leaving to go to the Senate to plead her case so John followed her to the ship as he sensed something in the force.

As they walked to the Hanger John got a notice that more trade federation ships were incoming so he told the fleet to pull out of the system for now.

Before Padme boarded the ship she pulled john off in a corner somewhere so she can hear what he has to say about everything.

So John told her about how he was planning on establishing an Empire and already owned some territory that's why he had an army and ships though this was just a small portion of his army. He then explained to Padme that he didn't tell her because he wanted it to be a secret.

Padme was standing there and couldn't believe what he just said but she could feel how serious he was "So you really plan to start an Empire," Asked Padme

"Yep and I already have everything I need so I won't be defeated that easily and I was hoping that I and my empire could co-exist in peace as I have a base on Rori one of Naboo's moons and hope you aren't too mad," Said John

Padme couldn't even believe it but couldn't do anything at the same time as she had no power over him and the moon was uninhabited. Padme couldn't take all this in and decide so she told him that she would think about it.

John nodded and watched as she boarded the ship. The Royal Naboo fighters all took off before the Padmes ship to try and distract the blockade but failed and Padme got hit and ended up having to Jump to Tatooine.

Palpatine who was informed that the Queen escaped sent his apprentice after her to finish the job.

John stayed on Naboo and to fight off the second invasion by the Trade federation.

A/N: I changed up the order of the events a little but Qui-gon will still die by Darth maul on Naboo once they return and Obi-wan will think he killed Darth Maul and will take Anakin as the chosen one to the Jedi council to train him as his master's last request Padme will still call for a vote of no confidence and Palpatine will become chancellor So another big-time skip is coming and then we will get into the clone wars 10 years later. Also, Anakin and Padme will still be together
