Beginning of the Reaper War

2186 CE

On earth, it was just a typical day for humans as they were engaging in their daily activities enjoying life or complaining about it. Many could consider Earth to be a very peaceful place than it was a century ago.

Children were playing adults were working while in space above the Earth a one-sided fight was going on and on the losing side was the Alliance. They were defending Reaper forces that have breached their defenses.

A few minutes before the Reapers reached Earth Admiral Hackett had lost contact with their forward operating outposts. Hackett knew that a massive enemy was on the way to Earth and after talking with Anderson they both had come to the conclusion that what the Shepard and the Imperium were talking about was real and the Reapers were here.

Hackett and Anderson had trusted both Shepard and The Imperium since Shepard was part of the Alliance and a well-known hero while The Imperium had given the Human fleets powerful ships that were beyond their knowledge. Anderson and Hackett also worked together with Imperium fleets during some operations and missions into the Terminus Systems.

Admiral Hackett had begun gathering the Alliance fleet in the Sol system since he knew that soon the Reapers would be upon them. But even that didn't work with the ships from the Imperium which even though was powerful couldn't handle getting hammered by so much firepower since the Reapers had focused on the Imperium-bought ships.

The Alliance fleet had lost and eventually, the Reapers would soon be upon Earth. The Human council which was on Earth didn't know what the threat was but in their minds, they knew that what Shepard and the Imperium said was true, and to confirm their suspicions they called Commander Jane Shepard who was on Earth currently since she was grounded after she disobeyed orders to save one of her companions Liara.

As Commander Shepard entered the council meeting room she was bombarded with questions asking whether or not she knew what the threat was and after reviewing some information about the disappearance of some Alliance colonies she knew exactly what they were dealing with. Even though the council already suspected that was the case they still were surprised since the Reapers were just pushing through all their defenses.

As they were talking a soldier had walked up and showed them a video from the U.K. where a soldier was trying to send a message but the video ended then another video came up which was the news channel showing the Reapers already on Earth attacking cities.

Then they heard a robotic noise and they all looked outside and saw a Reaper descending upon the city firing a red beam that moved towards the council building causing an explosion that knocked some people out while others died from the impact.

Shepard was knocked out on the floor slowly regaining consciousness as Anderson was calling her name "Shepard, Shepard"

After a few seconds, Jane had gotten up and both she and Anderson had fled the building while Anderson was calling for help. Anderson and Shepard had fought their way to the meeting point for the Normandy killing Reapers along the way.

Jane had wished that she had the armor that John had given her right about now so that she can fight properly and destroy these Reapers but it was on the Normandy and right now she was only in her Alliance uniform.

After fighting their way saving some civilians and military personnel as they move forward they had finally met up with the Normandy. Jane had boarded the ship while Anderson stayed behind to lead the resistance on the planet while Commander Shepard gathers support from the other races of the Galaxy.

As the Normandy had left the planet they had seen the debris of the Earth's defenses which proved to be useless against the Reapers.

After entering the Relay Shepard had contacted John and informed him of the attack on Earth and the reapers appearance while she heads to the Citadel.

John was also dealing with the reapers though his fight was complete domination as the reapers were being destroyed and actually retreating away since they were losing the fight and there were still reapers that had sneaked past his defenses onto the planet while his fleet was fighting.

After John deals with the reapers in his territory he will head to head to Earth to stop the reaper invasion and help the humans.

Commander Shepard was on the Citadel as she had just finished talking with the council which proved useless since they wouldn't agree since they needed their fleets to defend themselves but if Shepard could get them help they promised the support of their fleets.

After returning to the Normandy Jane was given a new mission which was to find Earth an advantage against the reapers and get help in any way possible.
