30 Swift Victory

A spherical deflector shield surrounded the droid's figure, as they immediately started shooting at Anakin and Ahsoka.

"We can't beat it's shield!" She remarked, igniting her saber.

Regardless, they both easily deflected the blaster shots as Anakin shouts out, "Run!"

But Ahsoka seemed to stay in her position with furrowed brows as she continued to block the beams, "What? Jedi don't run!" She retorted in between swings.

Anakin grunted in annoyance, forgetting that she was still a youngling, "I said run!" He angrily yells back.

Ahsoka then begrudgingly started to run, with Anakin following closely behind her.

The Droideka responded by rolling after them, as it deactivated it's deflector shields to chase.

Anakin suddenly exclaims, "Ahsoka stop!"

"Make up your mind!" She grumbled while running.

"I said stop!" He repeated.

She came to a quick stop, and noticed the droid rolling at her defenseless, reacting quickly, she slashed her green saber horizontally, cutting the droid into two.

Anakin followed up with one more powerful strike as he finished it off.

"Good, you take direction well." He sarcastically remarked, causing Ahsoka to roll her eyes.

'I forgot how much I hate the idea of being a teacher...'

Nevertheless, they continued to walk forward, warily observing their surroundings, before seeing the generator in the distance.

"Stay close, we gotta be careful here." Anakin stopped walking as he glanced around cautiously.

But Ahsoka suddenly slipped under his arms and ran ahead toward the generator.

"Wait!" He tried to grab her, but she kept on running forward.

Ahsoka glanced back as she sprinted, "Why? We're almost there-"

She stopped talking as her foot tripped over an antenna, causing the ground to shake, as she seemed to have activated a trap.

Crack!

The ground caved in on itself, as large robust droids popped out.

Anakin clicked his tongue inwardly, before rushing forward, and cleaving through them effortlessly.

He then orders, "Forget about the droids! Set those charges!"

As Anakin focused on the droids and she did the charges, Ahsoka noticed a droid behind her.

Quickly turning around, she sliced it in two, before force pushing it away.

Coincidentally, Anakin was in the aim of the droid, as it crashed right beside him, inciting him to yell, "Who's side are you even on!?"

"Sorry..." She bashfully apologizes, before concentrating back on to the generator.

"Setting the charges." Ahsoka would then start to set the charges while Anakin kept the droids busy.

And after a minute, she was done.

Anakin seemed to be getting cornered as he says, "A little help here!"

Ahsoka replies with her hands extended forward, "Skyguy! Don't move!"

He continued to quickly block all the red beams, but he seemed confused at her words, before seeing a large wall coming down right on top of him, "No! No! No!"

Anakin crouched down onto one knee, as he covered his head with both hands.

Bam!

The large stone wall came crashing down, as it destroyed all the surrounding droids in one go.

Ahsoka swiftly ran down to him, as he slowly got up.

Anakin was about to shout in fury, but calmly took a deep breath in.

'Breath Anakin. Breath. Remember what Silas said, control your anger...'

As Anakin was silent, slowly inhaling and exhaling, Ahsoka couldn't help but smirk.

"I totally saved your life."

Anakin just scoffed, even forgetting about breathing, "Saved my life!? You almost killed me! You little-!"

Cutting himself off, he could only sigh in annoyance, "Just blow the damn thing up, and let's go."

[Silas POV]

Silas and Obi-Wan peeked over the crystal wall, and gazed as the rain of multiple grenades were released in front of the barrier, causing a yellow-like gas to release from them.

Shhhhh!

Silas watched as the large cloud of yellow smoke spread out.

So him and Obi-Wan quickly stood up, pushing their hands forward.

A powerful force exerted from them as the cloud of smoke was directed into the barrier.

But the droids continued assault of beams forced them to ignite their lightsabers whilst controlling the smoke with the opposite hand.

"Nothings happening!" Obi-Wan shouted out as the droids were only a few meters ahead of them.

"Just be patient!" Silas retorted, swiftly deflecting any beam coming toward him, but also making sure to maintain his control.

After a few seconds, signs of rust appeared on the droids, as patches of brown became visible.

Once noticing the effects were working, Silas and Obi-Wan kneeled back down behind the crystal wall.

Even the onslaught of beams started to decrease, as droids would randomly fall over face-flat.

Clank!

Clank!

This continued for a few more minutes, and droids would continue to fall, but their were still a large amount.

However, all of a sudden the red barrier dissipated as if never there.

"Anakin and Ahsoka did it!" Obi-Wan exhaled a breath in relief, nimbly dodging any incoming beams as he stood back up.

The clones cheered as the Artillery Canons behind them finally started to fire, and their shots now made contact, obliterating all the remaining droids.

And with the clones support from the surrounding towers, the droids were at their mercy.

Silas glanced to his left, watching as Rex in his hazmat suit was but a few feet away, still hiding behind a crystalized wall.

This prompted Silas to duck back down with a playful smile under his golden visor, "Wanna go out there first Rex?"

Rex quietly scoffed, "With all due respect sir, I'd rather have the Force Users go first."

Silas snickered, "Haha! Agreed!" He then saw a certain weapon behind Rex, "You mind handing me that mini-gun?"

Rex nodded as he noticed it behind him, and dragged it over to Silas, who picked it up easily.

"Let's finish this!"

With that, Silas stood up in an instant, and pressed the trigger down.

A volley of blue beams sprayed out to the droids, as he laughed loudly, "Hahaha!"

Obi-Wan saw this, and made sure to defend Silas from any incoming beams with one hand, while simultaneously keeping the yellow gas contained with his other hand.

Silas himself dragged the mini-gun's sight's all across the bridge full of droids, as they became riddled with energized bullets.

The enemies numbers were dwindling at an immense pace, as clones safely shot them from all directions.

But they were far from safe as Silas shouted, "Obi-Wan defend me!"

He dropped the mini-gun and dashed forward, with Obi-Wan running ahead of him, making sure to blocking any beams.

Silas came to a swift stop as he extended both hands, and made sure to contain the yellow gas into a small sphere mid-air.

Even though the gas was out for a short amount of time, it worked wonders, and did it's job by taking out a large amount of droids. Not to mention if it stayed out any longer, it could risk harming the natives, and the incoming clone reinforcements, which is why Silas now wanted to subdue it.

So right behind him, clones hurriedly dragged a large metallic crate along, as Silas controlled the acidic gas and slowly placed it into the container, before firmly closing it.

The rain of fire seemed to die down, as the majority of droids were speedily taken down.

Silas himself seemed unbothered as he stared at the hazmat clones standing beside the container, "Just put some Sodium Bicarbonate, or rather Baking Soda in there, and all the gas should be cleansed out quite easily."

"Understood sir!" They swiftly nodded, before carrying it away.

Obi-Wan already disengaged his saber as he calmly smiled, "Thanks for the assist General, many would have died if it wasn't for you."

Silas just smirked at Obi-Wan, before continuing to yell out orders.

Obi-Wan stared at Silas's back, who seemed to be commanding the troops to be careful when engaging the remaining droids.

'To think one individual can change the tides of the battle so easily and quickly... I can't help but be amazed.' His gaze was full of admiration.

In just one hour, Silas managed to overrun the Separatists, and now the predicted casualty rate dropped from hundreds, to a few dozen or so.

But Obi-Wan's expression soon turned sour, as he frowned, 'Unfortunately that just shows his potential danger is just that great, and that we as the Jedi need to make sure he doesn't lose his way, or else...'

He didn't finish his thoughts, as he decided to trust Silas, and believed that an individual like him, was far too strong to fall under the whims of something such as the dark side.

Silas who was in the distance, seemed to be moving clone corpses, into neat rows.

Nodding contently, he kneeled down beside one lifeless clone, "Rest well, and leave everything to me."

He always attempted to give the clones a peace of mind, even if dead, letting them know he can bear all of their guilt, fear, sadness, pride into the afterlife, if their was one for them.

Because he was their General, and that would never change, regardless of the situation.

Standing back up, he picked up his mini-gun and continued his onslaught against the enemies beside the rest of the rushing clones.

Silas leaped forward, as the soldiers could only watch in awe as he reached unimaginable heights.

Just like it was any other battle, he screamed.

"FOR THE REPUBLIC!"

And just a few hours later, Christophosis, was cleared of any Separatists, ending with the Swift Victory of the Republic.
