199 The Party (III)

Both of them stood up and bowed. Heo Taehyun only laughed.

"No need for all the formalities!" he exclaimed. "I may be older than the two of you but it feels weird to see everyone act so tense and polite around me! Please drop the formalities."

He leaned against the bar, smiling at the young couple. "I'm guessing you are Shin Jinhyun?" he asked.

"Y-y-yes," Jinhyun stammered. "Nice to meet you sir. And this is my date, Cherry Wang."

Cherry smiled and slightly bowed again. 

"Aish! No formalities!" Taehyun scoffed. "Call me Taehyun!"

"I…"

"I really hate it when people call me sir or Mr. Heo," Taehyun lamented. "It makes me feel like I'm a distant person. I really hate that! Just be comfortable around me. Now come. Sit with me."

"Alright," Cherry nodded. "Taehyun."

Jinhyun also nodded. The bartender served their drinks. Jinhyun and Cherry took their seats next to Taehyun.
