34 Chapter 34 "Bathroom"

Sean thought for a while before he said, "Professor Dumbledore, do you know Mr. Newt Scamander, the author of the 'Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them' book?"

Dumbledore nodded, "Newt was a student at Hogwarts. I taught him at the time, and since he graduated from Hogwarts, we have maintained a good friendship. In fact, you look kind of similar to him."

"Because of my character to the animals?"

"Yes, Sean," Dumbledore smiled at him, "In fact, Newt can't tame an underage dragon quickly."

Sean blinked his eyes unconsciously. In fact, this was one of his doubts. His talent was at level 9, and it was already high, but he always felt that the effect was a bit too much. Because as long as he looks at the animal, they would be under his control?

If it acts this way, this is way too powerful. Sean definitely was a bit uneasy by this feeling.

When he was in Diagon Alley, he also went to a pet store. It was true that creatures such as toads, cats, and so on were very warm and close to him, but he never felt the emotions of those creatures.

Today, he felt it twice in a row, and it happened to be the Forbidden Forest riot when he was going through a punishment, which is too coincidental.

Dumbledore seemed to see Sean's doubts. He patted Sean's shoulder, "Although it is not normal, it is a good thing. It shows that you are a good person."

"Then, Professor. Does this because of the commotion that happened in the Forbidden Forest?"

Dumbledore looked in the direction of the Forbidden Forest again, "I'm sorry, Sean, I can't give you an accurate answer. However, I have a small guess."

Dumbledore moved slowly, clasping his hands together, "Whether it is the influence of magic, the reason those animals acting like this was because they were at the bottom of their emotion."

Sean was confused, "What do you mean? I helped them bounce back from the bottom, so they were close to me?"

"It's not clear enough, but that's roughly what it means." Dumbledore withdrew his hand.

"I found it out when I was casting the spell. Waking those poor animals wasn't difficult. As long as I could boost their sanity by a bit, the animals can break free on their own."

Dumbledore looked at Sean with a satisfied look in his eyes. "Newt has such qualities when facing those animals. So I think you are very similar to him in terms of talent."

"Of course, you're also brave, and kind," Dumbledore's expression brightened, "You didn't give up on Hagrid and found a way to save him. Which is very commendable."

Sean smiled slightly, although he felt that Dumbledore's praise was too much.

"Okay, Sean, it's late night, and you should go sleep. I have to go too. By the way, for your brave performance today, ten points for Ravenclaw." He winked at Sean.

"Thank you, Professor." Sean bowed gracefully.

Dumbledore's lit up, and then he disappeared in place. When the sparks disappeared, Sean smacked his lips. Sean turned around and was about to go back when he saw someone turning back in the direction of Hagrid's hut.

"Professor Kettleburn?" Sean saw the person coming.

Kettleburn looked unhappy.

"Wallup? Why haven't you left." He loosened his brows.

"I just spoke to Professor Dumbledore and am about to return."

"Oh, that's why I just saw something there." Kettleburn face changed, "Have you seen the principal's phoenix?"

Sean shook his head. From beginning to end, Dumbledore was only surrounded by flames, and Phoenix did not appear.

Kettleburn sighed, "Well, Albus has been hiding his phoenix from me. Because I want to study its characteristic."

"By the way, is Hagrid finished?" Sean asked casually.

Speaking of this, Kettleburn stroked his beard, "That Hagrid actually sent me off here. He just wanted to study that dragon by himself."

Sean still kept a polite smile. He didn't forget what he should do here because he still had an egg of a magical beast that hadn't hatched.

The two entered the castle along the covered bridge and chatted more and more. Kettleburn didn't care about other things, but he was extremely proud of his knowledge of animals.

By the time they walked to the main lobby, Professor Kettleburn had shown an interest in him.

After chatting for a while, Kettleburn stopped in his tracks and said, "The Ravenclaw Tower is here. You should go back to sleep, Sean."

"Thank you very much. Can I go to you to learn more about animals if you have time?" Sean had a curious expression on his face.

"Of course, of course. You are always welcome in my office." Kettleburn stroked his beard with satisfaction.

Sean pretended to have a sudden thought and said casually, "Oh, Professor. I forgot which book I read it in. Are there any magical animal eggs, about the size of a head, with turquoise patterns and some fluorescence light"

Kettleburn thought for a moment and said slowly, "Fluorescence light? It may be a Common Welsh Green Dragon, but the size of the eggs is not right. Well, I guess the eggs differ in each different environment, but I don't think it's that one. I can't give you an accurate answer, but you can go find the book that explains that one and maybe talk to me if you need some guidance."

"I understand. Thank you for your time, Professor." Although it's a pity that he didn't get an accurate answer, it's also a good gain to get to know Professor Kettleburn.

After saying goodbye, Sean walked towards the tower alone. When he reached the bottom of the stairs, he suddenly felt the urge to urinate. He glanced at the long spiral staircase above his head, and Sean walked decisively towards the bathroom at the bottom of the building.

"It's so far away." Sean quickened his pace and came to the corner where the bathroom was, but he heard two people arguing.

The voice came from the direction of the bathroom, and it was a little vague, but Sean could still hear it. What was surprising was he had just said goodbye to one of the voices that were talking, and he felt a strikingly similar tone to the other one.
