I Can Perceive It
I was so shocked that she talked about my murder like it wasn't anything. I was furious but I had to control myself because I heard mother coming back into the sitting room. I was sure that she had checked my room and didn't find me there that was why she rushed to the sitting room as if I had gone missing.
Childhood was beginning to tire me out and I was on the verge of begging time to speed up.
"Du. Always remain where I keep you. Do not walk around without me close by", Mother said.
She always knew how to get herself worked up. She worried a lot. Even with her eye the color that it was now. I felt bad looking at it. It had even me that had caused that-that had done that to my mother.
"Sorry, mommy". I meant it from the depth of my soul.
