4 Escaping From the Academy!

"I told you that I would kill you!" Luo Fei snickered happily.

If he were an ordinary second-generation martial artist, Luo Fei wasn't confident that he would be able to murder Yang Jie so easily. But Yang Jie's abilities were only backed by the fruitful resources of his family. The news of Yang Jie's demise in the training ground had spread like wildfire, and it attracted a huge crowd instantly. Those who had just arrived were aghast and stunned by Yang Jie's motionless body that lay on the ground. 

"Ah!!" A female teacher covered her mouth as she shrieked in horror. Her voice echoed throughout the entire training ground. Her scream broke the silence in the training ground and conversations started among the disciples. 

"This is... Yang Jie?"

"Oh my God! Who could be so dauntless to kill someone?"

"It's over! Something bad is going to happen!"

"It was Luo Fei! I saw Luo Fei challenging Yang Jie the moment I entered the training ground! He killed Yang Jie with just one move!"

The entire training ground became chaotic with loud conversations. There were even some cowards who fainted the minute they saw the pool of blood on the ground. 

Although it was common for people to die on this planet, many had not yet experienced such a tragedy right before their eyes. This incident was surreal compared to the sources they saw on the internet. Not to mention the horror for those who had observed the entire incident from the start, they were still shaken by the fact that Luo Fei had killed Yang Jie with just a punch and a kick.

A few of Yang Jie's sidekicks heard the news and quickly rushed over to the training ground. Their legs gave out and they blanched as they saw Yang Jie's corpse. They were not only afraid that Luo Fei might also seek revenge from them but they were even more fearful of Yang Jie's family. 

They have been Yang Jie's sidekicks for quite some time and clearly, they understood the influence of Yang Jie's family on this planet and they trembled in fear just by the thought of it. 

"It's over for us this time! We can't get away with this!"

"Luo Fei... how dare he kill Yang Jie!"

"Is he not afraid of Yang Jie's family? D*mn it!"

Their minds went blank as they were unsure how to react! They were fully aware that martial artists ruled this world. Yang Jie's martial arts family would never forgive Luo Fei and they themselves, as Yang Jie's sidekicks, would also be implicated in this uneventful occurrence. 

The news had continued to spread quickly and it did not take long for the academy's dean to be informed. A young man who was dressed in a suit and tie rushed into a luxurious office with his forehead covered in sweat, and he urgently reported the incident to a middle-aged man sitting on an armchair. "Dean! We're in deep trouble! Something awful had just happened!"

"What happened that could be so urgent? Compose yourself!" The dignified middle-aged man frowned disapprovingly at the young man who barged into his office. 

"Dean, something big had just happened! An ordinary disciple in our academy had just beat Yang Jie to death!

"The news has already spread like wildfire, especially since Yang Jie is the youngest son from the renowned Yang family!" The young man relayed the matter to the middle-aged man in a flustered manner. 

"What? Was he Yang Hao's younger brother?" The dean immediately stood up, his expression stiffened. 

"That's right! What should we do now?"

The dean was dumbfounded by the young man's confirmation. Although he was the dean of the cultivation academy, his strength and speed had merely reached the level of an advanced-level martial artist disciple. He would never stand a chance against a martial artist. Moreover, Yang Hao's abilities were far beyond any ordinary martial artist.

"Dean... Dean?" The young man tried to bring the dean back to his senses.

"This is a very bad situation!" The dean's mind whirred with images of a raging Yang Hao in front of him. 

"Dean, I think we still have hope. We should arrest the vicious beast who killed Yang Jie and turn him in. I reckon that with the academy's reputation, the Yang family will not harm you!" The young man hurriedly calmed the dean.

The young man's words were like a beacon of hope for the dean. His eyes immediately became focused. "Right... that's right! As long as we arrest the murderer, the Yang family will not blame me entirely!"

The dean came back to his senses and asked the young man, "Where is the murderer?"

"He had already escaped!"

"What? He has escaped? You guys are so useless! Where are the academy's guards? Hunt him down this very instant! Bring me the murderer before the Yang family finds out about this incident!" The dean's face flushed with anger and ordered furiously. 

He had never imagined anyone would have the audacity to challenge a member of a strong martial arts family. 

"Alright!" The young man immediately obeyed and rushed off to make the necessary arrangements to capture Luo Fei.

Meanwhile, Luo Fei had already escaped from the academy and was sprinting at lightning speed on a crowded street, with only a glimpse of his shadow being seen.
