1 Three Paths

The path of a cultivator is always eclectic and dangerous,no two man can take the same path,the power they wield may seem alike but there is always a difference.

People believe that a cultivator is meant to take only one path,not two or three.

It is always said that"One path one warrior".

If a cultivator is able to find his path and become very powerful just imagine if he had more than one.

In a world known as Jighole,humans were provided with only three paths to tread.

Path of spirits,path of giants and finally path of astral summoning.

Path of spirits as the name implies deals with spirits not just any type,but the spirits of beasts.

Warriors who tread this path would have the ability to control several spirit beasts.

Spirits bests are obtained from Degron beast when they are slayed,one can only obtain a spirit from a beast which one killed or which one saw when it was killed.

If one come across the carcass of a Degron beast,there is a ninety percent possibility that the spirit had either been taken by another warrior or it had floated out of the body,or in rare cases decayed with the body.

Spirit warriors are always very powerful imagine having tens of spirit beast in your control,it is awesome.

They are always feared due to the wide range of destruction they could cause with the might of their armies of spirit beasts.

As powerful as spirit warriors seem to be there is a weakness in their structure.

A spirit warrior doesn't walk around with his spirit beasts they are always kept in his body,why,that is because summoning spirit beasts cost spirit warriors depletion of energy.

So they are prone to assassination,if they are caught unawares they could get killed easily without been able to summon their spirit beasts.

In simple fact they were defenceless without their spirit beast.

To make up for this error,spirit warriors began to cultivate their own spirit.

Meaning they would capture the eggs(or infants in the womb)of Degron beast.

This eggs or infants have to be in the early stage,meaning they have not begun to form their physical structure.

Spirit warriors believe that at this stage the egg or infant is a spirit,so they are suitable to be cultivated.

They follow some procedure and then merge with the eggs or infants gaining their innate skills and even their physical structure.

That's everything about the path of spirits moving to the next one which is the path of giants.

Path of giants is a path where cultivators who wish to cultivate their bodies should walk upon.

It was called path of giants not because they would become huge and burly as giants,it was only used as an emblem for the rate of strength a giant warrior would posses.

The next which is the path of astral summoning is precisely the strongest of all paths,it enabled warriors the ability to summon astral beasts,this beast were celestial beings.

Beast with ancient and pure bloodline, Degron beast compared to this beast were trash.

An astral beast could defeat tens of Degron beast in one breath,they were extremely powerful.

Just like spirit warriors,astral warriors also had the problem of defence if they were to slow to summon their astral beast they could get killed easily from a sneak attack.

But there was also a solution to their problem,it was even far better than that of spirit warriors.

Summoning astral beast gifted them with astral weapons, astral weapons were divine weapons that could split mountains and dismember hills.

This weapons were more than enough for defending them from any sneak attack.

Apart from this,astral warriors get to a stage in their cultivation where sneak attacks would be useless against them.

Cultivators in Jighole experience freedom in the sense that everybody is free to choose which path he/she would want to tread,though not everyone had the ability to walk on neither of the three paths,not minding that everybody was still given the opportunity to try.

You would be the one to decide and determine you future cause it was not an infinitesimal duty to become great in the future.

One peculiar thing in the system of Jighole is that a cultivator can choose to tread on two paths even on the three available paths.

It is nobody's business,as long as you are good in whatever you are doing.

Deep in the expanse of Jighole,a tough battle is currently going on in a Degron forest.

The battle is between a young silver haired lad and several Degron beasts.

The battle surprisingly seem to be in favour of the silver haired boy as he was taking down one beast after another with his tiny fist which he constantly swings like colossal hammers,but he was not alone he was helped by four beasts which were meant to be his spirit beasts (spirit beasts turn corporeal after absorbing energy from the body of the warrior).

The warrior child is Shaw,Shaw is both a spirit warrior and a giant warrior and he is naturally talented and enabled to tread on both paths.

He is precisely fourteen years of age and had lost the feeling of family since the age of ten that is precisely four years ago.

His parents mysteriously disappeared abandoning him in their clan,he had tried all his possible means to search for them but to no avail.

The members and elders of the clan also helped in the search but all effort was rendered futile.

A lot of people had come to the conclusion that they were dead if not they would have found them,but Shaw still believed that they were not,and that one day when he becomes very strong he would search for them and definitely find them.

This was one of the force that pushed and encouraged Shaw not to settle for the less.

Shaw is a very industrious and ambitious person,he wanted to practice all the three paths but was disappointed when he discovered his zero talent in astral summoning.

But he is still satisfied as he is able to practice two paths successfully.

His talent was above excellent in both paths though he was not the best in his clan he was among the best.

He came to the forest in search of a good egg to cultivate his spirit .

Though he was not defenceless like most spirit warriors as he is a giant warrior,but cultivating one's spirit had several benefits that it granted a warrior.

But one can only cultivate one's spirit when one has reached the ninth step of bloom.

There are nine steps of bloom each step represented an increase in cultivation level.

Shaw had successfully climbed all the steps to the ninth one where he would be able to cultivate his spirit and advance to a next level.

But the increase was only in the path of spirits,he was still in the seventh step in the path of giants.

Not because he was not good enough it is precisely because the path of giants is the hardest of all,it took on a slower motion compared to the others.
