Prologue

1998 summer of

I was fresh into high school, I lived in the UK I had a rocky upbringing a mother who drank because she couldn't settle down, during this time I dealt with her tantrums, the threats and the abuse, twice i was put into care because she couldn't cope, and two years prior my grandmother had died of kidney disease, but my grandfather mistress started moving in too quickly rocking up our family if that didn't make matters worse her son abused me as child which started of chain of events that lead to my meltdowns and depression.

But I can't blame it all on my mother or the mistresses son because my family played a big part in it all over the years and the people I came into contact with over the years.

So skipping ahead ill start with when I knew for certain I started spiralling...
