44 Chapter 44

[Third Person's PoV]

When the final bell rang and everyone started leaving, Peter leaned over to Harry and whispered "Meet us by the abandoned subway by old Jeffrey's place in a hour"

"You mean that old convenience store that shut down and we used to hangout around when we were little?" Harry asked with a lifted brow.

Harry then shrugged his shoulders "Sure, I'll be there"

After they all left, both Gwen and Peter had to go detention. They went and sat in an empty classroom where a teacher just lazily sat down and read his book.

As both Peter and Gwen sat down the teacher grabbed a small TV remote and turned on a box TV.

Peter almost banged his head on the table when he saw who appeared on it, it was Steve Rogers, giving his usual lecture while pointing his finger.

Everytime they would get into trouble and would have to go into detention, they would always play the same video.

'I swear when I see him it's on sight' Peter

After a long 45 minutes, Gwen was to the point of throwing the table at the teacher and dealing with the consequences later.

The teacher looked up from his book and looked at his watch, he then looked at Peter and Gwen in confusion "What are you two still doing here. Your detention ended 15 minutes ago."

"WHAT!!!!" They both shouted beyond passed

"Yeah, I mean normally detention for you guys would be over in 40 minutes. But I know the two of you are good kids and are in the top of your class so I just have you for 30 minutes… didn't I say that?"

"NO!!!" Both Peter and Gwen shouted.

Teacher blinked for a few seconds before shrugging his shoulders "oh well"

"Oh well?" Peter said and repeated "Oh well?"

He was about to move towards the teacher "I'll show you oh well when I shove my fist up your-"

Before Peter could finish Gwen covered his moved and shook her head "Let's just go we have somewhere to be remember"

Peter grumbled before the two of them left running out of the school, they went and rode onto their bikes and rode on their way to meet Harry.

Once they arrived they saw Harry coming out of a car and the driver driving away, they got off their own bikes and walked up to Harry.

Harry looked at Gwen and asked "I couldn't ask before in front of our friends but are you…"

Gwen sighed but nodded head.

"Awesome" Harry said pretty excited at the idea of getting super-powered close friends.

He then looked around and asked "So what are we doing here"

Both Gwen and Peter but their bikes over their shoulder and said "Followed us"

They led Harry over to the bottom in front of what used to look like a subway tunnel entrance, except it was sealed off with cement.

"Cool wall" Harry said.

Which made both Peter and Gwen scoff at him.

"Have you seen Harry Potter?" Peter asked

"Yeah?" Harry said, unsure of why that was relevant.

Both Gwen and Peter looked at each and smirked. They both took off running, which left Harry flabbergasted.

"WAIT THE WALL" Harry yelled when he saw that they weren't stopping.

But instead of crashing into the wall both Peter and Gwen just ran right through it, leaving Harry to look with his mouth wide open.

Peter poked his head out from the wall as he asked "well? Aren't you coming in?"

Which made Harry smirk and take off running. He closed his eyes instinctively when he got close and ran right through.

When he opened his eyes it was like he was in a brand new world.

Peter smirked as he said "Welcome to Hogwarts"

"Just what is this" Harry said looking at everything in awe

Peter laid his bike to the side and spread out his arms while walking a bit in front "Welcome to the 'Underground Webspace' our superhero secret hideout"

"Did you seriously build a superhero hideout?" Harry said, still in a state of shock unbelieving what he was seeing.

"It wasn't always a superhero hideout, it just recently got this makeover" Gwen added "We anonymously bought this area recently, although it took almost all of our savings, and started to really start upgrading everything"

They then led Harry into the room where Arnny's servers are, which they use the area for testing and things like what.

"This is mostly where the magic happens, it used to be smaller, but since we bought this place we decided to break a few walls and expand. Oh and Harry meet Arnny and Arnny meet Harry"

"Good Afternoon Mr. Osborn" Arnny said appearing on the big monitor

"Uhhhh, Hello to you too" Harry replied while looking between Peter and Arnny on the screen.

Peter just looked at Harry's reaction and looked really smug "I know, I know, I'm a genius, the only thing stopping me from reaching enlightenment is my mortal shell"

Harry rolled his eyes and saw something at the corner of his eyes.

"Is that…Is that a dryer and a washing machine?" Harry said making sure what he was seeing was right.

"Out of everything that's what got your attention? Not the high tech lab, my beautiful daughter, all the weird looking chemicals on the shelf, but the washing machine?" Peter said while looking at Harry in disbelief.

"I mean yeah" Harry then looked at Peter weirdly "What kind of secret hideout/Lab has a washing machine just sitting right there?"

"The one where you sometimes come home with blood clothes and don't want to explain it to your aunt or uncle so you need a secret place to clean it"

"Wait Aunt May and Uncle Ben don't know your identities?" Harry asked with a head tilt

"Didn't I say you were the first person to know"

"Yeah but I thought it was like between friends. So I'm like the first one ever, ever, ever know?"

"Yup, even if it was unintentional " Peter said.

Which made Harry put an awkward expression "Right… I forgot about that part"

"I was planning on telling Aunt May and Uncle Ben first then Gwen's dad, way later down the line you and MJ, but eh" Peter said shrugging his shoulders.

"It really doesn't matter in which order you found out." Peter added.

Gwen then came out of a new installed room to the right, that would be later used to keep other suits, wearing her Ghost-spider costume.

When she came out she pointed to Harry and said "Don't let him go out there, he's still injured. Although he'll heal, I don't want him going out today"

Harry made a military salute as he said "Yes ma'am"

Gwen nodded and pulled down her mask and exited the hideout.

As she was leaving Harry noticed something else and walked up to it after examining it for a bit he asked "You have a pet spider?"

"That's actually the spider that gave me power, I named him Daddy Long Legs." Peter said while touching his chest and sounding touched.

Harry turned and looked at Peter with a deadpan expression "Really?"

Peter just nodded proudly.

He then thought about something for a minute and said "Hold up", and went to the room where Gwen came out.

While Peter was doing his thing Harry started exploring the entire room, he stood in front a shelf with weird chemicals and started reading the labels.

"Dissolving Acid?" Harry read out loud.

Peter then came out after a few seconds with what he wrapped around in the school bathroom and with a damaged spider suit.

He ripped the webs slightly and put the bloody clothes and suit inside the washer and put the bloody up webs, alongside a piece of bloody metal in a container, he then went and grabbed the Dissolving Acid and poured it in there, destroying everything.

"What was that for?" Harry asked, confused.

"We don't know who is out there just waiting to get a hand on our blood so we destroy every piece of evidence we get" Peter explained.

"Are there really people out there trying to get your blood?" Harry asked worriedly.

Peter nodded his head "More than you could ever think possible"
