Meaning it have been 14 years since the great karm war , a war that reshape the entire Galaxy, most planet is still in the process of recovery, meaning there is no shortage of job for Adventurers, and so that is the case for Sen Deri, a human and one of the Great Karm War veteran that now work as a C ranked adventure along with his partner/adventure-in-training, Ann kasa, a giantess with great ambition to be renowned as "one of the best adventurer" Like her idol Jhara Tigs Bulan I.

She is currently in Amaq Adventurer Guild preparing herself for the final interview before obtaining her official adventurer badge

"Hei Mr. Sen, are you ready to meet the future best adventurer? Hehee" She boast herself While Sen just look at her with his cold eyes, "huh! don't be jealous if I pass your rank in 2 years!" She said before entering the test room, While Sen waiting for her twat he get approached by guy, his body is covered in fur with face akin to a wolves, his name is Ros, a Beastman and an A ranked adventurer also part of a few people that consider Sen as a friend, "you might have to be careful dude, she is gonna be a rookie star around here, people that can manifest 2 abilities will always excell in life don't you think so?" Sen look at him and reply "perhaps"

Meanwhile inside Ann final interview the situation and question is getting intense between Ann and the interviewer

"how many ability type are there?" Asked the interviewer

Ann takes a deep breath and answer

"Three, Individual ability that manifested on most individual, bloodline ability that is possessed by those who have blood of nobility, and Racial ability that is possessed by some race, each ability is also divided between offense, defense, and support, and depends on th—"

"Enough, enough, you pass the interview, here is your starting identification as an F ranked adventurer" Said the interviewer with a forced smile, Ann immediately ran out to show his Adventurer identification to Sen, which he reply with just a Pat on her head,

"THAT'S NOT WHAT I WANTED" She yelled but there is a visible happiness on her face, "I don't care anymore! I'm just gonna go and take my first quest" she then walk to take a her first quest, because it's her first quest there is more procedure

"Do you have a companion?" Asked the staff, "yes, I'm with Mr. Sen" Ann replied

"Aah oke, now you only need to fill your manifested ability to find a quest that will suit you", "Sure" Ann says, Ann is a rare case as she manifest two individual ability and so it surprises the staff "two individual abilities? Shield maker and gravity too, a good mix of offense and defense, you gonna make it big here kid"

On the other hand Sen individual ability is of the support type, enhancer, so this make their party of two a very balanced one, and so the staff give them an E ranked quest to planet ijol, they both then get to their spaceship, the SURVI70R and go to complete their quest.

As their spaceship was near planet ijol, she couldn't hold her excitement for her first ever quest as adventurer.

"So you understand? This one is an easy job, you just need to hunt some anjeem, it seems they have been stealing the local crop for a few week now" A voice of the guild administrator coming from the terminal "copy that" Sen replied "hey I want to say that too" Ann said, but Sen just focus to enter ijol atmosphere.

They land in the City of Ngeness to get some supplies and because the location of their quest is not far from the city, as they walk around to get the things that they need, it become clear that there is barely anything good in the city, homeless people everywhere, there is bug and garbage, and although Sen just brushed it all of and keep walking, there is a visible concern coming from Ann face, and when they arrive in a tool store, her curiosity get the better of her

"What happened to this city? Was it always like this? " She ask the grey bearded store clerk, the store clerk show a sad face before answering her "things is not always like this, this planet used to be filled with life, but every thing change 19 years ago, when million of Karm attacked the planet, we ask for reinforcement, but instead that CURSED EMPIRE PULL BACK THEIR ARMY AND LET US DI—" Bam! Sen slam a pack of bandage, the sad face that the store clerk is showing before have turn into tears and anger, "I'm so sorry, that will be 14 creds" The store clerk said while wiping his tears,

Sen give him the money and just walk out without a word, Ann is still have mixed feeling about what she just heard, as Ann exit the store a goblin kid suddenly approach her and cries while begging "miss you're an adventurer right? Please you have to save my friend, they were kidnapped by some bad guys" Ann look concerned but then Sen told her "let's go, that's probably a trap" , Ann loudly replies "but what if it's not? You just gonna let some kid dies?" Sen as usual just stare at her with his cold eyes before walking back to their ship, Ann is still mad but she follow Sen back to their ship "I'm sorry kid" She told the goblin. Once in the ship, Sen told Ann to "get some sleep", Ann still pissed ask Sen once more " Mr. Sen why don't you want to save those kids? Is this how you do your quest all this time?" Sen went quiet before replying " Its not part of our quest" As he go to his room, Ann not satisfied with Sen answer grab her weapon, a two bronze colored gauntlet and decide to help the goblin kid on her own, she manage to track him, "y-your back! Thank you so much" The kid cries and lead her to where the kidnapper is, the place look like an abandoned warehouse "I have tried to ask help from the police here, but they don't care about a single goblin", "it's okay, you stay here I will save your friend" Said Ann, she tried to peek in and turns out its true, there is 7 guy and a goblin, filled with anger, Ann burst in the warehouse "GRAVITY PUNCH!" Combination of her strength as giant, the gauntlet and her gravity ability, she manage to quickly beat all 7 bad guy, but as she about to deliver the finishing blow, suddenly her gauntlet is stopped by a bare hand "hmm, this is why I hate hiring human, they are weak" He standing 3 meter tall with a thick beard he is a giant, He then tried to punch her, but somehow she manage to dodge him "that single punch will instantly knocked me out" Ann thought, "woah you can dodge that, now that I look at you, you're a giant too right? Although still young, you have the talent for these thing, so how about you join me eh?", I would rather die than becoming a scum like you!" Ann replied, the giant then laugh "hahaha, so that's how it is, so let me give you a hand" Woosh! another punch aimed at her but she manage to dodge it again, using her gravity ability, she can move in a way it's unpredictable, blow after blow yet she dodge them all "that skill of yours is damn annoying!" She keep dodging while trying to find opening and keep him away from the goblin kid, but he realize her intention "all this just for a mere goblin kid eh?" The giant said Then he aimed his fist to the kid instead "Nooooooo!" She quickly move in front of the goblin kid and activate her shield ability, "double abilities? Not that it matters if you die here!" As he send barrage of punch towards her shield, and as the shield start cracking suddenly from the shadow someone arrive, it's Sen, a smile can be seen on Ann face "you're dead" Ann told him it makes him curious "who are you? " Said the giant to Sen, but Sen stay quiet "okay then not that I care you gonna die anyway" And as the giant tries to punch him with his fist, Sen whisper "fist enhancement" Before clashing his fist with the giant, crushing the giant hand instantly and casually walk to Ann, "I told you it's not a trap" As she fall to his hand, the giant tries to strike Sen from the back and once again Sen whisper "feet enhancement" before kicking him to the sky, he Pat Ann head and told her "you did great"
