[Third Person's PoV]
In his room Futarou planned his next course of action.
"Okay after checking the date it's April 20th, and in order to get into a hunters academy they would test you around February next year, send the acceptance letter by March and start the academy in April.
So here's what I'm going to do, it would be idiotic to spend all of the tickets every time I get them, it's better if I go for quality then quantity, so I'm going to be saving them for half the time I train and while also training my body and practice wielding a Spear.
The other half of my training I'm going to convert and spend tickets, and train what I obtain from the Gacha.
As for my summoner ability… I'm not going to use it until I convert and collect my Gacha tickets, so I'll be strong when the time comes.
I don't know what I could summon, if I summon something dangerous or evil I rather be able to protect myself"
He muttered to himself as he started writing things on his calendar.
He then looked at his Stats, "Just having them there wouldn't do anyone any favor so might as well use them."

Futarou closed his eyes and felt a surge of power, making him almost unconsciously moan.
He opened and closed his fist testing his strength making him smirk, "Oh yeah, I'm liking this"
His expression turned serious, "I can't slack off during these months, this is the time where I build my foundation after all"

And that's exactly what he did for the majority of his last Junior High school year. He trained every single day, he would go to school, come home, spend a little time with his sister, getting to know her and his new Father better, before going off to more training.
He would go to a secluded spot in a nearby park and practice thrusting his Spear, lashing and maneuvering, during that time he discovered something interesting about himself. Thanks to his Hypercognitive ability, he is able to study how he moves and correct himself when something feels off.
It was thanks to this that he discovered he could make his own skills with a lot of repetition, it would take him days, sometimes even a month to get it done, but thanks to his ability he was able to analyze how his Swift Stride works and make a skill based on that.
And just like that 5 months passed…
Raiha was seen on Futarou's back counting his push ups, going up and down giggling
"94, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, and 100"
Raiha then jumped off as Futarou got up and started to rotate his shoulder.
Futarou then saw Raiha looking at him causing him to raise a brow at her, before poking her forehead, something he began to like doing, "Why are you looking at me like that"
"I'm just realizing how different you look, Onii-chan. Before you were so scrawny I was afraid the next time you stepped outside the wind was going to blow you away"
"Oi"
"Hahahahahahaha!" Their Father, Isanari Uesugi, started laughing upon hearing that.

"Har, Har, Very Funny old man" Futarou said rolling his eyes
"Sorry, Sorry, but she's right you know my boy. You're totally different, ever since you started exercising I thought it was just a phase or something I didn't expect to commit to it, but now look at you, you're taller, more muscular, definitely more handsome. You must get it from me after all" He smirked with a hand on his chin and an arrogant expression.
"Yeah, keep dreaming, old man," Futarou retorted.
"Well, at least Raiha thinks so, right, honey?" Isanari tried to salvage the situation.
"Onii-chan is definitely more handsome," Raiha said honestly.
Isanari gained a look of betrayal and held his heart, "My own kids are against me."
Futarou just sighed and shook his head, "Well, I guess you're right, I do look different from before."

"That's an understatement," Isanari muttered before adopting a serious expression.
"So I take it this means you'll really be doing it, huh?" He asked Futarou, his serious expression not looking very happy.
Futarou responded in kind and replied seriously as well, "I am, I'll be taking the exam later on to become a Hunter."
Isanari sighed when he heard that, "I know as a father I'm supposed to support unconditionally, but do you think it's selfish of me to just want you to get a regular job, settle down with a beautiful woman, and grow up well with a nice happy family?"
Futarou just smiled and shook his head, "No, no, it's not… Thanks for worrying about me." Futarou then looked Isanari head-on, "But this is something I really want to do."
Isanari looked down and let out a sigh before looking back up and giving Futarou a thumbs up, "Very well, if I can't stop you, I might as well support you all the way through it."
"Thanks… Dad," Futarou said with a grin before patting Raiha's head and walking away to his room.
He laid down on his bed with his hands behind his head and summoned his status screen after collecting his daily quest reward.

In order to evolve the grade, one needed to reach a master proficiency with them, then you had to find a way to make such an already mastered skill even better," Futarou mused.
Futarou stayed admiring his skills for a while longer before sitting up, "Convert all of the tickets into the highest order."

"Now then, I know I said to not inform me if I completed a quest except for my daily ones to not distract myself, but now it's time to claim all those quests I missed," Futarou said with a smirk.

After converting more tickets, Futarou checked how many he had now and nodded approvingly.
[Gacha Tickets: 2 Bronze, 4 Silver, 7 Gold]
"Oh, please, Lady Luck, bless your lost lamb into a fortunate encounter and bring him into salvation," Futarou prayed before commanding the system to roll the 7 Golden Tickets.
