After readjusting his SP into the appropriate stats, Futarou nodded his head before taking out the C rank dungeon key.
After 4 days of training he was able to see some improvement, thanks to his divine protection guiding him, he was even able to create 2 new skills rather quickly because of it.
So today as the 7th day he has been away from home Futarou decided to conquer his last dungeon before returning home.
And so with a twist, he opened up a portal and stepped inside, inside was just a regular forest with tall green trees, green grass.
And so with Puck resting on his head, Futarou started exploring while occasionally looking at his map.
Futarou saw a red dot running towards his direction, immediately his grimoire flew to his side and started glowing gold while the pages flipped.
A 5 meter tall bear appeared charging towards Futarou with a roar and determination.
[Buff/Blessing Magic: Greater Strength]
Futarou was bathed in a slight golden glow as his muscles bulged slightly over his shirt.
The giant bear extended its claws, which turned white and grew in length and sharpness, trying to attack him.
Futarou leaned back as the claws just narrowly missed his face before wrapping his arms around the bear's arm.
Futarou was pushed back slightly before veins started protruding from his arms causing him to take a tighter grip, he slowly lifted the bear off the ground and slammed it on its back, stunning it.
Once it was on its back Futarou cocked his arm before punching the bear on its face, the ground cracked as the face of the bear caved in, breaking most of his teeth.

"Eh?" Futarou was stunned seeing the exp message, "Just one punch? I know Greater Strength doubled my Strength stats temporarily but still… well it's close to 300+ when doubled so I can see why it happened, definitely wasn't expecting it though"
Futarou shook his head with a sigh before using another spell from his grimoire,
[Buff/Blessing Magic: Haste]
"Hold on Puck" Futarou warned him .
Once again Futarou was bathed in a golden light before disappearing from where he was standing, the grass ruffled and swayed all the way towards the direction Futarou ran off to.
Futarou maneuvered through the forest making his way through the thick terrain before encountering more giant bears.
Without stopping Futarou brought his fist closer to his side reappearing before a group of bears, almost immediately he threw a punch to the first bear he appeared before.
Due to the momentum of his speed and strength the bear was sent flying back crashing against the trees, that bear never got back up.
Futarou jumped back as he detected something flying towards him, it was air slashes in the shapes of claws filled with magic.
"ROOOOAAAAAARRR!"
"Argh!" Futarou groaned as he got on one knee and covered his ears as he was attacked by a magic amplified roar. He then felt a sharp burning sensation on his back before feeling blood flowing down his back.

He forced himself to focus and saw a Bear in front of him already swinging its paw ready to decapitate him.
Futarou bit on his lip till it bled to get himself to focus more, the ground beneath him cracked as he shot himself towards the bear. The bear missed his attack, which Futarou used as an opening to punch the standing bear on its stomach which rippled strongly before his fist ripped right through its fur and skin, causing it to roar in pain.
Futarou jumped away once more when he detected another bear coming behind to attack.
As he jumped he twisted himself in the air before kicking the bear that tried to sneak attack him, across the jaw. Its lower Jaw came completely off, which also caused it to roar in pain as well.
Another Bear then tried to also attack him by trying to bite into him but Futarou already landed on the ground and dodge the attack before kneeing it's chin, breaking all the bones of its lower jaw.
Futarou maneuvered himself between all of the bears fighting them with nothing but his bear hands. (A/N: Badum ptsss)
After a few minutes Futarou is standing in the middle of the bear corpses breathing heavily due to the bleeding.
He dispelled his magic returning him to normal and as he did Puck appeared before him opening and closing his mouth in an angry manner but with no words coming out.
Futarou sighed, and started pointing towards his ears, "I can't hear you! Those bastards used wind magic to amplify their roars and damaged my ears… wait a bit"
To Futarou's eyes Puck just made an exasperated motion letting out a silent sigh. He called forth his grimoire causing it to fly by him and start flipping through the pages.
[Buff/Blessing Magic: Speeding recovery]
Futarou's body was covered in a golden glow, the wounds on his back started to slowly close and his hearing started to return as he used a spell that only fastened his recovery speed.
"Can you hear me now?" Puck asked, tilting his head.
Futarou nodded his head to which Puck sighed in relief, "... WHAT THE HELL IS THE MATTER WITH YOU!" Puck shouted, taking Futarou by surprise.
"Wha–" Futarou didn't even get a chance to reply as Puck continued to reprimand him with his arms crossed.
"How can you be so careless, why didn't you use any other magic, or call us for help! Why the hell were you fist fighting in the first place! Did you seriously let your guard down just because you killed one of them off with just 1 punch. What would have happened if you died? What about your family? Seriously!"
Futarou started pressing both his index finger together in a shy and cute manner making Puck look at him with disgust.
"I was training both my Grimoire and Hand to Hand combat ability without relying on anything else. Them using wind magic with that roar just took me by surprise, I wasn't expecting it and then I grew disoriented–"
"No more excuses!" Puck said, "I want you to be careful in the future, no matter how weak your enemies are, I want you to always have your guard up, do I make myself clear"
Futarou got into a military salute, "SIR YES SIR!"
Puck just sighed once more, "Seriously why are you so obsessed with training?"
Futarou froze for a bit before taking on a pondering expression, "... I don't know, I think I like the feeling of knowing that I'm better than who I was the day before. I really haven't thought about it before so I can't give you a honest answer"
Puck didn't say anything but continued looking at Futarou before nodding his head, "I see, I hope one day you can come to the answer you're are looking for, I really don't like seeing you getting hurt for no reason" After which Puck flew back towards his head,
Futarou didn't say anything but smiled feeling warm that someone was worry about him that much, then started thinking about his fight while closing and opening his palm, 'I felt myself improving as I fought them in hand to hand, I also felt on how I could improve, this divine protection is seriously no joke'
Futarou casted Haste to himself once again before he took off running massacring the rest of the Bear he would along the way while gaining a new skill along the way.
