Chapter-11<*Surviving*>

The group was in deep silence as they looked at each other.

"I think it's time for us to leave..." - Cloud said while

he shook his head, "Would you do the honors, Shizuka-chan?"

"Hai-!" -he nodded happily as he started the vehicle- "Fasten your seatbelts~!"

"This is..." Airi muttered in terror as she looked around in terror. She couldn't believe how much she had changed the street that she had traveled a few hours ago.

The streets were now littered with corpses, blood and burned cars. The shops that lined the road were completely destroyed and the few that still they were standing, they were unrecognizable - "It can't be..."

Cloud just shook his head as she watched the Chaos spread so fast. It was obvious that the outbreak had only started a few hours ago and society had already gone to shit.

"What do we do now?" Rei asked with concern. She knew that the situation would be bad but she never thought that bad.

"First, we have to get some supplies to be able to survive... we don't know how long we will be like this until we reach a safe place" - Saya replied seriously "After that, we will have to find a safe point to shelter until we can think about how to continue

"Did they try to contact their families?" Saeko asked as she looked around.

"I don't have anyone in town"-answered Cloud as he shook his head. The person who had cared for him and loved him like a son had died of cancer.

"I don't have family in the city either" - Shizuka replied.

"I don't have anyone"-Miku denied as she looked at the blond boy.

"I'm in a similar situation" - replied Kyoko as Airi nodded.

"My parents are abroad" - Kohta said calmly - "My mother is a fashion designer and my father..."

"I feel like you're some kind of anime character…" Saya interrupted as she held the bridge of her nose.

"Anyway, I'm sure my family is safe"

"I tried to call Tousan when I got on the bus but my caller wouldn't get through" - Rei sighed regretfully while Takashi had a similar expression.

"What about you, Saeko-chan?" Shizuka asked as she looked in the rearview mirror.

"The only person in my family is traveling from

training for France" - answered the champion of

Kendo.

"..." - the boys were silent for a few seconds as they continued to walk the streets of Tokonosu city.

"I think it would be a good idea if we stopped here" Cloud said as they walked past a grocery store. The shop had its windows broken, but you could tell there was still food inside. The boys wondered why but Cloud and Saeko knew why, it was obvious that there were hostile forces inside the place.

"What do we do?" Rei asked seriously.

"We have to go into that place and get the necessary supplies" - Cloud replied seriously - "I think we'll all have to go in because then we can get used to this situation.

"I…" Airi murmured fearfully but she calmed down when she felt her boyfriend's hand.

"Don't worry, I'm here for you"-Takashi smiled as he hugged her-"Just close your eyes and I'll do the rest"

Cloud only moved a few centimeters to avoid the attack of his enemy and with a precise movement, he pierced his chest with his great sword- "If you are going to eliminate your problems... then do it at the root"

The girls could only look at the blond with conflicting emotions. They never thought that he would be this cold, although this was to be expected. The blonde was not only being influenced by the personality of 'Cloud Strife', but he had also lived with many strange people and had seen a lot of death during his stay in this 'peaceful' world.

"..." - the men, seeing that not only their leader had fallen, but also their second in command, decided to run away with everything they had.

"Rule number three...always be firm...if you do something, finish it"-muttered the blonde as he ran against the escaping men.

Airi couldn't take it anymore and vomited when she saw how her friend was killing without mercy, although she wasn't the only one. Kyoko was slightly scared but only that.

"Let's gather the food we need and we'll go back to the Bus to prepare for the next step"-Cloud said calmly as he looked for a cart to move the necessary supplies.

"As much as I hate to admit it, Cloud-san is right…" Kohta sighed as he shook his head and took a cart to help the leader from him.

"Takashi-kun..." Airi muttered as he trembled with fear.

"Don't worry... we're safe"-said the young man with black hair as he hugged his girlfriend-"It's all over...."
