Chapter 18: Immortal’s Day Out Part 1

Artreus eventually reives from his cute heart attack only moments later.

Angel: "Daddy? Are you okay?"

The cute little 12 year version of Angel was staring at him worriedly. Possibly since he was unresponsive for the short time he was dead. She probably thought he passed out.

He immedietly checks the sealed memories of Angel.

Adult Angel had replaced memories of her father Jack with himself, sothqt she now thinks he is her father in her memories.

Artreus: "Never better Angel."

Angel had then looked around her when she got her answer from her 'father'.

Angel: "Daddy! Where are we?! I'm scared!"

She had immediately thrown himself into Artreus' chest and curled uo in his embrace.

Artreus: 'Cute!'

Artreus: "Don't worry Angel. We are actually inside if a Video Game."

Angel: "Really? So we aren't in a dangerous place?"

Artreus: "Of course not. I'll show you."

Saying that, he summoned Anduril and chopped off his left arm from the elbow down.

Angel: "DADDY!!!"

Angel had then pounced on him and looked confused on what she should do. The blood was pouring out everywhere.

Artreus: "See...it doesn't hurt in anyway whatsoever."

His then began to rapidly regenerate and heal within a few seconds. Angel was shocked beyond words, but what Adrian said next had madevher lose focus on his prior action of cutting his arm off.

Artreus: "We are actually in a DMMORPG."

Angel: "COOOL! Does that mean I am my game character too?"

Artreus: "Yes, you are."

Angel: "Awsome! What is my character and class. I don't remember what I picked or what happened recently. I remember that you and mom were talking and mom....why can't I remember what mom looked like???"

Angel had then began to catch her head as if a Dam was going to burst open. Artreus quickly hugged her and came up with an excuse to avoid her possibly remembering about her dead mother.

Artreus: "Oh, uh...this game is actually a DMMPRPG of Bunkers and Badasses. You love that don't you? What's cooler is that the class you chose is Immortal and can Shapeshift into whatever kils you. Also you can never die and have unlimited lives!"

Angel: "Really!!! That's Awsome!"

Artreus: "Can I turn into anything right now?"

Artreus: "Not right now. But you can get some forms to shapeshift into. Like if you let a wolf eat and kill you then you can come back to life and become the wolf. I'd you jump into larva the you can turn into larva and so on."

He told her all this so that she wouldn't be scared if dying bug instead will celebrate it, since she will then get to transform into any animal or creature which is an amazing power. Especially for a little girl that plays with toy animals like her infamous Captain Bear.

Angel: "Can I try?"

Artreus took Angel to the edge if the Larva Lake cliff where the Chaos Servanys were gathered.

There was at least 200 Egg Carriers right here. There was also more inside of Quelaag's Domain.

In fact, Quelaag's Domain isn't as small as it was. It turns out there was many doorways near Quelaan's hidden bonfire room. They led further downwards and many rooms.

In total there was at least 2,800 Chaos Servants.

Most of them were Egg Carriers because they wanted to bear the pain and suffering of their Lady Quelaan, in am attempt to help her to not suffer the pain of the eggs she had tried to preserve with her life force.

Angel: "Daddy?"

Artreus: "I am here Angel."

Angel: "I'm scared."

Artreus: "Don't worry Angel. It's scary the first time, but then you will feel amazing afterwards. Like othing can hurt you anymore, that you don't have to be afraid of anything anymore. Let's do it together shall we?"

Artreus gently grabbed Angel tightly into his arms. After a few moments, he jump off into the larva along with Angel.

He could hear Angel screaming as she was being burned alive. Artreus had deactivated her ability to feel pain much like how he did to himself.

The only reason she was screaming was just her first experience of dying. In fact, Adrian had been the same way when he had been killed by the Hollow Archer in the Asylem Demon.

He only felt scared when he began remembering that there was the possibility of him dying.

It didn't take long after for the larva to pour into and around their bodies, turning them into burned ashes and then into the same liquid substance as the Magma.

Artreus revives first and locates Angel's new larva liquid body. He is able to grab it since it is more viscious like a slime body and drags it to land.

He then transforms Human again.

He sees Angel's larva form in front of him on the floor.

Artreus: "You have to imagine you as your Human Body if you want to become it."

Angel does as he says, it takes her a minute or so but she was able to do it.

Angel: "Wow. That's so cooool! Can I get more?!"

Artreus: "Yes. But first. Do you want some Ice Cream. My first time in larva in this game, made me hungry for ice cream."

Angel: "Yes!"

Two people can be seen wondering the streets of New York City. One adult male and one young female. Both wore some ordinary clothing.

These two were Artreus and Angel.

The two of them made their way back to the apartment which Adrian had gotten by duplicating money.

He tried to exchange the duplicated dollars for souls in the System but was unable to. He had gotten Angel the Dark Souls 1 Remastered video game on a Ps4.

He did this so she would believe that the world was a fictional one and thus, she could kill and die without worries.

Angel had actually been been to complete Dark Souls in a total game time of 32 hours and 32 minutes.

Artreus had been able to complete Dark Souls 1 in less than 13 hours on his first ever playthrough of a Soulsborne game.

A little while later Artreus and Angel had decided to go for a walk before going to a certain place.

The Time Dialation between marvel is 24hr:1sec meaning that an entire whole 24 hour day in the marvel Universe is only one second in the Dark Souls Universe.

After quite some time, and getting Angel a double layered Vanilla Ice Cream with a Chocolate Flake and Extra Sprinkles and Stawberry Sauce, they go to a store that Artreus runs.

He had decided to buy a store for a while to make food and give it out to people as a kind token, well...more like he bought it from the System.

5 star food costs literary 1 Soul in the System. He has an unlimited number of Souls if all it took was one to buy a 5 star meal and drink.

Once at the store, there was an entire line of people outside his shop, all waiting until Artreus opened at 11AM.

He gives all his food for free since he duplicates it all, ready made and fresh.

He had High class everything everywhere. It was all dort cheap. In fact a single Titanite ordinary Dagger from Andre was more than enough to buy a flat and rent for it for 10 years. That was how valuable and expensive Titanite was.

Homeless people are allowed to live there at the food store on the floors above if they serve out the food he creates with his duplication in secret.

He had a food store because he didn't want a restaurant with all its nonsense paperwork. A simple store he could expand was far easier. His stoelre was more like a bar if anything, or a Cafè.

He had bought a Soul lie detector thingy through the System for about 1,000 souls.

Artreus does this to detect if a person is good or lying and telling the truth.

He judges them based on that. He let's anyone come, even villains, but he does charge them based on the results of the lie detector.

At some point Artreus saw Spiderman swinging by outside of his store.

He can see him fughting against Lizard and a controlled Vulture (Ultimate Spiderman TV Show version)

He watches the battle from inside. The people aren't too scared since the first time it happened, Dr. Ock had crashed into the glass of the store. The customers were trying to flee but discovered that the glass didn't even crack.

Adrian easily had supper reinforced glass fitted in since day 1, that could withstand a truck at 70mph driving into it and only get a small mark on it. Not even a dent, a mark.

After Spiderman had beaten the both of them by swinging back and forth between them, he came inside the store once some members of Shield had showed up to arrest them.

Spiderman (Peter): "Can I have a take way please?"

Peter had asked him since he goes to Artreus store as his Peter Parker real identity to eat. Maybe because he is poor financial or that helikes the food.

Artreus was confused why he was poor despite the kids genius smarts.

Artreus: 'Couldn't he just sell his Web Fluid to construction companies to help in infrastructure, building and repairing of the city whenever a Villain appears and trashes the place. Or can't he just make some things and sell them. He's such an idiot by leeching of his poor widowed aunt, especially since he could actually make them both filthy rich with his inventions.'

Artreus: "No masks or hoods allowed. And no take away. Store policy for everyone."

Artreus: "Spidy probably wanted to take some and eat with MJ, like how he does when they eats here."
