Soul reincarnation to a land of magic in a parallel world

In the distant future humans have discovered the most important secret in the universe: the existence of an immortal soul in every living thing and mastered the art of reincarnation. After another death, a bored soul in his path to reincarnation discovered an extremely unusual phenomena: a small dimensional rift that leads to a parallel universe. Our protagonist eventually discovers she has reincarnated as a noble in a world where the inhabitants have evolved to use the power of anima (the enclosure that protects the soul) to manifest physical phenomena know as magic.
