Lancelot was at first, surprised to see a sword appear out of the thin air.

But knowing who void as he smiled. Void is a souler whose main beast soul has an affinity with space, so it was normal to expect things like this from him.

Spatial affinity beast souls are super rare, and people with those beast souls are very powerful. Their attack is lethal and chaotic. So they are known to be one of the most dangerous opponents one could ever face.

So Lancelot could not help but brandish his great sword with great expectation. 'It feels so good to be the bully, not the bullied'

Right now that both of them have combined with their beast souls, they were coated with the glow of the colour of the phantom of their main beast soul.

Lancelot is coated with a red glow and Void is coated with a black hue.

They took a battle stance, showing that both of them are well-versed in Martial arts. Before rushing at each other with inhuman speed.

"Void slash!!!" Void shouted out as he rushed to meet Lancelot.

While Lancelot was silent and smiling to himself.

Void was angry right now, The fact that he was not able to teleport did not calm him in any way.

He was used to teleporting while fighting.

With the skill of teleportation, he would appear at an unexpected angle of the opponent, attacking and completely overpowering his opponent.

But all that was of no use, and in the next second, he was defeated.

Just one clash with Lancelot and he was defeated.

Kneeling on the ground and using the sword to support himself, Void gritted his teeth.

Expecting a miracle to happen he looked at his surrounding. 'It looks like I would die today... is this the end of my life!? '

He was extremely disappointed when he saw that there was nothing he could use to his advantage.

'It looks like I will have to use that attack, as much as I don't want to, I have to use it, even if I have to sacrifice my life to get this bastard to his knees then I will do it. I would die anyways even if I don't do it because am sure he would kill me without a second thought'

Gritting his teeth, he stared at Lancelot with a strange intent before slowly standing up.

He let go of the hilt of his sword and his sword dropped to the floor with a clang.

He then closed his eyes, and immediately after closing his eyes, he took a deep breath, then all the soul energy in the area was drawn to him like iron to a magnet.

He look at the surrounding for the second time, hoping to see his group, he was still hoping that they would come and he won't have to use this dangerous skill.

Seeing not even a single trace of them, he sighed 'This is the most powerful skill of my beast soul, even though it would not be able to outrightly kill him, it should be able to severely injure him. '

'If only I was stronger, none of this would have happened, my little sister is luckily of age to fend for herself, unless I would have been heartbroken right now. But she is still young... Am sorry Lucia. I was left with no other choice. Today does not seem to be my lucky day'

Clenching his just tightly and using all the soul energy swirling around him to his advantage, he muttered in an unemotional voice "Spatial Collapse Third Form!"

Meanwhile, Lancelot who was smiling suddenly had his face turned serious upon hearing the name of the skill.

Without wasting any time he yelled out his skill which would protect him from that dangerous attack "Void Devouring barrier!"

A circular barrier glowing with a red hue immediately appeared and enveloped him out of sight.

Immediately after his barrier appeared, the space in which he and Void were standing growled, The voice of hungry void was old and sounded like thunder as it resounded in the surroundings.

it was as if space itself came alive.

A tear with the black colour of the void appeared and everything within twenty meters around it was sucked into the void in the tear.

Both ruined houses and many other things, Void himself was the first person to be sucked into the void.

He already knew he would, and that was why he was hesitant to use this skill.

He could survive being Sucked into the void, but he would be severely injured, and there is a high chance that he would die there.

He had used all of his soul essences to open this tear, once the tear had sucked enough to fill it up, it will close.

And all this would happen within two seconds. The destruction caused by void happens very fast.

And when the tear closes Void would be stuck inside, to escape he would need to teleport himself out.

But since he is out of soul energy it will be impossible to teleport.

And it's not like he can recover soul essence from the void itself.

So after considering many things, took this skill as his last resort.

His last trump card which he could use to destroy anybody regardless of their souler rank.

Void is very complicated, a tiny tear in space, the size of a finger can be dangerous even to a Ten Star Souler!

That's why Soulers with beast souls of Space affinity are feared and treasured.

The size of the tear they could open depends on their strength, the higher the size, the more dangerous the tear is.

But even the smallest tear can suck in a large mass of land and is also capable of injuring a Ten-Star Souler.

So Void was sure that with this skill, even though he might not be able to kill Lancelot, must be able to severely injure him.

Lancelot is a Peak Four Star Souler and is close to breaking through to Five Star.

But his beast Soul is a strong one, and also a great counter to void, that's why Void was not sure he would be able to kill him with that skill.
