Soul Land: Grasping The Sky

To put it short, a guy Reincarnated in Douluo Dalu in the Era of Tang San, with a few perks. The updates will be random as I am also busy and this is just a hobby. The story is also slow pace. It's a harem probably 3, 4 or 5 that's it. I am not chinese if somebody ask and this is not a translation I am just using A.I to improve the grammar. Also don't put too much hope on this fic. I mostly finished Soul Land 1, I barely read Soul Land 2 it feels like it was just trying to gain sympathy points so I stop, Soul land 3 barely read a couple of chapters of manwa it's too depressing when I spoiled it's ending, Soul Land 4 feels too complicated, Then there is Soul land 5 where it felt like the story just started again, when I first saw it I thought it was a fanfiction. That's probably all. I don't own anything besides my oc's and some other things.

Chapter 40

Ghost Douluo paused momentarily, allowing the magnitude of the proposed training plan to permeate the minds of his disciples. "This is the initial phase of your rigorous journey—Foundation Building," he divulged, his voice reverberating across the expansive training grounds.

"The initial phase will concentrate on three fundamental aspects: Physical Conditioning, Spirit Power Cultivation, and Spirit Ring Ability Training," he elaborated, meticulously dissecting each facet as delineated in the plan.

He began with Physical Conditioning, explaining, "This will encompass strength training, cardiovascular exercises, flexibility drills, and agility-enhancing workouts. You will be required to lift weights, participate in bodyweight fitness routines, run, swim, and undertake a variety of speed drills. Your bodies must be pushed to their furthest limits and beyond."

Transitioning to Spirit Power Cultivation, Ghost Douluo carried on, "You will employ meditation techniques to focus your minds and regulate your spirit power. You will also participate in spirit power control drills and undertake specific exercises tailored to your distinct spirit. Your spirit power is your most potent weapon, and you need to learn to wield it effectively."

Finally, he addressed the aspect of Spirit Ring Ability Training, saying, "You will study the characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses of your individual spirit ring abilities, and learn to apply them in varied scenarios. You will also be encouraged to think outside the box and discover innovative ways to utilize your abilities."

Ghost Douluo scrutinized each disciple, ensuring they comprehended the significance of the training. "This training regimen is intense and physically demanding. You will be pushed beyond your current capabilities. But remember, it is only by pushing your limits that you can hope to be competitive in the upcoming tournament," he asserted.

He then highlighted the importance of rest and nutrition, "Ample rest and a balanced diet are equally crucial in preventing injuries and providing you with the necessary energy for the training. These aspects should not be neglected."

"Your progress will be regularly evaluated, and constructive feedback will be provided to guide your continuous improvement," Ghost Douluo concluded, his gaze sweeping over the students. The gravity of the training plan hung in the air, but it also sparked a flame of determination in their eyes.

Cai Wen thought, 'Let's see what challenges the Spirit Hall has in store for us,' his eyes gleaming with resolve.

Ghost Douluo nodded at their reactions, satisfied. "Training begins now," he announced with finality.

With a sweeping gesture of his hand, Ghost Douluo summoned a series of dummies and targets. "Let's commence with physical conditioning. We'll start with strength training." He demonstrated a series of exercises, his movements fluid and precise.

For several intense hours, Cai Wen and his classmates participated in a rigorous physical conditioning regimen under the watchful eye of their instructor. Their activities ranged from weight lifting and bodyweight exercises to speed drills, pushing their bodies to the limits.

Though some of them struggled, their muscles straining under the grueling intensity of their efforts, they persisted. Despite having a robust physique, Cai Wen also found the training challenging, and he was still a notch below Yan and Xie Yue, who both had achieved the status of 32nd spirit rank Spirit Elders.

Cai Wen's progress, however, astounded his peers, who were considered prodigies within their ranks. Not wanting to be outperformed by a seven-year-old, they redoubled their efforts, pushing themselves to their limits.

Following the physical conditioning, they transitioned to spirit power cultivation. The serene and soothing voice of Ghost Douluo guided them through a series of meditative exercises.

He then introduced them to the nuances of spirit power control drills, observing as they honed their ability to manipulate their spirit power to accomplish specific tasks. In this aspect, Cai Wen excelled above his classmates, his performance so exceptional that Ghost Douluo exempted him from these exercises to focus on further physical training using weights.

The final part of their training involved spirit ring ability enhancement. Ghost Douluo, drawing on his vast experience, explained the nature and potential of each disciple's spirit ring abilities that he could find.

The elite disciple class listened with rapt attention, absorbing knowledge about the strengths, weaknesses, and potential applications of their abilities. Even Cai Wen, despite his strength and creative use of his abilities, found that there was much to learn from the seasoned wisdom of a title douluo.

As weeks turned into months, the fruits of their arduous training became evident.

Their bodies became stronger, their control over their spirit power improved significantly, and their understanding of their spirit ring abilities deepened. Cai Wen also developed friendships with his fellow classmates as they bonded over shared adversities.

Throughout the training period, Ghost Douluo provided regular assessments and constructive feedback. He applauded their progress, highlighted areas of improvement, and offered valuable insights on how to enhance their skills. They were stretched to their limits, but the significant progress they made was undeniable.

As the foundation building stage drew to a close, a sense of accomplishment washed over the disciples. They had evolved into stronger, wiser, and more confident individuals.

"Congratulations," Ghost Douluo announced, his gaze sweeping over his disciples with pride. "You've completed the foundation building stage. Rest, rejuvenate, and ready yourselves. The next stage of training awaits. I'll grant you a week's vacation to recover and prepare."

(I'll probably took another week break, tomorrow is the start of my school and I will have to get used to my new schedule. I also heard that second year in college is the most busy for my career choice, different from the rest. I just don't know how much of it is true 😞)
