With his conversation with Tang Chen coming to a close. Xue Tie returns to the not so much village cabin as the village is now gone and the cabin rests alone in the small gap in the woods now. He offers Tang Hao and Ah YIn the chance to move to the edge of his kingdom. Be it permanently or as a form of secret hideaway.

Ah Yin is willing to join as the land is outside the reach of Spirit Hall and the Great Star Dou Forest which she likely cant return due to her joining the human side. Naturally Tang hao must return to the Clear Sky Clan alongside Tang Chen who has slightly recovered again to not look pale anymore.

Xue Tie waved them off while he began escorting Ah Yin to a village that is undergoing renovations to a minor city under his monetary prowess. He is doing this to every village he can by expanding his businesses and using the locals as either workers or interacting with their small businesses, allowing them to grow and prosper under his care which financially grows the village that the major under Xue Tie's command has begun renovating the various villages.

By doing this and providing regular checkups on the various villages. He ensures there is less money going into the personal coffers of the mayor and whatever other nobles that might decide to be established down the line. Granted without his permission, they would not be official nobles but just rich people.

As his empire borders both the volcanic region and the Western Ocean. He set up tourist spots for both locations. As for Ah Yin, she decided to move to a village that borders a small forest that doesnt have any spirit beasts as it has been properly managed. Granted Xue Tie has some plans to create a forest for spirit beasts to live in but that is a long term project which was only really made possible thanks to his newest spirit ring.

Blood Genesis. The ability to create clones through blood essence or much more blood. Since these clones would typically be supported by his own energy but through refinement and a few natural treasures. It should be possible for them to be standalone and thus real newborn beasts could be made.

There is just the small matter of collecting enough blood or blood essence to be able to make the clones. As it takes roughly half the blood in a beast's body to clone them. Not to mention the larger ones. This will be messy.

As for Blood Essence? That is the concentrated essence of a beast or person. Giving that up would leave one weakened for months on end without the support of treasures. Xue Tie isn't rich enough to be that wasteful. Just trying to start up this project would likely leave him bankrupt until he can properly provide a service to his people.

The only thing he would be unsure of is if these new 'blood beasts' would actually be able to give spirit rings or not. He would have to do more experimentation with this and possibly advance to level 100 before he can even think about it. Which is fine since he is already the youngest ever titled douluo and so can just take his time.

After 2 days of traveling, he sets down Ah Yin and the newly born Tang San in the village, providing them some money and authority in case they need it. Then he finally returned home and spent a passionate day with Bibi. Naturally he shared the news with her about his ninth spirit ring and his ascent to titled douluo.

Bibi Dong is more curious about what type of title he will actually get once it is revealed. After all Tang hao was believed to be the newest youngest title douluo if he can get there but as Ah Yin didn't initiate 'sacrifice' then he didn't get his original timelines ninth ring.

Honestly, his only reason for helping them was to meet Tang San and perhaps influence his fate a bit. It should make an interesting show later down the road since he now has both parents and a home in a completely different country.

Throwing these thoughts to the back of his mind. He has a goal for the next month which is to absorb spirit bones and solidify his cultivation. With 4 bones still left over and a garden in Sunset forest, he has plenty of resources. He had Dugu Bo go to the Yin Yang well and replant or trim a few herbs so that they could be cloned. If that wasn't possible then he would head over and refine them himself until they matured then take a root or two and nurture it under his 9th ring to regrow.

(For those that forgot the bones: 1-pterodactyl bone he got from spirit hall. 2-bull leg bone from volcanic region. 3-frog arm bone from volcanic region. 4-9 headed bat king skull bone)

In fact, his 9th ring doesnt just have one ability but two due to the high age of the ring which is infinitely close to 1 million years old. It's to a point that his external bone by itself cant block the old illusion for it anymore. As such, his first bone is the new 9 headed bat king skull bone. It looks like a crown of 9 tiny bat heads screeching and attempting to fly away. Of course it's a bone statue so that doesnt actually happen.

Xue Tie heads to his personal meditation room and takes out the bone again and begins to refine it.

SPLAT COUGH COUGH

"Mother fucker. How the hell did he do this?" Xue Tie coughs up blood as it seems that the 9 headed bat king left a trace of his emotions into his bones. This might have happened during the refinement process which would make sense but it still vexes Xue Tie since it hurt alot. He isn't a masochist or anything so the pain is quite unbearable.

Granted he was still able to absorb the bone but it will take a bit of time before he can pacify it and make it his own. His spirit power has risen to 93 as a result. After checking, he learned that it took him 2 days to absorb the bone and then another 2 days for him to recover from the injury before he could get to work on suppressing the remnant will inside the skull bone.

Xue Tie first stabilizes his cultivation before he makes any more changes, this solidifies his foundations before he gets to work on the skull as he won't be mentally injured as much.

1 month later.

"HAH HAH HAH" Xue Tie breathed hard as he just got done with absorbing the last spirit bone. His spirit power stabilizes at level 97.

After absorbing the skull bone, he spent 2 weeks suppressing it which provided him with a mental boost in cultivation since he now has the internal and external skull bone. He found that the skull bone provided him with 2 abilities.

The first is a sort of passive one that has an active state which is simply a computational/comprehensive boost of his mind that is more greatly enhanced in it's active state but it's an energy ditch so Xue Tie leaves it as just passive. The ability changes his perception of time, increasing his reaction speed as his neurons fire off much faster and travel quickly too. While it doesnt enhance his movement speed, the reaction speed to be able to turn and dodge potentially deadly attacks is very useful.

The second ability of the skull bone is a cloning ability. He can essentially create up to 9 avatars of himself that have access to both his martial spirits. Granted he has to support their energy expenditure too and they don't have his bloodline abilities or domain but that is still more than enough. Luckily he got his 3rd soul core when he got his 9th ring too. Otherwise he would have needed at least 1 more ring for his trident to get it based on his pace.

As for his other bones. He absorbed the Harpy right arm after so long. He got this from Spirit Hall when he forfeited the team competition. In a final spurt of refinement, he allowed the bone to reach 140k years old. It's evolution through 100k years had mutated it somehow. The final result is another bone with 2 abilities. The first is an active ability where his body is enveloped by wind and thus his speed is boosted twice fold. The 2nd is a wind blade ability like Air Cutter from pokemans. It's a bit redundant with his black blade but it has it's own perks such as the much lower energy cost and with it's own partial seeking attribute of the wind blades. Making it the perfect single-target ranged ability that he has been missing. It's mutation seems to be related to the tracking aspect and the fact that such a 'weak' bone was able to give 2 abilities.

The harpy bone brought his level to 95 even as it's original energy had been much more miniscule and refining it only made its ability better and less so the energy it gives him as he is using his own energy to fill in the gaps which naturally would give him less benefits.

The last 2 bones are a bit different as they each provided one level each. Any other person it would have given 2 or 3 levels even at Titled Douluo stage but he is already a peak hyper douluo at this point and it seems refining his body made this stage of the power scale much more difficult as it's harder for his body to be strengthened through cultivation or to ascend into godhood. Which means he has to work harder to free up the gap.

The Bull Leg bone, after refining, became a 220k year old bone. It did not mutate from moving through the 200k barrier though it's ability is perfect for him. It's like christmas. It's a 'dashing' ability. Increasing his speed multiple times fold that he instantly crosses anywhere up to 100 to 500 ft in any direction. Even reversing his momentum to go backwards. It's a borderline teleportation ability but it's not, it's pure speed which is why he likes it so much since he knows he can handle any backlash from it. It also makes his missile technique even stronger. Or just let him easily evade or just close the distance for a good old fashion nihil. Because of it's short range for such a high level bone, it's energy cost is tiny and has no cooldown unless others which might be a few seconds.

As for the frog arm. It's original age was 230k and he was able to strengthen it to 299k. Just a bit short of 300k when it started to crack which is strange since other than the bat king skull bone, it's one of his 'strongest' and thus should have been able to handle the strain but it couldn't. Regardless, he got the nuke ability from the frog. Coating himself in poisonous gas. He activates any flame and he explodes. This poison is much more concentrated than even his martial spirit fusion form which makes it a literal nuke ability. It also makes him much more immune to poison as a small bonus

With the bones done, he moves onto the next step of his current plans for self growth.
