Jia Beng the titled douluo commander of Stellaris, simply stares down at Xue Tie in respect even if he has a vat of rage boiling him alive. He respects the feats of power that Xue Tie has accomplished. With the foremost being establishing his own kingdom and taking down another kingdom along with raiding Spirit City to take away their Holy Lady.

Nevertheless, he summons his martial spirit, a giant silver bell floats beside him while Xue Tie hasn't even gazed once at Jia Beng with the exception of awaiting his arrival.

Jia Beng grabs the handle of the bell top and rushes towards Xue Tie while activating his 2nd and 3rd spirit ring and as he swings the bell. It becomes coated in a layer of bronze whilst also releasing a resounding DING as the bell is about to collide with Xue Tie. He doesnt even look at the attack and just raises his arm and that is enough to block the attack but not without being sent flying 3 feet.

Xue Tie brushes off the dust and dirt that got attached to his martial spirit robes as he shakes his head. "You would best be surrendering peacefully. Only death awaits you in this fight if you continue" he finally turns his head to gaze at Jia Beng who begins to sweat at his nonchalance over being attacked. As for why Xue Tie doesnt care is because over the past few months, he had been able to use his black flames of death to augment his refinement ability. This was especially so when he absorbed the scorpion leg and received its boost.

The augmentation had multiplied the effectiveness of his ability and thus after refining his body thoroughly, he no longer fears anything except limit douluo but even then. It's only because they can physically harm him but the death flames alone are more than a strong enough deterrent and thankfully, this is still the first era of Soul Land and thus there are only 2 or 3 limit douluos until Tang San rises up with the shrek seven monsters.

That is not to say that normal titled douluos cant hurt him. It's just that the effect is so negligible that he doesnt even need healing blood to restore himself. Case in point, Xue Tie flaps his wings to disappear behind Jia Beng and slaps him. This action sends Jia Beng tunneling down into the ground and through the vampirism effect, any damage done to Xue Tie before had healed him. Naturally Jia Beng could feel his vitality being stolen from him which only makes him more fearful than the fact that he couldn't detect Xue TIe's movements.

"What is your goal" Jia Beng asks cautiously but this caution makes Xue Tie smile as daring to ask a question in the middle of battle after it's barely progressed but knowing that he can barely harm his opponent is enough for him to break convention.

"I wish to be recognized as an empire. One that is equal to Star Luo and Heaven Dou. To meet this goal, I require territory. I do not care if the territory is reclaimed afterwards as long as the central structure is preserved. Since I've claimed the land once, I can do it again with ease if I'm more serious. It only took me so long because I'm lazy and wanted some down time to spend with my wife. Can't a man be allowed such simple privileges?"

He states his objective which makes Jia Beng frown in contemplation. He is stuck due to the fact that he truly is no match for Xue Tie from the two aspects he has realized so far. The speed and stolen vitality are self explanatory but as a titled douluo from Star Luo who was closest to the Empyrean Kingdom. He was informed of a few tidbits by their spies in Spirit City. A witness of the kings death and subsequent resurrection were seen. Resurrection is a strong motivator to not screw with someone. Especially since there had seemed to be an elevation in strength via 2 black flaming rings that could be considered fatal.

With so many reasons, he lowers his head and raises his hands. "I surrender." Xue Tie smiles with a nod as he looks away from the titled douluo.

"Come let us return to the city. No point wasting our energies on flight. I'll have you calm the people, though, you will need to undergo a brief but painful procedure to add more credibility to your situation"

"Wa..wai…wait. Not the face"

A few minutes later, a young man with a crown on his head and a fairly bloodied figure are seen walking together. The young man is naturally Xue Tie while the other is Jia Beng who had 'suffered' defeat and surrendered. The both of them had also flared their auras a bunch to mimick a fight. For Jia Beng, it was more trying to shove Xue Tie away so he would be spared a beating but how could Xue Tie be injured or demotivated by such simple things. The beating had naturally continued and his current state that he willingly follows Xue Tie around is the final result.

His face was especially dire as he houses multiple bumps and swollen bits around his eyes which already make his eyes hard to see if Xue Tie had to continue following asian stereotypes even though he himself is now asian.

Xue Tie stands before all his soldiers with a grin that his elites seem to mimic behind their armored faces or martial spirits. The newbies share a smile but it's one that is still nervous even though they did pretty much nothing to capture the city.

"My people, we have claimed Stellaris with its Titled Douluo regent failing to defeat me. He has surrendered and agreed to manage the citizens, city and enemy army for us. Let them out and witness their new home." Xue Tie says and his men open the bunkers and begin corralling the people out just like Balak Kingdom's capital city after their leaders were defeated. It turned out better this time since Xue Tie was not stabbed this time around.

Speaking of. The girl who stabbed him. Her name was JiJi Nan, Xue Tie got used to calling her Nan'er which she absolutely hates but doesnt neglect the training or her studies as she was offered multiple chances to try to kill him only to fail. His murderous little assistant has been a great help to Xue Tie in dealing with more minor situations that don't require his attention. She had been essentially adopted by Xia Wei. who, even with her changed fate. Had still gotten together with Ning Fengzhi. It seems she finally got over her crush for Xue Tie but still works for him as she is eternally thankful for all he had given her.

As for his other student like Yu Yue, she had established her position as elder to Nan'er and with his close relationship with Yue. It makes Nan'er want to kill Yu Yue as well. But as a blooming Spirit King on her way to Spirit Emperor, who also had her body reinforced multiple times thanks to Xue Tie. this is another wall that Nan'er may never surpass but she remains patient. Or at least, as patient as trying to use rat poison on them worked.

Which is not very well. Xue Tie at most didn't eat for the day and settled for tea or whatever Bibi Dong gave him(😏) while Yue actually smacked Nan'er on her butt in rage.

As the citizens of Stellaris are chronicled, Xue Tie looks far onto the horizon as he plans his next steps

It's official. "A Perfectly Balanced Adventure in Bleach" is the story I will try to work on my off days. I will make the placeholder for it but it will be some time before I make the first publish due to my innate laziness.
