Chapter 1: Sorcerer's world

It was just a regular day and after shopping Nox was smiling while talking to his mother on the phone, "yes, I've bought the cake to celebrate sister's birthday" 

suddenly, he lost his conciousness and when he wakes up. He finds himself in a room thats's in medieval style. 

then, he sees an old man with a long white beard, eating the cake he brought to celebrate his sister's birthday.

he asks, "who are you?"

old man grinnes, " this sure is an interesting type of foof have the delicacies in the world changed so much after a few centuries of my experiments?"

Nox, "what do you mean?" he doesn't understand the language the old man is speaking and old man says something and Old man starts speaking English.

I get it there must be hidden camera somewhere and Nox starts looking for that camera to show that he won't be pranked so easily again as he remembers how much he has sufferd at the phranks of his little sister and her tiktok phranks. 

you are not foooling anyone Nox declares and arrogantly asks wheres the camera, comeout now yet old man gives him an amusing look and asks what is a camera?

there guys must be the runored professional tocktikers.

Like i will fall that easily for that trick. Suddenly the old man starts floating and says, " it was an enjoyable meal as per the law of equivalent exchang. 'll grant you one wish, state your desire.

Nox is awestruck and looks outside the window and see an unfimilar scenery with houses of medieval style 

and looks at the floating old man. 

Nox had an expression of disbelief on his face and whispers teach me how you did that. Old man says now that's too much, you can't become my disciple just by giving me one meal.

Nox doesn't speak anything and just looks at oldman in the eyes. at this moment he doesn't care about anything and is filled with a burning desire to know how that old man is floating. He walks around the oldman and tries to look for the trick only to face debacle. 

old man said, I'm Arcmage Ryan and I will give you a test if you are able to meet the requirements then I'll take you in as my disciple. Old man Ryan touches Nox's head and Nox feels like his head is being split into two and unfmiliar knowledge alpears in his brain.

Ryan, "This is the nethod to become a mage apprentice by creating mana heart. To create a mana heart one must feel mana in the world and move it into their heart then create a ring to lock it." If you are able to reach the first ring within ten days then I'll accept you as my aprentice. 

Nox despite the disbelief thanks the old man and says I'll definitely become a mage regardless of what I have to do. 

Ryan smiles and vanishes from the room.
