CHAPTER 17: Lost soul

 Alium defeat was so devastating for him, the word spread of how strong they were. Alium was so scar'd for life, he didn't speak though he wasn't the only one defeated but it was a scary on him, he was defeated by an ordinary. He didn't come to school the next day, his party missed him and wonder why he couldn't come. 

(In the cafeteria)

 Ray are on the same table with Amelia, Elisa and Casel. While Zerav, koska, Louisa and Edna ate on a different table far from thiers, they were all in thier school uniform. As some students passed and got a quick glance at Ray they looked at him with a look of disgust on thier faces as they passed. But they didn't mind

Amelia now brought up a discussion of what been bothering Aisha has stopped talking to her regularly because of her unexpected friendship with one of the new ordinaries

"So that fight yesterday" Amelia said

"How did you do it" Amelia asked turning to Ray, Ray paused to look at her and and noticed both 

"It was just a little bit of practice that got me to where I am" Ray said and carrying a spoon full of his meal into his mouth.

"You were really amazing Ray"Elisa said in her cute mellodious voice

 "I never really expected it from an..." Casel paused and didn't want to finish his sentence looking for the right words to say.

" I get it I'm not Royal like the rest of you, but whats everyone deal with it" Ray asked with a curious look on his face.

" Well you and the others are kinda like ....(Amelia paused swallowing the food in her mouth) well the first Ordinaries to attend this school and the other students are finding it difficult to weigh the situation" Amelia said

" They are just weighing in over thier heads" Casel said and smiled.

*Silence*

And they stared at him with a disappointing look on thier face except for Ray who only smiled at his joke.

" Why are you even smiling it wasn't even good at all?" Amelia asked seeing the smile on Rays face

" I kinda think it was nice" Casel said and turned to Elisa

" Elisa back me up here" he said to Elisa for her to support his joke. Elisa raised her head to think

" well it.....it.....had potential" Elisa said not trying to be mean

" What about you Ray" Amelia said turning to Ray.

" The joke you just said reminded me of someone" Ray said

" Ray is he or she dead" Elisa asked

"No I still see him around" Ray said 

"Oh" Elisa exclaimed.

"But he doesn't do like the way he used to anymore( Ray paused with a sad look on his face as he turned his head to his right to look at koska and the rest table) his just lost his reason when he lost everything" Ray said staring at them.

" His like a lost soul" he continued.

 Ameli, Elisa and Casel followed his gaze to koska and the rest table and couldn't pick who he was specifically talking about.

*Ding*Ding*Ding

The bell for class rang
