Profound Envy

"What do you guys think? Do you have the same thoughts as he does?..."

I want to know what they think about me. I understand that their leader Anadon does not like me, but what about them?

Isn't it right that I should know if they also are not talking to me because they don't like me or because their leader does not like me?

"Which is it? Do you guys also hate me? Or are you simply following your leader's example?".

I got to know. No. I have to know.

"Anadon is not our leader". He spoke up with a denial tone.

I would never have known that Altu could sound so calm and gentle with his rugged-like face.

"My bad. I thought he was". I retorted, a little slow from the surprise of hearing that Anadon wasn't the leader.

From the looks of things, it's easy to mistake Anadon as the leader no doubt.

"I don't get it. If he is not your leader, then why do you all blindly follow him? Or is it that you all hate me as well".
