I Own You Now

"You failed at being funny. If you are going to tell me, can you not do so without the sarcasm". I retorted, sounding a bit offended at the pointless sarcasm he tried to pull on me.

He looked at me, sternly enough to notice that I wasn't in the mood for jokes or a comic relief moment. I am going through shit, and the last thing I need is someone trying to make fun of me or my situation.

Most especially someone who knows something that might be able to turn my situation around but isn't doing anything to help.

I won't take it lightly

"No need to give me that face. I will tell you what you want to know".

I don't think I am making a face that is worth being wary of by a man bigger than me, but that is not a point to ponder over.
