DAPHNE’S POV

“Baby. Wake up. You will going to be late now.” My mom said while waking me up.

“Mom just give me 10 more minutes. I’m really so tired. I need some rest, I’m still sleepy.” I answered back to my mom.

“No sweetie you really need to be awake now. Remember this is the day of your vacation. I swear you will miss your trip if you continued lying down on your bed.” Mom said.

“Argh. Okay mom. I’m up now.” Surrendering.

“What time it is now mom?” I ask her.

“Ahmm. 5:30AM I guessed.” Mom answer me.

“Really mom. For heavens sake it’s too early. Argh.” I groan.

My mom really love messing me up. She always saying to me that this is her way of showing her love to me.

“But baby I’m too excited for your trip. Its been so long since you last decided to take a vacation. Even if we tell you to sometimes relaxed yourself for work. You always rejecting the vacation. You’ve been a workaholic so this vacation trip with your friends is really right on time. Just do prefer yourself now.” Mom said.

“Okay fine mom. If that’s what you say so.” I told my mom and stood up.

I started picking up the dress that suits me for the cruise on my built-in walk-in closet. After picking my dress I get my towel and started walking to my bathroom. I need to take my bath to awaken my sleepy blood cells. My mom really pissed me off for awakening me this early. For Christ sake my trip will be 10:30AM but she woke me up this early. She really loves pestering me every morning.

After taking my bath I blow dried my hair and wear my usual clothes in the morning. I will just fix myself later on because it’s too early after all, it’s only 7:00 in the morning. I decided to go down the stairs and straightly to the dinning to have my breakfast.

“Good morning Miss Daphne.” Greeted by Yaya Rosa.

My nanny since I was a kid and I really love her because she’s really kind, sweet, loving and caring.

Good morning ‘Ya.” I said and smiled to her.

After greeting her back I go to the dinning. I see my dad and mom being sweet to each other. They really love doing this sweet gestures of them at all times.

“Good morning dad. Good morning mom. Kindly please stop flirting right here in front of me. It’s really getting me sick.” I greeted them both while rolling my eyes.

“Ooh good morning my dear. You woke up too early. Are we having a miracle now?” Dad teasing me.

“Ooh, mom is the crime of my early arousal dad. She enter my room at 5 in the morning and keeps on messing my sleep just to wake me up.” I told my dad about this.

But they just both laugh on what I say.

“Dad, you must stop the teasing now before our Princess will going to explode. Come baby, join us to eat now.” Mom.

“Okay sweetheart. Come Princess let’s eat.” Dad said.

After taking my breakfast I bid goodbye to my mom and dad and went up straight to my room. Nut before I fix myself up I took my phone first and texted my friends telling them to get their selves ready.

After fixing my self I take a look on my self on the mirror and when I’m satisfied I went downstairs to bid goodbye to my parents. I saw them laughing and hugging each other at the living room while watching TV. I silently smiled because of their sweetness even though they’ve been together for almost half the century now. I’m admiring them for this and happy to see how their love grows. It’s really a satisfaction by seeing this gestures. How the love they’ve been giving to each other was becoming sweeter and sweeter every time.

I was hoping that I would also find the a younger version of dad. A boy who willingly love me and accept me who ever and whatever I am till the end of our lives.

I take a glance to my parents again before I decided to go near them to bid my goodbye.q

“Mom, Dad I need to go now. Take care of yourself both okay. I will be missing you.” I said to them and peck a kiss on their cheeks.

“As what you say sweetie. You take care of yourself too.” Dad said while hugging me.

“I will be missing you baby. Enjoy your vacation there okay. Von voyage.” Mom said and hug me to.

“Yeah surely I will mom and dad. We need to cut this drama now before I got to be late on my trip now.” I said to them.

After that I went to Manong Johnny, our driver and ask him to drive me. We will be picking-up first my friends before going to our destination.

Ooh by the way I forgot to introduce myself. I’m the famous Daphne Yvonette del Frado, daughter and only heir of Mr. Jesthony and Mrs. Catherine del Frado. We own the best transportation in the globe the DEL FRADO TRANSCORP. DEL FRAFO TRANSCORP owns hundreds of Travel Agencies, hundreds of Cruise Lines, and hundreds of Airports in the globe. I’m also proud to be one of the most youngest and successful bachelorettes not just here in the Philippines but also in abroad because at when I was 18 years old, I successfully invested hundreds of Hotel Chains and Restaurants all over the world.

You want to know my motto in life.? “I get whatever I want no matter what it takes.” that is the reason why people misjudge me at all times. They’ve say I’m a one sophisticated brat but if you know me well I’m more than that. I’m just taking my mask so that no one could ever how fragile my heart could be.

Checking my relationship status? I’m single and much available. I really love mingling with boys but don’t judge me because I’m still a virgin. I just love attention so I do love meddling and making-out with boys but making sure they will never hit me on bed. I will assure that I will just surrender my virginity to the man who will walk me into an aisle.

I love singing and playing instruments but only few knew about it because that is my hidden talent.

Okay enough of the information.

After we pick-up my friends we straightly headed to our destination. After a few minutes we arrived at the port. Staffs starts to assist us. They carried our baggages to the Cruise Ship. And before I forgot we also own this Cruise Line that we will be riding. After entering the ship they assisted us to where our assigned cabins was.

Upon entering my cabin I un packed my luggage and started to fix it in the available closet of my cabin. 3 months of touring around the globe. This is what I need now because of lot of stressful works. So I must enjoyed every place we go.

After fixing my closet I decided to take a nap first.

JAIME’S POV

“You take care of yourself on your trip honey. I’ll be missing you.” Mommy told me while bidding goodbye to me.

“Yeah Mommy I’ll surely take good care of myself so don’t worry about me okay. So stop being too panicky mommy.” I said to assured her.

“Okay you must promised to comeback safe okay. I love you.” Mommy said sweetly.

I really love this sweet gesture of her. She’s somehow very clingy but she’s just being sweet and caring to me, and I do adore her with that gesture.

“Yeah mommy. I promised to be safe so don’t worry to much. It’s just 3 months cruise.” I told my mom.

“Okay hon. Go to your ship now before they leave you. Von voyage.” Mommy bid her goodbye and peck a kiss on my cheeks.

“I love you Mommy. I better go now. The ship will be leaving any minute now. Take care of yourself too.” I said to her.

After that I go towards the ship. Staffs greeted me and assisted me towards my cabin. When I finally enter into my cabin I fix my clothes on the closet and when I finished I roam my eyes around this room. I’m always amaze by this ship. Even though I’m always getting their service whenever I travel I’m still mesmerized on how extravagant this cruise are. When I was satisfied roaming my eyes around this cabin I decided to get my sketch pad and pencil. I go towards the mini table and starts my unfinished artwork piece.

I forgot to introduced myself. I’m Jaime Montereal or known as Jaimon in the business industry. One of the successful bachelors in the field of arts. I have invested lots of art museums all over the world. I’m also one of the famous painter and photographer all over the globe. But because I only want a simple life and I don’t want to be in a limelight I’ve decided to be a mystery to my master piece. Many of the media was still knowing my real identity but because of other people who wants to know the person behind those paints and photographs. Only few was lucky to know my identity and that was my trusted friends, my staffs in my company and my family.

Ever since I was a kid I really do love arts until I’ve grown. Painting and photographing beautiful sceneries is my forte but my favorite master piece was not a place but someone who stole my heart when I was still a kid. I’m only 8 when I have a crush on her. When I grow I discover that it is not attraction that I felt towards her but love. I fall in love with her. But the saddest part about this is I never met that girl in person but I met this girl only in my dream.

Really pathetic right but that’s the reality. I’m in love with a girl that I’ve only just met in my dream. But who will not fall in love with the beauty of that girl. She’s the most beautiful girl I’ve ever seen. From her perfect blue eyes that captivated every man whom can see it. Thick eyebrows and long eyelashes that adds the beauty of her eyes. Thin pouty pink lips that everyman wants to taste it. A heart shape face that fit her face features perfectly.

No idea about the name. Just her face. She’s the reason why I travel often to each places hoping to find her. Because I promise to myself that she will be the only person I ever want to spend my whole life through. Hopefully I will be able to find her now.

Okay so much for drama. I get back to what I’ve doing and after a few hours I’ve finished my artwork. I’ve decided to went out on my cabin and go to the resto of this ship to eat.

While I was entering the resto I’ve been interrupted by the group of people at the corner part of this place. Having some fun and laughing so loud. I just cut out my attention to them and went straight to the available table.

I orders my food and after that I roam again in this resto. The feature of this ship was really amazing. Even the service and the food was really worth a penny. Salute to the owner of this cruise line.

After I order my food, my instinct is telling me to roam my eyes in this resto. Amazingly how they design this. The motif in this resto design as vintage yet elegant designs. I also love the classical sound of their orchestra. Mix of violin and grand piano. It is the suitable for their vintage designs. It is very relaxing. No doubt that this is the most outstanding Cruise Line not only in the Philippines but even international.

I keep roaming around this place until I eye on someone that is familiar. On the table where I first laid on eye when I’m entering the resto, there this girl who was laughing with her circle of friends. The way she laugh and the way she move. I’ve been dumbfounded on what I saw. The girl that I’ve been dying to meet, one of the reason I’ve been traveling around the globe, the girl I’ve been searching for, the girl in my dreams, I’ve saw her finally.

I try to blink my eyes to reassure that I’m not only dreaming. I just can’t believe that the girl I’ve been dreaming all along was true and not just built in my illusion. I saw her inn flesh smiling and laughing together with her friends. And I’m so happy to be in this Cruise where she’s into.

My attention towards her cut off when my order arrive. When the waiter serve my food, I thank him and start eating. Eating while staring at her.

Now that I’ve finally find her I promise to myself that I will do anything just to be with her no matter what it takes.

DAPHNE’S POV

“Girl look at that boy at the center. He keeps on eyeing you ever since he take a glance aat you.” Angelo said to me. My girl-guy best friend ever since I’m still a kid.

“Yeah I’ve see it too. Look at him, his so handsome.” Rose said my friend when I was in college.

“Ahmpft. He is so very creepy. Don’t he know that staring is rude.” I answered to them.

“My goodness sake Daphne. Is that really you? Where is the girl who love to meddling with boys? Is not so you.” Amy said to her while rolling her eyes.

“I’ve been a retarded on that flirting a long time ago. You know that I focus on my work. I have lots of obligation now.” I said.

“Psst. That’s the reason why since now you don’t have a boyfriend. Why don’t you give it a shot. This is why we are here to enjoy at least for this time only before we go back to our stressful life.” Amy suggested to me.

“Nah. I won’t give it a try. You know me well girls. I don’t want to have any obligation that’s not exclude the relationship. I think there is a right time for that.” I defend myself.

“When was the right time sister when you will be forty?” Rose exaggeratedly said.

“I’m just 25 for heavens sake. I’m still young to focus in a relationship.” I answered back.

“Okay fine. If you say so.” Amy said.

“Lets cut this conversation and go back to our cabin now. I need to take a rest. My mom messed me up in bed this morning. She woke me up around 5:30AM. I need to recharge my energy.” I said.

“Lego.” Angel agreed.

We leave the resto and went to our cabin.

When I enter my cabin I went to my bed. But before I asleep the boy at the resto came on my mind how he stares her. Daphne couldn’t understand why she is so affected with him.
