Kumogakure II

The rest of my few days staying in Kumogakure were relatively peaceful and relaxing. I didn't have any more fights or arguments with anyone, so I thought that I was just unlucky, and was at the wrong place at the wrong time.

I liked the village as it was made in the mountains. I liked the change of architecture as I found Jigens place rather boring and plain. Here they built bridges connecting to other mountains and they built their buildings and houses around and in the mountains which I liked.

The village was built so high up that the clouds were right above our heads, this was cool but it also meant that it was very cold.

During my stay, I did hear some interesting news. I heard that there was a small skirmish a while ago and that there was a new eight tails Jinchuriky.

This news was made public so it wasn't hard to figure out. The new Jinchuriki was called Killer B, and he was openly shamed and ostracized by the villagers.

Everyone felt hate towards the eight tails because he had caused death and destruction towards the village. Since the eight tails was now sealed in Killer B everyone despised him.

I also heard from rumors that he and the Raikage's son, 'Unruly A' we're teamed up and took a group of shinobi and went to join the war.

I also heard that the higher-ups of the village and also the Raikage were preparing for war. This made the villagers tense and restless.

Some of the younger and newer shinobi couldn't wait for the war as they all had dreams to make it big and make a name for themselves in this war, because they didn't get to join the last war.

Some of the older and wiser shinobi that had more experience under their belt, were a bit tenser. They knew the horrors of war as they would have seen the effects of the second shinobi war. They knew that they had to take this war seriously and that it wasn't just some child's game.

I was also planning on leaving, and visiting Konoha. So I decided that I would leave in the next few days.

I wanted to leave before the Kumogakure join the war because I didn't want to get stuck in the crossfire between the nations. That would be a very bad situation, even for me.

Currently, I was using up all the Ryo that I had got from Jigen by soaking in the hot springs eating Dango. In my opinion, there was nothing better to spend my money on.

I have to say, it felt amazing just soaking in the hot water relaxing. I also spent my money on new foods that looked exciting, there were so many that I hadn't tried before so I couldn't leave before trying everything this village had to offer.

I knew that I probably wouldn't come back for a while, so I was making the most of my visit. Besides I could always worry about money later, it wasn't like I would spend it on my travel to Konoha.

A few more days passed in the blink of an eye. I woke up and did my morning routine, wash, eat and I put my clothes on. I looked out my apartment window.

'Hmm is raining again, there will probably be more miserable and wet days,'. The past few days it had been raining but I had avoided the rain as there were indoor hot springs.

Since I was planning on starting my travel to Konoha today, I wanted to prepare for the journey. After making sure that I had everything, I put my cloak on and left the hotel after paying.

I could tell that the mood in the village had shifted dramatically over the past week, so it was a perfect time to leave.

I walked out from the village gates and started to descend the mountain. I was quite lucky that I would be able to avoid most of the fighting as it was happening on the other side of Konohagakure.

I didn't currently know what I wanted to do, because fighting in a war didn't really appeal to me. I liked facing tough opponents, not groups of weak shinobi.

There were a few shinobi that had caught my eye and that I wanted to fight. They included Unruly A, the legendary Sannin, and the person suspected to be the fourth Kazekage, Rasa.

These were some of the most famous shinobi that I had heard of so far, but I knew that after the war, there would be new shinobi that would rise and make names for themselves.

Moving on from the strong shinobi that I wanted to fight, I planned that It would take me around five weeks to reach Konoha. It was going to be a long journey.

I would have to travel through the land of frost, and then I would have to pass through the land of hot water. This was the part where I wished that I could travel through space like Jigen.

Even if I couldn't travel through space I knew that these next few weeks would be somewhat peaceful as I would only be traveling by myself.

*In Konoha*

"But sensei do you have to go".

"I'm sorry Obito but I have been requested by the Hokage himself, to help fight on the front lines".

"Aww, but sensei who's going to teach u-" the kid was cut off by someone.

"Man this is why your not a Jonin, Minato sensei has to go to fight in the war to protect our village, we will probably get sent to the war later, and you can't just expect Minato sensei to save your ass all the time".

"Huh, what did you say you, idiot, the only one that needs saving here is you".

"Ok let's calm down, Obito, Kakashi isn't an idiot so it's not nice to call him that, and Kakashi, you are all stronger when you work as a team, remember that".

"Anyways what Kakashi said is true, you guys will probably get asked to join the fight sooner or later, so while I'm away I don't want to see you skip out on your training, Rin can you make sure that they do this, please".

"Yes Minato sensei, I'll make sure that we all get along together and train hard right guys," she said while she clapped her hands together with a warm smile.

"Tch yeah whatever, I'm still going to be Hokage".

"Yes, I will follow your orders Minato sensei".

The man gave them a warm smile before he flickered away. This was none other than team Minato. It was composed of the new genius Kakashi Hatake, the childish one called Obito Uchiha, and the friendly and cheerful Rin Nohara
