1 SHINOBI GOD PROJECT

In the last 100 years of shinobi history, no two ninjas have stood at the peak and made a huge impact on the ninja world like Hashirama Senju and his rival Madara Uchiha.

These two great ninjas have never seen eye to eye and have had great battles to make the other see their point of view, with Hashirama Senju coming out on top.

They eventually came together and formed the strongest Hidden Ninja Village on the continent, the Village Hidden in the Leaves or Konoha, and for a time, there was peace.

The rivalry resumed the day Hashirama was appointed Hokage over Madara leading to the greatest battle which took place at the valley of the end, were Hashirama defeated Madara and struck the blow that killed him, or so he thought.

As Hashirama returned to the village after his victory, Madara dug himself a lair deep in the earth where he began to make preparations for his return.

Madara was standing in front of a giant earthen coloured human shaped figure with a decayed appearance which was sitting crossed legged on a purple water lily shaped plant.

It was the Gedo Statue, all that was left of the ten tails after the great sage absorbed it and became its Jinchūriki.

After awakening his Rinnegan he was able to sense its presence on the moon and with the aid of his Rinnegan he broke the seal and summoned it to earth.

It was to the instrument on his return.

"With this I will return to the world and bring true peace ending all wars, pain and suffering" he said.

"It's time to get to work on the project that I will be calling shinobi god"

He used the Gedo Statue with Hashirama DNA to try and create a body that can live for long escaping the effects of aging and as a result he created the Zetsu.

The Zetsu was loyal and followed his order without question but it wasn't what he wanted to create, so kept working.

One day Madara laughed out so loudly that it echoed throughout the lair, "It's done, it's finally done. It took me 50 years but I have finally done it" he said as he looked at a transport incubation chamber surrendered by a thick bluish liquid was a foetus.

It was the finished product of Madara's half a century of genetic work. The foetus was engineered using the DNA of Hashirama and Madara and was now in the final stages of its birth.

"I need to take a break while it finishes" he said as he walked away from his lad.

When he left, the black Zetsu appeared out of the shadows. It looked at the foetus and smiled.

"With this growing body, my queen can be reborn in to this world I just need to add her cells and they will override the existing DNA recreating her"

Black Zetsu reached in to the incubation chamber and began adding Kaguya cells. But before he could finish the process, he detected Madara walking back to the lab so quickly retreated.

Madara walked back in to the lad holding a veil of cyan coloured liquid containing newly synthesized DNA.

"Obito said Minato is the most brilliant shinobi of his time mastering and prefect techniques some of which were created by Tobirama so adding a bit of his DNA is a great idea."

So Madara added Minato's DNA to the incubation chamber.

The foetus with the combined DNA of Hashirama, Madara, Kaguya and Minato began to grow under the strict watch of Madara. He never left the room for he wanted to make sure nothing went wrong.

After months of growth by the foetus, the Black Zetsu knew his plans were a failure. It was now time to destroy the baby for when it matured, its power would be greater than that of Kaguya and should Madara transplant his mind in to its body, he would be a god.

So with an evil grin he slipped back in to the shadows to wait for the perfect time to attack.

4 months later….

Madara had a smile on his aged face as he looked at the 9 month old baby whose mind was ready for him to take over.

"It's time for rebirth" he said as he removed the matured baby from the incubator while ignoring its crying.

He walked in to the room that had a weird complicated multi-layered seal drawn on to it. He placed the baby in the centre and active the first layer which was a shield to protect him during the process.

He then processed to draw weird symbols on the baby's chest and fore head and then draw the same symbols on himself. These symbols were to transfer his mind and soul to the baby taking complete control over it.

Madara then performed a series of hand signs as he drew charka from the Gedo statue, which he used to active the second layer of the seal, mind and soul transfer.

His mind and soul were projected in to the baby's body and the takeover began.

The black Zetsu was watching from the shadows waiting for his chance. It came the moment Madara started to transfer his mind and soul.

Black Zetsu approached the first layer of the seal which was a shield. This shield would be unbreakable able without the use of an SS rank attack, but to Black Zetsu it was no problem he just walked through it.

"Do you think an energy shield created by Kaguya's chakra can stop me" he said with a smile.

He approached Madara and drew a black dagger and launched himself at Madara.

When Madara entered the baby's mind and soul, found an empty mind that was yet to form any thoughts and a small soul flame which was pure and defenceless.

"This going to be easy" he thought as he start to begin his attack.

The moment he attacked, a barrier appeared around the baby's mind and soul. It blocked and punished his attack back.

"What is going on?" asked a shocked Madara.

"Are you really going to kill your own son old friend" came a voice.

Madara's eyes expanded as a blur image of Hashirama appeared, "Impossible, you are dead"

"Yes I am, but you son's power is amazing, being able to create a phantom of me and my strong will from just my DNA… even I don't know how that is possible"

"I see, so you are the boy's defence mechanism, impressive." Said Madara, "pity you are not enough to stop me"

"Yes I am not but I can do the next best thing"

The baby's body began to give of the glow chakra and activated the third and final function of the seal, dimensional warp. It was supposed to active and send the newly reborn Madara to another dimensional timeline where he could grow up and begin his campaign yet again.

"NO, NO, Hashirama I wouldn't let you…" before he could finish something went through his chest. When he opened his eyes, he saw the black Zetsu with a smile plugging a dagger in to his chest.

He coughed up blood as the death he had been running from finally caught up to him. He fell back as he lost all his strength. The last thing he saw as the darkness overcame him was the baby disappearing from the seal.

He began to laugh, and with a smile he said "watch out world, my son the future shinobi god lives"

In a forest a few miles from the hidden leaf village was a female ninja, Akari, she was moving through the tree top with urgency. She heard that four days ago the fourth Hokage's wife had given birth to a son and a celebration was to be held.

As she was moving at her fastest speed to attend the celebrations, she had the cry of a baby. This caused her to stop and drop down to the forest floor.

She then followed the cry and found a baby in a basket crying his heart out.

Her motherly instincts kicked in as she held the baby to stop his tears, "Don't carry I am here"

She looked around the area and failed to find any traces related to the baby.

Akari looked at the baby and said, "I guess I am your mother now".

With that said, she held the baby and jumped back in to the tree tops and head towards Konoha
