76 Chapter 72- Official date~2

Jin-Woo was a little surprised to find a text from hunter Cha Hae-In, in the morning, asking for a meet-up.

She was worried and curious about various things. She was the only person who had seen everything back on Jeju-do from close and knew everything about the deal Haru finalized with the elf Monarch.

She has been texting Jin-Woo since yesterday but since he was occupied with his family, Jin-Woo wasn't able to properly talk to her. And also, since there was no one at home today, he accepted her offer and reached the coffee shop nearly at ten.

....in his casual clothing.

'I feel a little out of place now...' Jin-Woo couldn't help smiling wryly upon seeing how well-dressed and neatly Cha Hae-In arrived at the café. Wearing high-waist jeans with a black shirt and a baseball cap, probably to hide her face, the girl looked extremely beautiful and refreshing.

...and on the other end, Jin-Woo arrived in his regular jacket worn over a white T-shirt along with trousers and sliders for footwear. Indeed, he should have taken some tips from Jinah.

"Sorry for calling you at these times when you must be still recovering from the battle."

Hearing her apology, Jin-Woo shook his head as he took a sip of his cappuccino before responding in his natural tone,

"Truth be told, with Haru as my companion, I barely have to risk my life, and given his proficiency in healing, I don't have to get concerned about after-battle wounds."

Jin-Woo has his potions as well, but the skill Haru possesses simply reverts his condition to how it was before the battle. It was surprising how Haru doesn't have Healing as his main job.

Well, of course, with such high damage attack power, it would have been a waste to put Haru on the backline and delegate him the job of just Healing.

"Umm...How is he? I mean, Hunter Nanase?" Cha Hae-In asked as she took a sip of her beverage which Jin-Woo could never even consider ordering. Too dark.

"He is fine. Just spending some time with Jinah as his recuperation."

Hearing that, Cha Hae-In blinked in surprise, and before she could realize her lips announced her immediate thoughts, "Are they dating?"

This time it was Jin-Woo, who seemed surprised as he counter-asked, "You didn't know?"

The way Haru reacted back to Jeju-do upon hearing Jinah's disappearance, Jin-Woo thought, Hae-In must have guessed it somehow....however, it seemed she was more dense than Haru regards Jin-Woo.

Cha Hae-In's eyes sparkled hearing the confirmation as she seemed intrigued to know more about it, when suddenly,

"Oppa?"

Being superhumans, both of them heard the faint voice of a familiar girl arriving not from far away.

Jin-Woo got up from his seat, while the lady just turned to look at the entrance where the couple stood, wearing perfect clothes for a date.

...unlike a certain someone.

Haru sighed as he found himself in an unexpected situation.

The first place he brought his girlfriend was also the place where his senior has brought his potential life partner. Talk about coincidence.

Well, since both Jin-Woo and Hae-In had spotted them, there was no chance, Haru could have pulled Jinah out of the store and pretended that they never come across them.

Now, the two adults sat across Haru and Jinah while wearing awkward expressions. It seemed even Jinah was regretting calling out for her brother when he finally mustered up his courage to ask a girl out.

"Hey, Jinah. I have heard about you a lot from Hunter Sung, before." Cha Hae-In broke the silence despite looking equally awkward.

Jin-Woo raised his brows hearing that. From what he remembered, it hadn't been long since he met this blond hunter named Cha. Well, whatever breaks this silence, works.

Jinah smiled at that before she replied in an uncertain tone, "It's that I never heard anything about you until now even though you are my Oppa's girlfriend..."

"Fuuu**Cough* *Cough*" The mouthful of coffee Jin-Woo had, crashed against Haru's infinity, as the latter provided a tissue to his Sunbae.

On the other side, Cha Hae-In was frozen entirely at her spot as she got bound by some spell, however, with the way her face adapted to the crimson shade, expressed that she was purely embarrassed right now.

...the surprising fact, that Haru noticed, was that none of the two declined Jinah's misconception(?) immediately.

'The events have shifted again...thanks to Jinah.'

Haru couldn't help chuckling inwardly as he saw the mischievous smirk Jinah had, indicating that she deliberately said such a thing, despite knowing the truth.

"It's nothing like that, Jinah. We were just chatting about some official stuff." Jin-Woo retorted and Hae-In soon followed.

"Yes! I was trying to recruit him yet Hunter Sung kept on refusing." Jin-Woo was surprised to hear such an excuse from her. Maybe she was not trying to bring up the previous incident for which they actually came to meet, considering Jinah was here.

However, what Cha Hae-In didn't expect was Haru's following words, "Not cool Sunbae. To reject a beautiful girl as hunter Cha. I think you should accept her 'proposal'."

*Puff*

A cloud of smoke erupted above Cha Hae-In's head as she heard his misleading words. She couldn't help hiding her face behind her palms as the S-ranked hunter fidgeted in her seat.

"..." (Jin-Woo)

On the other side, Jin-Woo just glared at his cocky junior who was intentionally now bullying them.

Jinah was just smirking at her brother's reaction while she remembered how Jin-Woo was teasing her in the morning after she introduced Haru to the family.

Now it was her turn~

Not long after, Jinah and Haru left the budding pair alone and exited the place without ordering anything.

Haru did enjoy teasing Jin-Woo from time to time, but he wanted to spend some alone time with Jinah so he didn't bother them for long and took Jinah away.

For some reason, after getting out of the coffee shop, Jinah hasn't said anything at all. Haru believed that she might want to stay there a little longer and get to know her possible sister-in-law.

He was about to say something when suddenly, Jinah raised an entirely unexpected query,

"Hey, Haru...d-do you like tall and charming girls like Hunter Cha....?"

"..."
