Chapter 30- Floor 1: We'll meet again~

[Who's this strange boy, Director? How have we never received any report regarding such a person?]

Fury wanted to curse some holy words in the love of god but he refrained. Not only the council were pressurizing a response team from the Units but now they were on alert regarding the strange entity whom the Avengers identified as a temporary ally.

Fury did search all across the database but nothing came up since as per what the computer showed, that blindfolded teenager never existed before today. Not to talk about that he got Loki's scepter as well.

However, Fury had to believe in the boy since as per the strength and godly skills he has shown until now, only Thor and Hulk seemed anywhere near possible contenders to hold the boy down. However, even those two mighty beings would be able to stop that strange boy if he turns out to be a danger to Earth, Fury was not entirely sure of.

"We have been digging deeper in the records and trying to find who he is. For now, he's practically handing those aliens their asses without receiving a single scratch in return. Trying to subdue the kid would only be counterproductive and I upfront reject any proposal which goes against my immediate ideology."

Fury has made his statement. He did not want that part of New York to be turned into dust just because the Council was a bit restless. Fury believes in his team more than anything currently, and until they are standing, Fury could bet everything to ensure their safety from insiders.

'I just hope...that darkfolds doesn't go on a rampage after this... '

"Director! The portal!"

Hearing the call of Maria Hill, Fury raised his brows before his focus landed on the digital terminal she had in her hand.

Fury smirked at the display before he turned to look at the council who had mixed expressions on their faces, seemingly aware of what Maria just showed him.

Fury loved playing with these geezers.

"As you can see gentlemen, the show is over."

"Captain?"

"I have no idea what goes inside that guy's mind..." After waking up from deep slumber, Steve has been unable to understand various things and the thought process of this boy was one of those things.

Not only did he fight against mostly every alien ship and leviathan, that even Doctor Banner didn't have to turn green, but now he suddenly used the scepter to close the portal.

Within minutes the seemingly endless fight came to an abrupt halt. The remaining troops were now being dug out by Stark, Clint, and the strange boy himself. Even after fighting for what seemed like hours, he seemed unscathed and entirely full of vigor.

"What about Loki? Any idea-"

"Here's your delivery, Cap."

Steve instinctively raised his shield and balled his fist upon hearing the foreign tone landing beside him.

It turned out the same boy who was mostly the center of the vanguard and currently was holding an unconscious Loki by his cape...well, he was holding him since the very moment the blindfolded boy landed his feet on the ground comfortably, he dropped Loki like a rag.

"You dare to treat my brother, an Asgardian such a way-" Thor landed just after but his words were bisected by the teenager.

"187 people died in this chaos, mister protective older brother, so if you want to defend Loki, it would be better if you somehow begin to compensate for those lost lives."

A pang of guilt washed over Captain America upon hearing the number of casualties and anger boiled on Loki once again. However, by the looks of it, Loki has received a hefty sum of beating for now. Further, it would be up to Thor that what fate Loki meets up with.

Soon Clint was also brought down in tow with Iron Man as the whole team plus Loki and the Boy now stood in between the debris and corpses of the aliens.

"He's adopted..." Thor muttered something familiar once again but the boy didn't seem to care about it.

"Got any name, kid? You know it's kinda annoying for the author to keep mentioning you with random synonyms..."

"Can call me Haru, Mr. Stark."

"Okay then, Haru...can you hand us over the things that don't belongs to you?" Natasha walked forward before she demanded something which holds the utmost concern at the moment.

Not only the scepter, but now the tesseract was also in Haru's possession.

"And does it belong to you, Miss Romanoff?" Even without any call, everyone around was on their guard and ready to engage the very moment Haru shows any sign of going against his words.

The atmosphere was tense. Doctor Banner was a little panicking since he supposed he wouldn't have to turn green mountain for the second time today. In such a heavy moment suddenly a chuckling sound from the youngest in the group echoed.

"Relax guys, I was just ensuring whether Tony Stark really can get serious at moments or not." As Haru spoke, he took out the two infinity stone holders and handed them to Thor and Iron Man.

"You need proper learning, kid. You didn't scare me a single cent there." Tony rebuked but no one paid heed to it since it was irrefutable that everyone in the group was on their toes a minute ago.

"Where are you going?"

Seeing his distancing back, Steve called out but only he received was a vague response from the stranger.

"We'll meet someday again, Cap. If the world falls into mayhem, you may see me once again. Until then~"

With those words, Haru sped up and disappeared in the evening sky.

[Warning!]

[Once Host decides to leave the floor, the side objective would be discarded]

[Does the Host still wants to exit the floor?]

The system has been yapping since earlier now and it has done nothing but to irritate me with the side quest.

I had no interest in kissing a single person other than Jinah so this quest was something I put a blindfold on, since the time it appeared.

Kissing Natasha anywhere was a matter of no consideration as I wouldn't have gotten intimate with anyone else other than Jinah, despite whatever was on the prize, and here this system was asking me to lip kock with her for at least a minute. As I thought, not everything about this system is acceptable.

"Yes, I want to exit the floor."

Rather than the side quest, now I am more excited about what would be the main prize of clearing this floor.

And above all this...

"I can finally see Jinah again!!"

A/N: - Dont mind him. Once a fool in love, he would remain all the same.

Drop a comment if you liked the chapter and how could you guys even expect him to kiss someone else when I have portrayed Haru as a total simp for Jinah?
