Dungeon Raid Finish

AN: Sorry for the late uploads compared to the daily, but it's hectic with the exam period, so yeah. Anyway, enjoy the chap!

*WOOSH!*

Kara, shouting at the horde of reptilian monsters, blew them away along with the greenish waters of the dungeon! The beasts blown away slammed into the dense fauna of the swamp.

*SPLASH!*

Thomas, seeing this, shed a single tear; he was proud! His two daughters were both so strong, who wouldn't be!?

As the fighting went on, Kara noticed something odd. 'Damn, where's Fluffy? Did I forget about his existence?'

As she thought of this, Kara quickly teleported Fluffy to the dungeon. Every member of Kara's family has a secret teleportation rune on them; she's not trying to experience any cliche drama.

Anyway, what appeared from the spell was a chonky two-horned cat with wings. "The fuck? How on Earth did you become a fat cat? Aren't you some mystic tiger with wings!?"

"Meow~!"

"What do you mean the food here is too good?" Kara looked at Fluffy with a deadpan expression. "Don't embody the name Fluffy! Anyway, go and move around a bit!"

Kara proceeded and tossed the chonk into the fray of beasts, earning her a loud meow in the air.

And, of course, Fluffy's meow caught Aela's ear. "Mr. Fluffy? Oh! Mr. Fluffy is here!" Aela watched in astonishment as her house cat was barreling through the air, about to crash into the fray.

However, before Fluffy could smack his miniature body into the water infested with crocs, he transformed into his original form, expecting his once majestic form again.

*SPLASH!*

Like a sudden cannonball, he created quite the splash and crushed some crocs along with him. But the muscular form that he was expecting didn't come.

Instead, what Fluffy transformed into was a blubby overweight form. But, he still looked dangerous, with a side of fluffiness.

"ROAR!" Fluffy roared in distress; he didn't think his laziness would affect his mighty form! On the side, Laura and Thomas looked at the scene in bewilderment. 'That weird house cat could actually turn to this?' they thought.

Fluffy, feeling embarrassed, released his anger on the crocs that were slowly retreating, trying to seem smaller than they should.

*SQUELCH!*

His razor-sharp claws swiped through the monsters like a hot knife cutting butter, adding a large amount of blood-red color to the already dark swampy waters.

Somehow, Aela wasn't perturbed by this. Hell, she even made stairs and hopped onto the back of Fluffy with an excited grin on her. "Onwards, Mr. Fluffy! We ride at dawn bitches!"

Everyone hearing this stopped fighting for a minute and looked at Aela with a weird face. And in sync said, "Language!"

"What's wrong? I saw Big Bird saying it in a picture; is there anything wrong with it?" Aela looked confused. She saw the meme where Big Bird was riding a carriage and thought it was appropriate to say it since she was riding Fluffy. Hence she didn't understand what was wrong with the words coming from a character from Sesame Street.

But it didn't end there, "No more internet until you learn the meanings of those words, young lady!" Laura said as she held the multiple crocs down with magic.

"Wh-what!?" Aela was still too innocent; she would ask her knowledgeable sister later.

Dozens of minutes into the fight, the horde of crocodiles just kept coming and coming like an endless swarm, making Thomas annoyed. The crocs are weak for a Hunter like him. But if there would be hundreds upon hundred, then even a giant can fall.

"Papa, I think we should advance and find the boss instead; this is getting boring," Kara said while blasting monsters to pieces. At first, she held back, afraid that Aela couldn't handle blood.

However, Aela was far from scared. She was happily ordering Fluffy to hack at the crocs, all the while protecting herself with a barrier. Fluffy's hide is tough enough to ignore the bite and scratches of the beast, anyway.

"Mn. I think so too. The horde of monsters isn't ending in the slightest *RIP!*." Thomas replied while ripping a croc's jaw apart and sending the other part flying to an unsuspecting one, killing it instantly.

Aerys, busy breathing flames while in human form, suddenly appeared beside the father and daughter. "Let me clear the way; I can sense the boss monster's presence in that direction," pointing at a direction.

"Sure?" Thomas answered. He was still trying to wrap his brain around how this person was the flying mount of Kara and the owl at the same time.

"[FUS RO DAH]!" Aerys shouted, erupting the ground and water apart. Aerys looked like Moses, except the shout blasted monsters to pieces too.

Everyone looked at this and was quite astonished, except for Kara, since she practices the Thu'um with Aerys.

Anyway, Aela, seeing an open path, had a sudden urge to do something. Armoring Fluffy up with a barrier shaped into a spear, she began shouting.

"RUN! CHARGE! FLUFFY, ROAR WITH ME!" Aela, in a sense, was the opposite of her elder sister. If Kara got the calm trait from Laura, then Aela got Thomas' personality.

"ROAR!" "ARHHHHHHH!" the two of them running off into the distance, leaving the family to stare at the pair.

Kara looked at her Papa with a weird look, "Papa, your personality reached Aela. Good job." Thomas didn't know if Kara was sarcastic or not, but he felt proud nonetheless.

Kara wasn't worried for Aela since she knew Fluffy was fiercer than he looked. In terms of physical strength alone, he can beat multiple S-Ranks alone with brute force. So, there wasn't anything to be worried about.

Upon reaching the Boss's area, the family found the reason for the endless horde of crocodiles. The Boss was a queen-type monster. It constantly laid eggs like it was on magical crack or something.

The Queen reptile, sensing danger, snarled at the newcomers, mainly in the direction of Kara. Kara may be keeping her aura in check, but a monster's instinct will always be top-notch.

"It's laying eggs like an American smoking a hotdog and shooting their guns at the same time!" Kara added. The speed at which the Queen laid her eggs was unbelievable; they hatched almost instantly too!

'If this were any other Hunter Guild, they would've died because of the overwhelming numbers,' Kara thought. Adding to that, the Queen was massive, at least three times taller than Thomas!

'However, for it to constantly produce eggs, there must be a secret. Ha...haha...HAHAHA! I'LL FIND THAT OUT!' Kara's thoughts were threatening to spill.

"Papa, Mama, you don't mind if I take this, do you? I want to study its anatomy and everything!" Kara was hopping around her parents like a child seeing her presents, and it wasn't even the main dish!

The two, seeing Kara act, couldn't help but shake their heads; they have long accepted Kara's curious nature of how she'll study everything.

"Now, let's store you up, shall we? [Stasis]!" She blasted a stasis spell, just as when an egg was midway out of it. Marvelous! She sent it to her new lab within Avant Heim.

After that, the rest went to work and killed off every other monster left. Since the Queen wasn't laying eggs anymore, the crocodiles quickly died out.

Remembering that the Rulers would come with their promised books, Kara teleported them on their way, leaving her alone within the swamp-like world.

Moments later, seven bright flashes descended from the sky. These were the Fragments of Brilliant Light, or the brothers of Kara as she calls them.

'I might as well treat them like my true elder brothers; they mean no harm and are genuinely caring when I fooled them,' Kara thought. She felt sincerity when she first talked to Brightest, no reason not to pay it back the same.

"Little Sister! It's good to finally see you!" they kneeled and fist-bumped their chest.

'Weird form of salutation, I'll teach them Earth's, I guess.'

Kara hugged every one of them; they didn't expect it, but it was a nice feeling for them. "It's nice to see my big brother's too!" she said and unfurled her wings and halo, making her resemble them in features, at least.

Eventually, they talked briefly about each other until Brightest mentioned that their meeting had to end since their presence was too strong and might alert the Monarchs.

"Ah, yes, before we forget. Here are the books that we promised, and we specifically included a book that can change your loved one's race. You weren't able to find the proper ones, so here we are providing them for you. Use it well. Merry Christmas, Little Sister! Hope to see you again!"

And with that, they left in a flash of light, leaving Kara, who was holding a storage ring filled to the brim with books!

"Is this what it feels like to get spoiled by my big bros? It feels nice," Kara mused and left to meet her family.

[Fast Forward, Christmas Day]

In a luxurious house, a special jar of world tree leaves got sent to Snoop Dogg's residence with a message saying, "May send you to Heaven. Merry Christmas!"

"Well, la-di-da. If this can send me to Heaven and not Hell, shieeet, I thank the sender any time of the day!"

[One puff later]

"Fuck! I-I I FEEL IT! Lord above, I'm coming!" instead of the expected ascension, Snoop awakened instead, shocking him.

On this day, the world welcomes yet another Hunter.
