An hour later.
"Ah, this will do nicely," I said with a hum.
Sitting in Vimana above the Arctic an area void of human life or at least has a small population with limited technology and even if someone picks up the mana I will be producing it will take them a good while to find me. Jumping out of Vimana as it returned to the treasury landing on the ice I changed my outfit to my Glacial Sentinel Armor then I got to work not bothering to create a barrier around me. I activated the Mana Archon skill and started to pull in an absurd amount of mana into my body while activating the Skill Creator skill I took a breath and then pictured the skill clearing my mind making sure I didn't slip up because the description of the skill will be longer than usual.
The user possesses every conceivable power imaginable, whether existing or non-existent, known or unknown. This includes abilities ranging from Enhanced Strength and Flight to far more potent capabilities surpassing standard norms. They can manipulate and influence anything from the simplest physical phenomena to entire concepts, extending their control over the Omniverse and beyond.
This power is akin to Desired Ability Manifestation but differs in that all potential abilities already exist within the user. They can freely manifest any power they choose without losing access to it once they no longer need it, granting them unprecedented freedom to accomplish virtually anything.
After my description was complete it was then I felt an inconceivable level of pain and tiredness wash over my body like a tidal wave if it weren't for the fact I sort of expected this I would have passed out and messed up the process. After ten minutes the pain stopped then I got the notification.

Chuckling slightly at my success as much as my body detested it I then called for Uriel.

'It's nothing just take me home I'll be out for a while.'

And with that, I passed out.
I woke up four days later with a splitting headache.
"Oww, that hurt thankfully I will never have to do that again. How long was I out for?"

"Four days that is ridiculous but it makes sense."
I got up and stretched I went and freshened up because four days of sleeping would send my hygiene into the ground. After exiting the bathroom I sat on my bed in new clothes.

I stood up and walked downstairs finding Jinah watching TV.
"Hey Jinah. Where is Jin-woo?"
Not taking her eyes off the TV she answered "He's on a trip and will be back in three days."
"Oh okay then," I said going back upstairs.

Re-entering my room I closed it behind me. With a swing of my hand, the dimensional crack appeared in front of me walking into the crack I entered my personal dimension. Sending a telepathy call to Aizen and Uriel telling them to continue training I decided to get to work.
"OK, I have three days let's start. Since I did a monarch yesterday I'm doing a Ruler today. Hmm… I know but first.
I started the creation of the weapons this character has.
First was the Angel of Death a huge flower containing a statue of Mayuri at the center of the petals. Following the command to bloom, the flower constantly emits particles of light that instantly kill everyone who comes in contact with it, even shutting off the functions of inorganic targets. The particles cannot be blocked by any protection skills or barriers as they will simply slip through.
The flower materialized floating next to me.
Next was the Angel of Laws a huge tree with a statue of Rio Sonogami embedded in the trunk has flowers and branches that pierce the sky, reshaping the landscape into a monochrome, chessboard-like pattern. Within this area, the User can manipulate reality and use the tree's branches and roots to attack and restrain opponents.
Then a tree materialized next.
"Alright last but certainly not least."
The Angel of Void can instantly illuminate the world with light and erase anything she desires from reality. The blinding light makes it impossible to see, but it is believed to have the form of a seed.
A small palm-sized ball of light materialized above my head.

A woman with long, unkempt, pale blue hair, and blue eyes She wears a beautiful, elaborate dress with a water-like transparency, decorated with cherry blossom-like flower ornaments made of light. Gold jewelry adorns her neck, shoulders, and torso, securing her teddy bear. She is barefoot, and her Astral Dress radiates like the Northern Lights. Behind her, a distorted halo with ten stars is embedded. Skills granted: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Self-Sustenance (Type 1, 2 & 3), Immortality (Type 1), Subjective Reality, Shapeshifting, Energy Manipulation, Limited Power Nullification, Reality Warping, Law Manipulation, Death Manipulation, Healing/Regeneration, Forcefield Creation, Existence Erasure, Memory Manipulation, Physics Manipulation, Spatial Manipulation, Time Manipulation, Transmutation, Absorption, Cloth Manipulation.
There was a white and blue glow emitted from the creation of the Ruler, unlike the typical white and gold. When the light died down it revealed the woman exactly as I had envisioned. She stood there, surveying her surroundings with an ethereal calmness.
