6 CH-6. HIDDEN SKILL

After killing Hwang Dongsuk and his subordinates and bathing in their blood with a bloodthristy smile Jinwoo turned towards Jinho who trembled noticing his gaze. He wanted to beg him to spare his life but before he could say something Jinwoo appeared in front of him with a gentle smile on his face.

"You dont have to worry I am not going to kill you". Jinwoo said while wiping the blood from his face.

When Jinho heared him he became relaxed and wanted to thank him for sparing his life and also wanted to ask him if he was a false ranker but before he could ask anything they heared a loud monstrous voice.

Hearing the voice Jinho realised that the boss monster must have waked up from the voices.

When they turned towards the voice they saw a spider with hundreds of eyes and size as big as a building standing in front of them, seeing the monster Jinho started shaking but still held the sword while pointing it towards the spider king. 

Seeing this Jinwoo smiled and put his hand above his head and said in a assuring voice "Let me handle it".

Hearing his voice Jinho became relaxed and looked at Jinwoo's smiling face and then saw him walking towards the spider king.

Jinwoo's steps echoed through the cavernous lair, the air thick with anticipation. The Spider King, a towering arachnid with shimmering carapace with its hundreds of glowing eyes fixated on the lone figure advancing with measured calmness.

"Come meet you end." Jinwoo said with a wide smile on his face with his voice reverberated in the eerie silence.

The monstrous spider, sensing the danger unleashed a flurry of web attacks, attempting to ensnare Jinwoo in its sticky trap. But he was too fast, too experienced to be caught. He darted around the chamber, his movements a blur, slicing through the webs with his dagger, each movement precise and deadly.

With a swift motion, Jinwoo drew dagger, radiating an otherworldly aura. The Spider King, enraged, lunged forward, mandibles clicking furiously. Jinwoo sidestepped the attack, his movements calculated, fast and precise.

In a heartbeat, he closed the distance between them and with a great force throwes the dagger towards it's head, the dagger slicing through the air with blinding speed.

The Spider King's eyes widened in shock as Jinwoo's dagger peareced his head entering and came out from the back side destroying everything thing from its inside and kill it instantly.

When Jinho saw this his jaw touched the ground, killing a C-Rank boss monster needed at least a party with a B-Rank hunter but here Jinwoo killed the same monster by himself without getting hurt or getting any tired. Seeing his strength Jinho had stars in his eyes thinking that he might be able to help him complete his mission.

"Lets check the messages that I get from the system but before that lets collect the mana crystals". He said and looked towards Jinho while pointing at the crystals.

When Jinho saw him pointing towards the mana crystals he understand what he has to do "Leave it to me". He said while giving a salute to Jinwoo and started to mine the mana crystals.

"Alright lets check the messages now". Jinwoo said and thought about the message to which messages started to appear in front of him.

Seeing the rewards he was happy but then a new message appeared in front of him which shocked him completely.

"Does that mean before getting the system I had an skill but it was locked for some reason". He said with a surprised look on his face but with a smile while looking towards his new skill with anticipation.

"I hope it's what I think". He said and clicked on the skill name resulting in appearing a new screen and seeing it a wide smile formed on his face and started laughing like a manic.

Seeing him laughing like that Jinho got scared for a moment but didnt dare to ask him why he was laughing and continued his work.

Jinwoo who was thinking about his future heared the tired voice of Jinho and turned towards him to see him sweating like crazy to which he smiled inwardly.

"Now you go and wait near the exit I will meet you there in sometime". 

"Alright I will wait for you there". Jinho said and gave him a salute while picking up the bags which were full of mana crystals. He didnt even ask him why and just did what he said him to do.

He told Jinho to go back first because he wanted to check how his new ability works and to check it he already have many dead bodies lying in front of him.

After Jinho left he turned towards the bodies of Hwang Dongsuk and his subordinates and decided to first absorb then, he raised his hand with excitement in his eyes and said in a deep voice.

"ABSORB".

Just as he said dark blue energy started to come out from his hand and moved towards the body of Hwang Dongsuk covering it completely and absorbing it at a very fast rate.

When he completely absorbed the body of Hwang Dongsuk he got a message from the system.

He then turned towards Hwang Dongsuk's subordinates and then absorbed all of then at once and converted Hwang Dongsuk's and their skills into stat points.

"HOLY SHIT". Seeing the amount of points he has acquired he shouted loudly.

After sometime coming out of his shock he turned towards the body of boss monster and absorbed it.

Seeing that the skill that he got from the boss monster was not that impressive he converted it for stat points.

Suddenly the cave started to shake and he understand that the gate is going to close soon. So he turned and with full speed ran towards the direction where Jinho was waiting for him.
