Field Of Fear

The surroundings changed into a wheat field it was endless in all directions and nearby there was a barn a house and some silos, there were also many scarecrows in the fields. The sky was orange as if the sun was setting.

"That's a lot of wheat you could make a lot of bread," Grimm said. Suddenly an eerie voice spoke there was no clear location of where it came from it said "Visitors, at last, I welcome you to my domain now feel fear!" Suddenly all the scarecrows climbed off the poles that they hung on. Scythes appeared in their hands and they started walking toward Grimm, Neko, and Tony. The scarecrows started emitting an eerie aura one that would make someone afraid. Tony tried to attack one of the scarecrows with his sword but when he hit the scarecrow his sword bounced off and it made a sound as if he was hitting metal. The scarecrows started laughing creepily. Neko also tried to attack one with her claw but it bounced off. The scarecrows laughed harder.

"Feel fear more fear, experience true fear before you die." The voice said. The scarecrows raised their scythes and smiled. Hoards of crows appeared on the horizon flying toward them some crows landed on the scarecrow's shoulders some flew overhead. The only sound that could be heard was the caws of the crows and laughter. The house grew legs and arms and picked itself off the ground and walked closer.

"What do we do Grimm" Tony said with a hint of fear. "You attack the main body isn't it obvious," Grimm said. "But how do we find the main body," Neko said "It's the sky, the sky is the main body," Grimm said. "How do you attack the sky?" Tony questioned. "That's the least of our problems we can't attack the sky if we can't get to it we are surrounded by things that can't be hurt." Neko said.

"It seems you have discovered me but how will you attack me. Everything in this world is my domain I am the one in control of everything here. Even your corpses wouldn't be able to harm me. Die and become nutrients for my field." The voice said. The scarecrows started laughing harder and the crows got louder.

"What if I overpower your control," Grimm said. "That would be impossible not even gods would be able to overpower me. All who have entered have fallen."

"Well, I am not a god, but gods don't stand a chance against me. So I am sorry to put an end to your game but I can't waste any more time here." Grimm said.

"You talk big but you will still die." the voice said. A scarecrow raised his scythe as he was about to cut Grimm's head off then suddenly all of the crows and the scarecrows became silent and stopped moving then everything heads turned and looked up at the sky. "What's happening why did everything stop? Why are you not dead yet? Nothing is listening to my control what have you done!" The voice shouted.

"I am in control, it is time for you to say goodbye," Grimm said as he jumped up and punched the sky and then landed back on the ground. His punch made the sky start to crack and crumble. "I don't understand! How! I am invincible." The voice said. "What you are is weak," Grimm replied.

The sky shattered and then everything faded to black when their vision returned. They found themselves back in the cave. "That was very eventful which path do we take next," Grimm said, "One that we haven't taken." Neko replied.
