122 Something I Already Know

"What do you mean her husband is here?" 

Tiffany clenched her right hand into a fist and wished that Reagan was right in front of her so that she could bash his face with it. 

Lilly Rose was busy looking at the paintings when she noticed some stirring at the entrance of the exhibit hall. The room was across from the party, thus, only people who came that were actually interested in arts and not just to meet people for connection were in the room. But she felt the sudden change in the atmosphere and looked over her shoulder. 

She was glad that she did because she saw the reason for the excitement of the few people with them in the exhibit hall and it was Matthew—Lilly Rose's husband. She quickly walked away from Lilly Rose and hid at the far end of the room to call Reagan. 

And the jerk had the audacity to question her of Matthew's presence.
