Handsome

I was woken up by a sudden movement in my room. I woke up and saw my mom arranging clothes and jewelries on the other side of the bed.

"What are those for?" I decided to act dumb

"Not working, now go clean yourself up" I quickly grabbed her arm when I saw her leaving the room and whispered " do you really want to sell me. That man would murder me. Your daughter." I tried to convince her but it wasn't working.

I went in to take my bath and dressed up. I went to meet my parents downstairs and saw them talking to a man. He reeks of money but I couldn't see him clearly because he was

not facing me. But immediately he turned to me I nearly stumbled, he is dead handsome. My parents nudge me to greet and I bowed 90 degree and said "My name is Melissa McCall, nice to meet you." I said shyly

" My name is Liam Black, It's my pleasure"he shook my hands

This isn't what I was expecting .
