32:Lets Go Home

Fate's POV,

I knock on the door a few seconds later Jerry opens it in amazement to see me when I didn't tell them about coming today "hey?" I walked passed her.

"Okay, hello to you. something bad happened ?" Jerry inquires following me behind.

However, I didn't say anything and lay down on the couch " she said it was a mistake!"

She frowned "who?"

"How could she say that! It's not my fault that my past is something I can't forget! But im trying aren't I !" I don't even know who am I saying those things yet it feels like it should come out.

Jerry sat on the coffee table "can you please tell me who are we talking about?, so I can join too!."

I scoffed "it's fine! I can just talk to myself or the four walls at least they won't mock me about my nightmares!"

"Wait! Mock you? " Jerry asked

Still, I go on "did she even know how much pain I felt every time she said things like that? She's just like him! At first, I thought maybe it was just me who are thinking too much but " I sat up and look at Jerry " today she has proved she is just like every one of those people who judge me not knowing a single thing about myself!" I could feel crying again " why does she have to be like everyone? And why I'm the one who always ends up crying and feeling pain? why...!?"

"F-fate?" She pulled me into a hug. Comforting her palms on my back she soothes me. I clutch her and rest my head on her neck " i-if t-the God hate me so much, t-then why did h-e let me live! Why he didn't let my father execute me?

"Shhh, It's alright" she stroked my back " it's not your fault Fate that she couldn't see who you are. She is too sightless to have you"

"I just want to have a normal life like everyone else.is it too much to ask "!I wail to her.

" No! It's not. You deserve better than her Fate . she is just a dumbass to see your heart" she pulled out of the hug "Fate stop thinking about her. I should have expected this from her She's not worthy of your love"

Right, she is not.

"Jerry! You won't believe who I saw...' Joey stormed into the living room and stopped whatever she was about to say when she saw us " Sista! What happened?"

I let out a deep breath" can we have drinks?"

Jerry grinned "of course"

"Guys? "

Jerry glanced at Joey who was still

dumbfounded "Joey you can drink with us and then we can hear whatever you have "

"Being married to an idol and falling head over heels for her is not what I expect from myself," I told Jerry who finish her third bottle of beer

"Right and I .meeting with my soulmate after reincarnation and later finding out how gratefully she cheated on me. This is indeed I didn't expect from my life either"

Wait cheated?

"Amy cheated on you! When? How? with  who?" Both i and Joey ask

Jerry snorts "in my dream with a guy I think "

Joey smacked her head" it was a dream, you idiot!"

"Even if it's a dream! She doesn't have the right to do that"!

I Mentally facepalm myself" so you're going to dislike her just because she kisses a guy in your dream"?

"Yes"

"Lee, how generous of you," Joey said glaring at Jerry

Jerry shrugged "right look who is talking about generosity who left Oliver alone even if she likes her."

"I-i didn't leave her Alone it's j-

"You get scared "I complete her sentence

"Yes" Joey admits

Jerry huffs letting her legs on the coffee table as her head rests on my shoulders "I think we need a break"

Sure we do

"Me too" Joey let out

"Me too"

"So can we go to meet mom for a few days? Sista has to go anyway" Joey said

Yes, I need to go. I have to meet my mother again after a long time. It's strange how time flows. When I close my eyes, all the memories of my mother show up in my senses. Before the car accident, my mother was near, hugging me and laughing at my words. But as soon as I open my eyes, the tangible reality stands conveyed. How many times in my childhood I did think about closing my eyes forever and remaining only in my memories, just known to me

"Okay, we can go tomorrow and you." She darted her attention to me "You don't have to go to Kim House today. Sit down, I'm bringing you something." Jerry went up to make something.

Joey and I sat down,  Joey and Jerry didn't ask me too many questions. I don't want to talk about it. Joey relaxed quietly, I could tell she is in deep thought.

Good thing Miss Cane is not back yet or we would have to ask for sick leave. But when you don't have your boss and work what else can you do, Go back home and take peace of mind.

"Here," said Jerry, placing the plate of pasta on the table.

"Pasta?"

Jerry smiled slightly, "You don't even want to eat, so sleeping with an empty stomach isn't good. Here Pasta."

Jerry is the identical copy of Miss Lee.

I couldn't help but laugh at her hand indicating, "That's an order ma'am."

Jerry was right, none of us want to eat or talk. And I'm still too lazy to get up from the couch. It's proberly 2 Am the whole room is silent except for the ticking sound of the clock in the living room and the snoring sound of Jerry, as  I'm not the only one on the couch, Jerry is hugging me.

Her habit of hugging me to sleep started when I was at Lee's house first time. When my dreams would scare the crap out of me. Jerry would sleep next to me and Joey would come with us because I would cry out of fear.

Even though the three of us had separate rooms, we all slept together. Miss Lee was very worried about it at first knowing how much I despise physical touch. But later when she saw how Jerry keep awake at night she was very glad, at least relieved. And I got my best friend.

My mother used to say  "We only meet people in life who are written in our destiny" If that's true, maybe I was lucky enough to write a destiny where I would meet with the Lee family.

"Hmm, Amy~.." Huh? I looked to my side and found Jerry murmuring Amy's name. 'This girl, can't do anything about her 

I sighed and looks at the ceiling, it was staring back at me 'Okay, Fate close your eyes and try to sleep. Even if you don't sleep, at least you have to spend this night.'

In the morning the beep beep noise woke me up. I  gaze at it and find Jerry still sleeping. I got up from the sofa and turned off Joey's phone. I don't recall when I  fell asleep at night. My body feels unbearable fatigue, but now it's not necessary to think about it.

We have left for  Geru town today. I freshen up and came to the living room. Both of the Lee sisters still snoozing. The first thing to do is wake them up.

"Jerry? Wake up!" I tried to jerk her a little. But this girl ! she didn't even move an inch. Is she a human or what?! However,  Joey got up instead.

Thank God

She yawned "sista are we late?"

"No Joey we are not but can you  get Jerry up, I'll make breakfast."

She rubbed her eyes  "Okay I will do it."

Now breakfast. I want to the small kitchen and take out ingredients. Hopefully, Jerry won't mind eating scrambled eggs, bread peanuts and juice. While I was cooking, I could hear two Lee sisters arguing in the living room. Joey must have poured water on Jerry's face again. Joey's method when Jerry doesn't want to get up.

After a bit, when I almost finished. I saw Jerry wipe her face as she cursed and sat down.

"Seriously, kindergarten kids don't do this kind of stuff! " Jerry complain

I smirked "don't forget it's Miss Lee's method"

Jerry shrugged and rolled her eyes "I hate you two."

"No your not!"

Later on, we finished eating breakfast and I leave for Kim's house. I need to pack a few clothes. It's not necessary but knowing how Miss Lee truly is, she would make us, stay there for a week.

Kim HOUSE,

10:45 AM,

I entered Kim's House and unlocked the door, but I realized something the owner of the house is not home. Fortunately, now I can just pack the clothes and go out. I went to my room and took some clothes for myself and set them in a bag. But when I was about to go out, the doorbell rang.

Is she ringing the bell to enter her own house?

I put my bag in the living room and opened the door. "Baby, look what I get for you..'' The guy stopped himself before he could say the next words.his left hand holding haycinth flowers. He looked at me curiously.

I know him afterall I have seen him twice before, but I have not spoken to him Jeremy is Miss Kim's boyfriend. What a wonderful day I have!

"You? Jennie's assistant right?" he asked. I nod

"Oh well, is she home?"

"no"

"Oh, then I'm waiting". Before I could say anything to him, he walked in and invited himself. "By the way, I forget to introduce myself " he turned to me, extending his hand towards me "I'm Jeremy Obrien"

I shook his hands to be polite "hello I'm Fate Adierson"

He smiled a little "so Fate is you planning to go somewhere ?" He asked referring to my bag.

"Yes, I was going to my home ."

He sat comfortably on the couch and placed the flowers on the table "Okay then your boss and I can spend our free weekends together."

Together...

"oh, good" I don't know if my voice sounds unhappy. Because inside I am not so good and how long it will last like this. I need to go if we miss the first bus. we have to wait for three-hour wait for the next one.

No way! Jerry will kill me if I'm late.

I cleared my throat " Mr Obrien, I will be leaving..'

"Jeremy?".

She's here

Jeremy and I both glance at the owner who seems to be disappointed to see her boyfriend. Jeremy stood up from his seat and hugged his girlfriend. His hands wrap around her waist as he reaches to place a kiss on her lips. But Miss Kim turn her attention to me.

'Okay, that's my turn to leave .now!'

Jeremy gazed at me I smiled at both pairs. Holding my bag, bowing slightly " I will be leaving now. Please. Enjoy. Your. Free weekends" there was a mocking tone.

Nevertheless, it doesn't seem to bother Jeremy He just smiled back "oh, we will you to Fate"

sure you will!!

"Of course."

I close the door. How great first she kissed me then she hurt me and now she's speeding up her so-called free weekends with her boyfriend!

Fine!

I will be spending my weekends with my family too.

Geru Town Here I Come!
