Hello, Calla!

"Oh My! Calvin its—!" I screamed when I saw a white horse of the place where he brought me. It was already four in the Afternoon, and I never really thought that he would actually fulfill his promise just at this very day!

If I am not mistaken. This part, Where we are standing now was still their property. Although it wasn't part of the beach any more even if they're still connected. In fact, No one was here now except for some of their workers and the two of us!

The Horse, It was an Arabian type of horse if I am not mistaken. And I can imagine how expensive it was!

"Well? Do you like it?" he asked while pursing his lips like he's trying to hide a smile. I nodded.

"I'll lie to you if I'll say I didn't fall inlove with the Horse. I like horses Calvin if you don't know that and another. Look at that horse." I pointed the horse excitedly. The horse neigh so I giggled.

Godness! I'm starting to like her.

"She is so beautiful and was screaming with elegance."

"I'm glad you like it. It was yours" I automatically turned to him when I realized what just he said. I stiffened for a while, trying to register what he just said on my mind. Did I heard it wrong? What did he say?

He said it was Mine! The gorgeous Horse was mine!

"What did you say?"

He smiled as he started walking towards the Horse's direction. I just followed him and maybe he knows that I was just behind, so, he turned to me, and then he hold my hands as pulled me closer to him.

My eyes widened when I realized that we're so closed. I automatically pushed him away, but he just narrowed his eyes on me like he was wondering why did I do that for. I just rolled my eyes and left him standing there.

"Calvin, I hope you're not joking because honestly I'm starting to like this horse." I touched the hair of the horse, and he turned to me. I smiled before I look at him.

He was just staring at me wearing his serious expression.

And I just realized it, He looks so amazingly handsome in my eyes wherever he was serious. Oh well, I always saw that smile of him, so, I won't be surprised. Anyway, Every inch of that face screams majesty.

I smiled more at that thought.

"It's all yours Ally, Just assure me that you'll take care of yourself when you're riding the horse."

"Yes, Sir." I saluted. The side of his lips curved into a smile. I felt my heart reign at the sight of him. He was really dangerously handsome!

"Vincent." He called the man on his early forties that were just watching us. He automatically stood straight as he turned to Calvin that was obviously the Boss here. The handsome boss.

"Yes, Sir?"

"Where's Bush? I wanted to ride my horse today. Please bring me him right away."

"Sure, Sir." the old man quickly turned away as we followed our gaze on him. Bush, And he was a 'he' horse according to Calvin. Woah. I didn't know that he also ride a horse.

Oh well, It was really... nice

"Well? What would you like to name her?" he asked when he turned to me.

I looked at 'my' horse and smiled...yeah it was really 'mine' and it was from Calvin. I didn't ever imagine that we could ever reach this part. Someone like him whom I hate the most before was starting to have a part in my life now.

But this time. In a good way.

"Calla."

"Calla? Why that? It was extraordinary though." he laugh in a hasty manner as he brushed his fingers on his shiny brown hair.

I smiled at him with all my heart. "It's from you Calvin, So I named her after you. Calla"

"Yeah right, I just realized it now."

"You think it's fine?"

"You named her Calla because I'm Calvin. Sweet..." He chuckles when I look away to hide my cheeks that was burning red because of embarrassment.

After Sometime, We are already riding our Horse while walking in the seaside. We are just silent but unlike before, I can't feel the awkwardness of the atmosphere.

I was really mesmerized by the Beauty of the Place. Now I know why it's called The Mendocino's Paradise since it was actually a Paradise. The place was so peaceful and the waves in the Sea was like music.

The blown of the wind from the Sea was so good and relaxing. The leaves of the tree that was dancing with the wind and the birds that were singing. They are all the part in the beauty of the Mothers Nature.

And I was glad to know there was still a preserved place like this until now. If I could just stay and live here forever, I would gladly will. Away from the toxic society, the stressing works, and the challenges in the city.

This is a place where no one would ever felt surfeit for living this kind of paradise.

"For how long have you plan to stay here?"

"I don't know. Maybe a week?" I shrugged because I have not yet decided about that.

"It's a good thing then." he smiled. "You can still enjoy your Vacation here for as long as you want."

"If the place was as nice as this. Why not?"

"You're right. Anyway, I wanted you to know that this is my property" he smiled proudly as he turned to me " This is my Parents gift when I graduated from College. A year ago."

"Wow! You're so lucky." I said with no excitements. I envied him for having such a wonderful parents.

"I bet you really like it here huh?" I just nodded while wandering my eyes around. I wish I had brought a Camera. Maybe I can take a picture of some parts of the place.

"Hmm, I can bring you here anytime you want." I turned to him and just when I knew, that he was staring at me. My cheeks heated, and I can't stop but to smile.

"What if your Family will find out that you're letting an enemy enter in your territory?" I asked.

"Oh, about that." he smiled as he tapped his horse when it start walking, but it didn't stop, so, I laughed and followed him.

"Bush, Behave." Seems like the horse understands him, so he stopped and obeyed his master. "Good boy"

He then turned to me. "My Family actually knows that I'm making friends with you. Actually, Almost all my relatives know about that."

"What?! And they didn't tell you to stay away from me?!" My heart started to beat fast because I'm starting to get nervous for the reason that I don't even know.

"Nope, In fact, They were happy because for how many decades that pass that our family remained enemies. It was the first time that one of us became friends with one of you."

"Huh? Aren't they suspecting me or something that I was just–"

"Pretending?" I nodded silently, but he just smiled. "Not really Allyssa, My family is not as bad as you think. They were happy and I almost forgot that my Sister and Mother was looking forward to meeting you one of these days."

"What?!" I blinked my eyes twice. His mother and sister? Am I just dreaming? Have I fell asleep when I was walking with our horse?

"You'll meet them... And it would be very soon." he smiled assuredly as if he was so sure that it would really happens and I can't stop but to gasp and curse silently in disbelief upon hearing what he says.
