So after eating that disgusting Frog and trying my absolute hardest to keep it down and thankfully succeeding, I had walked over to the only other exit to this particular part of my birthplace and started on my journey to...I don't even know, at this point, I'm just going to wander around this place while using Appraisal.

"Kyu! (Nice!)" Finally, my shit skill will not be so useless now, and I now know that contained repetition can level up my skills and they are not stuck at level 1. With that, I use appraisal on the first thing in my view.

"Kyu? (Huh?)" I exclaim confused as I look around and see literally nothing but rocks and walls, suddenly, out of the corner of my eye I see a tinge of blue in this mostly colorless cave. I stopped in my tracks and slowly turned around as quietly as I could as to not arouse suspicion...only to get a face full of acid.

"KYYYUUUUUUUUUUU!!!(GODAMMIT!)"

"Kyu~" I sigh loudly as I look down at the corpse of yet another frog that I had to kill, I swear these things just love to blind me for no reason. 'Appraisal' This time I used it on myself.

"Kyu (Well that's to be expected)" I say with slight disappointment as I look around this new area I have found myself in. It's fairly big this time and is dome-shaped with a couple of tunnel entrances in the 4 cardinal directions.

"Kyuu~ Kyu~ (This place just screams boss fight)" I say out loud and curse my big fat mouth as the roof starts crumbling down dropping a shit ton of rocks onto the ground. "Kyu!(Wow Buddy!)" I jump back and dodge a falling rock, then I leap to the left and dodge another one. After a couple more dodges and weaves the rocks finally stop falling.

"K-kyu? (I-is it over?)" I say but then for some reason, a red flag appears in my mind "Kyu? (Huh?)" I don't even have time to make sense of that image as my instincts warn me of extreme danger from above. So I do the only thing that I can...I look up, and I regret it almost instantly.

A giant fucking bug drops down from above and lands right in front of me, glaring at my small and fluffy figure will all 8 of its beady eyes. Now I know it's technically not a bug and more of an arachnid, but I could give two fucks about what it is because I'm calling it like I see it.

This thing is at least 3 meters tall, and 4 meters long with bulky steel like limbs attached to that char black carapace, with a huge fucking sack that is its ass, its mandibles look sharp enough to slice fucking cars in twain, and its glowing red eyes fill me with an emotion I've not felt since my first beating...Fear.

"K-kyu (A-appraisal)" I manage to say and it's more of a squeak as I tremble in fear of this fucking nightmare fuel of a giant spider. Seriously who is the asshole god who designed this monstrosity?

No clue what the fuck that is, but I don't want to know either, all I want at this moment is for this thing to burn to nothing but cinders and ash. You know what? No fuck cinders and ash, I want this thing nuked with extreme prejudice.

I seriously wish I had fucking fire breath right at this moment.

It just kinda stares at me unblinkingly and unmovingly for a while, and I'm just stuck here quite literally quaking in my boots, or fur at this point. BUT. Even though I'm terrified out of my fucking skull I've managed to slowly but surely back away to one of the tunnels where I know it can't fit.

'Just keep backing up'

'Yep, that's right stay there'

'That's a good spider, that's a goo spid-

"KYU! KYU!! (OH FUCK!!!)" It screeches loudly and its eyes shine before it starts running at me, I turn on my heel and start sprinting away as fast as my legs can carry me, each one of its footsteps make the ground shake slightly, so if I get hit, I'm dying no questions asked.

"KYU KYU KYU KYU (NO NO NO NO NO NO!)" I just continuously say no and then Yelp as one of its front legs slam down right next to me, having dodged to the left I continue running as it gets closer and closer.

"KYUUUUUUUU! (ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS RIGHT NOW!?!?!)"

*BOOM*

It tries to impale me with its leg but my instincts warned me in time so I dodged to the right. I found that when I got the skill my running speed increased slightly, it's still not enough to outrun this fucking thing, and each time it stomps down on the ground nearby rocks and shards are somehow flying at me and nicking my skin. It doesn't do that much damage but it does make me bleed a bit and wince when I get hit, so I got the skill [Pain resistance LV1] from it, however, it still stings so this fucker takes advantage of that to try to impale me, thank god for my instincts otherwise I would be a kebab right about now.

"KYU KYUUU! (CAN YOU FUCKING STOP?)"

After a while, I finally get close to the exit, and with clear happiness plastered on my face, I push my little legs as much as they could and right as the spider is about to impale me I jump and narrowly dodge its attack diving into the tunnel and successfully escaping danger.

"Kyu~ Kyu! Kyu~ (HA! Take that you ugly mother fucker!)" I cheer while getting up and prancing around smugly at my mission impossible ESC escape. "Kyu~ Kyu~ Kyu Kyu~ (That's right! Whose the man? I'm the man!) I praise myself while walking away from it slowly as to tempt the little shit.

The Arch Taratect kept trying to force its way into the narrow tunnel, like the idiot it is, but it's way too big for that. "Kyu~ (Bleugh)" I stick my tongue out childishly at the spider and continue to mock it until it shoots out a web from its mouth right at me. "KYU! (HOLY SHIT!) I just barely dodged that and the web gets stuck on the wall.

The spider then starts shooting out a shit ton of webs and I'm back to dodging.

"Kyu Kyu (I fucking hate spiders)" I grumble as I remove some of the sticky webs from my wings with my paw. The spider managed to nick me with its webbing but thankfully it didn't trap me, so it's nothing more than a minor inconvenience. Scratch that, do you know how hard it is to remove this shit without tools or opposable thumbs? Because it's annoyingly difficult.

After running away from that spider I've just been wandering around using appraisal and trying to find somewhere to rest because I'm too tired for this shit, today has been way too exciting for me and I just want to sleep right now, on the plus side Appraisal got to level 3 so now instead of just Life dragon, it's now.

So I can finally see some of my stats, that's all well and good, but I feel like this is weirdly powerful for a level 1. Meh, I don't even know what other creatures' stats look like so maybe I'm just being paranoid.

Anyway, it seems like I don't have a name anymore.

"Kyuu! Ku! (Let's change that, my name is now Kami!)" I know it's pretentious calling myself GOD, but I have three very good reasons to call myself that name now.

1. Fuck you, I don't care about your opinion.

2. Fuck the god that sent me here, so I'm taking your name.

So yeah, I get to call myself god, and you can't do shit about it.

"Kyu~ Kyu (I hope this place is at least semi-safe)" I just sigh to myself as I look around this new area and pray that I don't trigger any flags this time. It's a dome-shaped area like before, but a lot smaller and more compact, big enough to jump around, but not enough for big monsters to move either, and it has only one entrance, so it's kinda perfect for a nest, as I was getting kinda tired.

"Kyu~ Kyu Kyu (It's no Double stuffed cotton-polyester blend mink 3000, but it'll have to do for now I guess)" I sigh once again as I enter the bland and lifeless area and just lay down on the biggest rock. I close my eyes and attempted to fall asleep.

"Kyu (This isn't gonna work)" the rock is too cold and jagged, I can find a position that makes me comfortable enough to fall asleep, and something about this bland area just makes me feel sad for some reason.

I let out a big sigh and some of my life-breath comes out unconsciously as well painting the floor with grass and flowers...Wait flowers? I look down and see blooming flowers in the patch of grass that for some reason make me feel...warm?

Wanting to know more I use my Life Breath on other parts of the cave and slowly but surely I'm starting to feel more and more comfortable in this area. After I'm done this cave looks nothing like a cave and more life...I can't even describe how it's looks, just know there is grass and plants everywhere, on the walls, the ceiling, my Rock bed.

[Breath of life has leveled up]

"Kyu~" I let out a content sigh this time and lay down on my rock while picking up a flower with my tail and putting it in my mouth, and I nearly cry tears of joy at how bland it tastes, even though it tastes like the color clear, it's so much better than the frogs.

I question but ultimately just push it to the back of my mind as the tiredness takes over and fall asleep while sucking on the flower.
