I could still feel the weight of my two swords behind me, thankfully, as I found myself being swept away by the crowd. Looking at the massive palace in plain view, I could see that we were actually getting further and further away from my destination. It would seem that the crowd had noticed that the explosions weren't letting up, and thus, elected to get some healthy distance away from the commotion as the plumes intensified with each second that passed by. Trying to slip my arm through a small crack between two men visibly trying to grope a poor, innocent woman, I made an attempt to break free from the prison that was being in the center of this fvcking mob.
