I take a step toward him and cup his face with my hands. His hands go to either side of my slight bump. He does this whenever we are close, it’s like he can’t help but find the child he agreed to help me with.

/"I will give you whatever you want,/" he has tears in his eyes, I smile at him. I nod my head as I lean toward him and press my lips to his. His hands slip around my waist and he pulls me closer to him. He doesn’t do anything more. He waits for me to take the lead which I appreciate because I don’t truly know if this is what I want or hormones. I pull away because I know that I need to figure that out before we go any further. He takes a step back and sighs. /"Let’s go before we miss that flight./" He turns and walks out of the room and I follow him.

Three hours later, we are pulling up in front of my parents’ house. /"Ready?/" Jett asks, putting the car in park.
