I woke up with strong arms wrapped around me. I was thankful for the first time since everything happened, that I couldn’t drink. I remembered every second of being in Jett’s arms the night before and I found myself cherishing the feeling.

I slowly moved my body a little until I could see his face better. I laid there and watched him sleep. I wondered if it was part of my new condition and then told myself that it must be. Honestly before yesterday, I didn’t even like Jett Decker. He was the last person I would want to be staring at like this. In my bed. But now, the way his muscles in his back flex just slightly when he breathed, was doing things to me.

/"Stop wiggling,/" his voice was muffled by the pillow, but I was still shocked. His arm tightened around me as he pulled me closer to him. /"Let’s pretend for a while longer,/" he repeated my suggestion back to me. I sighed and curled into him.
