The door to the apartment opens and our other roommate, Kenley walks in. She is wearing workout clothes that fit her perfect model shaped body tightly. She flops on the chair next to the couch and sighs. She is at the gym first thing every single morning. She says she has a lot of pressure to maintain the figure she has. She can’t afford or dream of losing a job to someone because she let herself go. I honestly think it’s stupid that way the fashion world expects women to not look like real women. How do they sell their clothes to, well, real women?

/"Where were you two last night? Hot dates?/" She asks before chugging water from the bottle in her hand.

Darren laughs beside me, and I wonder what he is going to say. When I look at him, I know from his facial expression that I should beat him to the punch. /"We…/"
