The woman opened the door and we were met with bright white entryway and staircase. I turned to my left to look at what would be perfect for a formal dining room. I looked at Colt who was looking up the stairs. /"How many rooms? Baths?/" He asked her.

/"Three bedrooms each with their own bathrooms and a half bath here,/" she answered opening a door beside her to show the half bath.

/"All the bedrooms are upstairs?/" He asked her as he took the first step up. She nodded. I followed Colt upstairs to find him opening the first door he came to. /"Laundry room,/" he said turning to me with a shake of his head.

/"That will be nice,/" I commented which caused him to stop and look at me to continue. /"Maddy goes through laundry like crazy. Having it on the same floor as her room will help,/" I shrugged. Colt nodded his head as he turned to continue his investigation. I turned to look at the realtor when she reached the top of the stairs.
