Meeting the Jones Quad

After Eren left and I analyzed my situation, I had one more thing to do: getting into character. I was known for being lazy, clumsy and a sleepyhead throughout the city. Thus, it was very difficult for me to stay focused for long. So getting into character was necessary if I had to convince those 'others' Eren had mentioned. But like I said I am a sleepyhead, I went to sleep thinking Eren would be coming in 6 hours or so.

Unfortunately, as soon as I was about to sleep, Eren knocked, " Mommy, I am back with brothers and sister.", after announcing his entrance Eren entered inside immediately, behind was a queue of threes, two boys and a little girl. I hesitantly replied with a salutation. The little girl ran past her brothers and leaped over to hug me. I felt joy and calmness, "Hello mommy, I heard brother say you have forgotten about your Charlie", she said this with sadness in her eyes. I felt bad to see her sad and said " I will remember all of you again, you will be helping me do that right, little girl?", The little girl said, " Mommy you are calling me little girl again, I am your Charlie.", Oh so this little girl's name is Charlie. "Alright, Little Charlie," I said with a smile. I found it strange for the girl to be named Charlie, but it had already been strange enough for me to feel that I have seen these four in my previous life somewhere.

One of the little boys said with a little cough, "Charlotte, get down, mother is still recovering. You wouldn't want her to get sick further..." before he could complete his sentence Eren smacked him at the back of his head, then said, " Why are you so sadist now clearly you were crying your eyes out when mother went missing." I was surprised at that moment and asked Eren to not hit him on the head anymore, to which Eren agreed immediately.

At this moment, the other three started laughing loudly. Eren said shyly, "All of us need to introduce ourselves to mother since she lost her memories.". At this moment I said that " I need to start afresh to recycle memories, and it might take time, but yeah since you all are here, and like Eren told me you are my children, I wish for you to tell me about you and me."

Hearing my words, They all accepted my request. Eren said, " I will go first, then Adam, then Tyler and at last it will be Charlotte." Wait wasn't there four, how come there were five names now, I wondered for a second, but then I started focusing on what Eren was about to say.

" I am Eren Smith-Jones..." uhh...why does Eren have two surnames... " ...I am your first adopted son... " Oh, so he is adopted by me... " ... about my profession, I am an actor and I run a media company called, AlStar..." ...no wonder I found him familiar after all my company had an alliance with his company... " and let me think what else...yeah, I am 20 years old and I am your favorite, that's all for me.". Eren looked towards me and asked if I understood all about him. I nodded in a yes. One of the boys then said, " If yours is done brother, I am next. I am Adam Davies-Jones..." Even he has two surnames, is he also adopted..." ... I am 16 years old, and I am a singer and I run an IT company called, EJTechs, which I had named after you..." Wow...I never knew there could be such a sweet mama's boy in the world..." I was adopted second." Oh so he was also adopted by me. I nodded in acceptance of his introduction.

Let me introduce myself, I am Charlotte Evans-Jones, I am 11 years old and I am a youtuber called, Jade Callers." She went so fast that I could barely think about anything else.

" So you all are my children and all of you are adopted..." I asked, they all nodded in agreement. "Wait a minute... So how did I meet you all." I again questioned them. Hearing this question Tyler walked out of the room instantly. Did I ask something wrong? The Other two left too, leaving Eren behind. Eren hesitantly said, " Mother, I know you lost your memories, which is why you asked this question but we four won't be able to answer this question, for now, but we will let you know about it as soon as we are ready."

Hearing this I asked Eren if he could call the kids back. What kind of annoying mouth I have, whenever it opens it ends up hurting someone. Eren said " It might be better if you meet them directly at home rather now..." I could see he was trying to control his anger, but what was he angry about, was it my question...

I said, " If it's like that then I think you should go and take some rest and if possible tell them I am sorry if I hurt their feelings." He was shocked at my words, "Did you just say sorry, mother?" He looked as if he saw a ghost or something. I said " Yeah I did, is there something wrong with it?", He said, " No there isn't anything wrong with it, I was just surprised.". Huh...Did Elina never say sorry before?

"I will leave then. Take care of yourself." Eren said it while getting up from his chair and started walking towards the door. "Next time you visit please tell me something about myself, I think I have wronged four of you in some way especially I have hurt Tyler." I said that with a sorrowful look," I hope with this memory loss of mine, I have been given a second chance by God to apologize to you four." I said it in continuation. Eren turned around and looked at me for some time, after that he left.

Elina what have you done to these kids that they hate you so much yet they are there for you when you were about to die. I can't remember what had happened in the past between you and the kids like the protagonist in the movie does when they time travel. Why is your past so negative Elina, when you shining like a sun in business?

I sat there in the hospital bed after taking the meds thinking about what could be the reason for Elina in the past and the children to have such a complicated reason. At that moment I was like a reader which was thinking about what could be the climax.

While at the Jones Mansion...

Eren had sent a message to the other three siblings of his to meet at the mansion at 9 pm.

At 9 pm, Location - Jones Mansion

Eren said, " Well you all reached here on time. Today all of us will stay at the mansion.". Charlotte exclaimed,"What the heck! Why do we have to, I am already tired of acting cute in front of that witch.... Little Charlie, Ewww... I hated that name since I was adopted.".

Tyler said," It is so hard to pretend to be neutral with her and not hate her". The only one who said nothing was Adam. " I talked to her today, she has changed after losing her memory this time" said Eren. Charlotte said " How can you say that, a bitch remains a bitch forever." Eren mumbled, " She asked me to tell you all that she is sorry...", though he just mumbled halfway yet it was heard by all three as they exclaimed "WHAT!!!??"
