15 The demon lord Red, Scarlett

*Boom*

A loud sound of explosion resounded in the whole dimension. Even the blast caused due to nuclear explosions looked like fireworks in front of it. The radiation produced due to the explosion was so hot that it was enough to eradicate a city to dust.

"Oh looks like you survived!" Shiro exclaimed while waiving his hand in front of him as if removing the smoke in front of him, looking not so surprised.

*Cough* *cough*

"All thanks to your barrier I guess" Scarlett replied while trying to stand up.

" You noticed?~" Shiro said in an amused tone.

"Tch. Damn monster"

"Oi oi don't call me monster. How rude!" Shiro said while pouting.

"So... how much were you holding back?"

"How much do you think?" Shiro asked with a smug grin on his face, he snapped his fingers and both their injuries were healed. She tried to stand up again but she failed down. Shiro disappeared and caught her up in his arms.

"You still have magic to spare!!?"

"I told you right mana is the last thing you need to worry about me." He replied with a smile.

The domain disappeared and they appeared outside. The orcs were seen a bit ahead, charging toward the forest, from their location.

"Oh damn, I nearly forgot about the orcs." Shiro said, scratching his head, while looking toward the orcs.

Meanwhile, Scarlett was shocked seeing that not much time had passed since they went to fight.

"H-how!?" She said while stuttering, shock was clearly visible on her face.

"Hmm what how?" Shiro said looking toward her.

"Don't give me that idiot, I mean how did you manage to change the time or whatever you did? Time pausing is one thing, even I can do that, but this?" Even her eyes were screaming how at this point.

"Ohh I just changed the time ratio of the domain, don't ask me how now, I just did it." He replied while shrugging his shoulders.

"Now then, how about you fulfill the part of your bet."

"Oh it probably is some demon lord playing this game, probably because Veldora disappeared and they were bored. And those idiots even thought that they could get upper hand against me by creating a puppet demon lord haha" She replied in a lazy tone, still lying in his arms.

"Puppet demon lord? What's that?"

"Just think of it as a demon lord controlled by other demon lord. You see that orc lord ahead?" She asked pointing toward the orc army.

"Yes?"

"They are probably trying to get it to evolve and make it their puppet." She wrapped her arms around his neck.

"Ara~ not gonna get down?" He asked while being amused at her behavior.

"Nope. I'm tired because of you. Take responsibility." She pouted.

'Why does it sound so wrong?' Shiro thought to himself.

"Sureee~, but we have to take care of that first." He pointed toward the orcs.

"What are you going to do?"

"Slaughtering them is useless, so I'll just tame them like I did with the wolves." He replied and appeared in front of the orcs. 

'Conqueror's haki'

All the orcs were lying flat on the ground while the orc lord and few other general were kneeling on their knees.

"Is that demon lord's haki?" Scarlett who still was in his arms asked curiously.

"It is similar I guess. It is called conqueror's haki. It's like the manifestation of your willpower or something like that." 

"You don't know?" She asked with a dumbfounded look on her face.

"I mean, if it works then why bother?" He replied shrugging his shoulders.

He turned toward the orcs and released the pressure so that they could speak. The orcs who were lying flat on the ground were breathing heavily. Their previously hazy mind which was clouded with hunger and anger due to the orc lord's skill was now clear. 

"Now choose, Submission or death!!" 

.....

Meanwhile, somewhere in a conference room...

A person wearing clown's outfit was standing in front of a orb, probably casting a magic which was displaying the orcs army in it's full glory.

The clown's name was Gelmudo, the one who orchestrated all this event. He wanted to have a puppet demon lord under his control, and he also managed to get four whimsical demon lord's approval, by the help of his master demon lord clayman.

Everything was going on according to his plan. The demon lord's were watching the show. 

Then all of a sudden everything changed. A white haired person appeared out of nowhere in the sky. His eyes were shining silver, wearing white shirt and black pants, his hands were in his pocket. Floating in the air, he was looking at the orcs as if they were some ants he could crush at any moment. Then suddenly, a large castle appeared on the air, along with it appeared a strange looking black longsword in his hand. 

The demon lords who were watching this with a amused expression, their face started to turn solemn. The mana started to run wildly around the man, the a dark ominous glow appeared on the sword. The mana gathered there was more than what some of the demon lord there had. He raised his sword, then just as he was going to slash, another figure appeared behind him.

But this time, everyone present there knew the person. The strongest one, even among the demon lords, The demon lord Red !!

"WHAT IS SHE DOING THERE!!!?" A panicked hoarse voice resounded across the room.

A eerily calm silence was present in the conference room. Gelmudo who orchestrated all this events was sweating like a pig about to be slaughtered.

"This is bad !! If she gets involved then we are doomed." A nervous feminine voice was heard.

Then the silence perceived again. No one spoke anything. They silently watched the events that followed.

The white haired man and the demon lord were talking about something, but strangely, before they could hear everything, but now all the voices around them was cut off.

 "It's probably her doing..." Another voice came, but this was calm and composed

A strange black sphere appeared engulfing both the man and demon lord Red and they couldn't see what happened after that.

A few moments later...

"WHAT THE FUCK IS SHE DOING IN HIS ARMS?" Yeah...all the calmness disappeared now.

None of them could believe what they were seeing. The arrogant woman who would literally slaughter you, if she doesn't want to see you in front of her, was now behaving meekly like a kitten in someone arms. Even with their fast processing skills, they couldn't process the scene in front of them.

The man disappeared from the sky and reappeared in front of the orcs. This time they heard everything clearly...

"Now choose, Submission or death"

....

Back to Shiro..

"They are probably under th-" Scarlett was speaking but she was cut off.

The orc leader came forward and kneeled.

"W-we will surrender, b-b-but please listen to me first." The orc said while stuttering. His head was touching the ground as if he would literally bore a hole in it. Even though he was strong he knew that he would disappear in a second should the people in front of him wish so.

"Go on." Shiro replied.

"T-thank you!! Lord. We didn't know that t-this was you area, b-but because of hunger and famine we were forced to invade. O-our kids and family were s-starving, so we didn't have any choice. And I was m-manipulated by a devil. If y-you help us then we will gladly serve you." He said while stuttering heavily. He knew that the person in front of him didn't have any obligation to help them, but he had to take his chances. Even if he was killed, if he could help the others he would gladly sacrifice himself.

'Manipulated by the devil huh? Probably some demon lord's doing?'

Shiro couldn't help but be dumbfounded.

'Two hundred thousand orcs? I have to feed two hundred thousand orcs?'

Although he could kill them all, he didn't want to do that. The orc's reason was valid and he couldn't just kill them because they were searching for food.

'Oh well, I'll explain the situation to ogre's group. I don't know what they will do but I'll leave it in their hands, well at least the leader.'

*sigh*

"Hehehe!" Scarlet was giggling seeing his reaction. 

"Don't laugh!!" Shiro yelled.

He turned toward the orcs with a lamenting expression.

"Fine~"

"I need to discuss this with mine friend. He will manage them. I'm not paid enough for this shit. You going with me or are you going to return?" Shiro asked Scarlett who was STILL in his arms.

"Ehh...I don't have anything to do. I'll come with you." She replied.

"Don't you have, like a territory to manage or something?"

"Huh...oh that, my subordinates will do that for me." She yawned.

'Wait why does this sound familiar. Did I just find my female version or what?' Shiro thought to himself.
